Both their home and their yard are well-tended - no hazards for dogs like wires, broken boards, etc. They were also flexible in terms of dropoff/pickup times, as well as accommodating reasonable requests for toys, treats, and food options. They also allowed a friend of mine and their dog (who recommended me to Helena and Nathan) to stop by for a short playdate. Great experience and will book again!”

“Jennifer was really great! Maya hadn't been boarded at a new place in quite a while so she was a bit nervous and stressed, but Jennifer did such a wonderful job helping her feel safe and loved. She also was great at communicating with me about how Maya was doing and was always quick to thoroughly respond when I checked in. She also asked detailed questions about Maya's routine and habits to ensure she could stick to it as closely as possible. Maya was clearly well looked after and I wouldn't hesitate to board her with Jennifer again!”

He had such a great time with lots of play, little adventures, and enrichment. Banks can be a bit anxious, and Nicole was so patient and kind in helping him feel comfortable and settle in. He also loved spending time with little miss Harper. I can’t recommend Nicole enough. It’s clear she truly cares, and we’re so grateful for the great care she gave Banks. “We have had our little 7 and a half year old rescue dog, Bentley for 6 years, and have only left him with one other pet sitter since he's been in our family. He's a bit on the anxious side, so we were a little worried about finding a good substitute pet sitter to watch him while we were away. We were also new to the Rover.com pet sitter website, so spent some time investigating that as well. It was relatively easy to navigate through to find possible candidates, so that really helped. We narrowed down our search to a few pet sitters that we thought would be a good match for Bentley, and Tanja and her daughter, Kaya were at the top of the list. When I met Tanja through the website, it was very easy to set up a meet and greet for them to get acquainted with Bentley. We wanted to be sure that it would be a good match for Bentley, as well as for Tanja and Kaya to be pet sitters for him. Tanja was so kind and reassuring during our meeting, and she really understood our concern about finding the right pet sitter who would be a completely new family for Bentley to get to know. Tanja and Kaya were so kind and gentle with Bentley when we dropped him off, and he quickly warmed up to them. We left Bentley with Tanja and Kaya for about 9 days, and each day they sent a detailed update and photos reporting how he was getting along. We felt so good to know how things were going daily with Bentley while we were away. We felt very confident that if he needed anything at all that they would be able to take care of him while we were out of town. We are so grateful to have found Tanja and Kaya who have provided such great care for Bentley. It's wonderful to know that if we need a pet sitter for him in the future, we can call upon them again!”
