About: I have two amazing dogs, Milo and Winter, that play constantly! They are best of friends and always welcome new friends. Milo is an 8 month old puppy still learning house training and making amazing progress. I found him at a rescue in Philly when I was visiting March 2026- love at first site! He clicked so well with my German Shepherd mix Winter, that I rescued in June 2025. Prior to falling in love with these two rescues, I helped foster several dogs through a local rescue- while healing from the loss of my dog of 13 years, Bella. She was a one dog household kind of girl, but Winter was just the opposite. I could tell she needed a friend, and Milo came into our lives at just the right time. I so look forward to helping care for your fur babies and will give them all the walks, plays, and cuddles they might need. I’ll ensure all your care is personalized to your dog’s specific needs. About: I have been caring for cats my entire life and have pretty much seen it all. Behavioral challenges, multi-cat dynamics, chronic conditions, oral medications, working with cat behavioralists. Thirty years of the real stuff. I have a particular soft spot for senior cats. I understand their needs, I am patient with their quirks, and I take their comfort seriously. I also know exactly how you feel when you are trying to figure out what to do with your cat while you are away. I have asked myself the same questions. Boarding feels wrong and they come home with upper respiratory infections. Leaving them alone also doesn't feel great. What cats really need is to stay home, in their space, with someone who actually gets them dropping in to give them some care. That is what I try to be. I am sensitive to how stressed cats can get when their people are gone, and I am equally aware that a stranger coming in can add to that. I go at their pace. I read the room and animals tend to warm up to me pretty quickly. Your cat will be safe, comfortable, and loved while you are gone. And I will make sure you get plenty of happy pictures to smile at while you are away.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my entire life. I am looking forward to opportunities to care for your dog(s) or cat(s) while you are away and love them like they were my own. I have a fenced in yard and live in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of walking trails. I have three children, ages 10, 12, and 14 that grew up with dogs and learned how to be loving and respectful to animals. I’m a high school teacher so I’m able to be home during the summer and school holidays. My routine includes a morning, afternoon and an evening walk after dinner. The fenced backyard provides opportunities for exercise outside of walks. I follow your pets normal feeding schedule and will only provide the food and treats that you provide to avoid any allergy or food intolerance concerns. On school days, my husband is typically working from home so there is usually someone home without long periods of being left home alone. About: I have loved animals my entire life and have had more than one family pet from the day I was born. I worked in veterinary care for a good bit of time, and I have been trusted by many families to care for their animals while they were away on trips. I am comfortable giving medicine, working on obedience, and giving more snuggles than your pup will know what to do with. My husband works from home 3-4 days a week, so your dog would have many opportunities to go outside and to be loved on. I am available Monday through Friday for lunch time check-ins and potty breaks, and I'm available for walks after 5pm Monday through Friday. We could also accommodate over-night boarding any day of the week, as long as we do not have a previously scheduled weekend away. While I do not have a fenced in yard, our family loves to be outside and take walks as much as possible through out the day. We also have our energetic 5 year old dog, Maverick, to keep your dog company through out the day and engage in play. We have ample space in our home for a crate. Our daughter also loves to throw the ball and makes sure her puppy feels loved all the time.
About: I’ve always had dogs and cats since I was a kiddo. Currently we have two spoiled dogs and two sweet cats. I take my two dogs on a mile or two walk every day. I started my own pet sitting business in my 20’s after working for a small pet company. I also was working FT with adults with disabilities. About: Hi! My husband and I have both had dogs since we were young kids. We currently have a senior dog (female) and a puppy (male 11months). Both are Australian shepherds. We also have two kids (6 and 8). We have a lot of experience with dogs of all ages and needs. :) We have a fenced in yard and our puppy would love someone to play with during the day. I am home with my kids pretty much all summer, so I’m available most of the day. Dogs will need to be good with other dogs and young children as well as spayed/neutered. We have a puppy, so I am in and out all day to take him outside and play with him. I am also home with my kids all summer, so we are at home a lot! I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your pup company. They are both crate trained, although our senior dog is left out when we leave. I have an extra small crate (or you can bring one). We love dogs and would treat yours like our own.

I have experience with any species from hamsters, lizards, and bunnies, to cats and dogs, as well as livestock! My family raises and competes with oxen in the Northeast, and until recently moving south I cared for large animals (horses, cattle, goats, etc) as a side gig as well. About: Growing up my family always had at least one or more pets of various breeds so I have 20+ years of experience around animals. I have cared for dogs, cats, fish, lizards, rabbits, goats, and hedgehogs. Personally, my husband & I have 2 dogs currently, 9 & 10 years old, one having epilepsy & is dependent on medication. I have helped raise/care for/train puppies, kittens, baby rabbits, & baby goats. The only pet I'm not comfortable with is snakes, my little sister has one but I only look at it from 3ft away in its enclosure, haha. I work part time Tu/W/Th 8A - 5P, I do not mind caring for pets those days, however I will be gone all day. Otherwise, I'm available for your pets needs! My personal routine with my pets: My husband helps me care for our pets daily but his schedule is a bit different than mine, so our dogs are let out at least within 4-6 hours those days. Otherwise, we let them out every 2-4 depending on their needs (which they have been trained to lets us know if they need to go sooner). Our medical dog is on a 12 hr medication schedule. I'd prefer to care in my clients home due to one of my dogs having a reactive past, it was quite a transition when we inherited our other dog. If you have a specific routine, I'm ready to follow it to the T! I'm comfortable walking dogs on leash, hanging out/playing with them in a fenced yard, or just chilling inside. As mentioned, I have experience with medically dependent pets. I have an escape artist, so I'm always vigilant of their proximity to me and prepared to run/chase in the event something happens. I can stay at the home with the pets or I can visit throughout the day!

Mail will be picked up, plants watered, lights will be switched on and off, trash rolled to the curb, and any house issues that arise can be addressed. Especially for overnight or vacation services, I would love the chance to meet you and your pet(s) in your home ahead of time. I always encourage new clients to schedule a (free) 30-minute meet-and-greet before the first booking (either at your home or a public location) so that I can meet your pet(s). If I am doing a sitting or drop-in, then these are perfect for showing me where the food supplies are as well as bowls, litter box(es), and anything else that may be needed for the booking I send daily updates while you are away so your vacation is worry free. About: I’m a pre-veterinary student with a huge passion for animals and a strong background in pet care. I currently foster cats, kittens and dogs through the Rockingham County SPCA and work alongside a veterinarian as a veterinary assistant, giving me hands-on experience caring for animals with a variety of needs. Growing up with numerous pets and working at a boarding kennel has also given me experience with animals of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I will always provide safe, loving, and attentive care while treating them like family. I’m working as a vet assistant and available for walk times and drop in visits outside of work ! Please feel free to reach out. About: I have two amazing dogs, Milo and Winter, that play constantly! They are best of friends and always welcome new friends. Milo is an 8 month old puppy still learning house training and making amazing progress. I found him at a rescue in Philly when I was visiting March 2026- love at first site! He clicked so well with my German Shepherd mix Winter, that I rescued in June 2025. Prior to falling in love with these two rescues, I helped foster several dogs through a local rescue- while healing from the loss of my dog of 13 years, Bella. She was a one dog household kind of girl, but Winter was just the opposite. I could tell she needed a friend, and Milo came into our lives at just the right time. I so look forward to helping care for your fur babies and will give them all the walks, plays, and cuddles they might need. I’ll ensure all your care is personalized to your dog’s specific needs. Also, would love to send you pic updates while you’re at work or adventuring! If your dog is in my care for doggy daycare, I will be home with them, unless otherwise discussed with you. If I’m hired to come walk your dog, I’ll give you a detailed update of our walk! I am home and available 7 days a week, unless I’m traveling. My dogs get lots of attention and walks. We love the James River Park system 🫶 I will ask for lots of detail about your pets specific needs so I can curate their care so they feel right at home! A home away from home.

“This is the first time I used Rover and left Hercules to be taken care by someone who was not part of the family. He is a senior and very into his ways so I was apprehensive about how he would take it. From the photos Cyndi provides daily I could tell in the first day he was relaxed and really into Cyndi. She took a great care of him and it was great to have daily updates and a place where he does need to share with other dogs. “Wonderful dogsitter with a great backyard setup in Chesterfield! Dylan looked after our dog for a few days over Labor Day weekend. Our dog loved the fenced-in backyard (with stair/balcony overlook) and sleeping in the nice air-conditioned living space. Dylan provided daily pictures and updates which put us at ease while traveling. He’s rated highly with a good number of recurring customers for a good reason!
