About: Over the past 20 years, I’ve had three dogs, a Pomeranian, an Akita, and a Yorkshire Terrier. Each one had a different personality, but they were all very attached to me. None of them went to a training school, but they were all well-behaved. I trained them myself before they turned one year old. I currently live in a clean, quiet, pet-free home. There are no pets living in the house at this time, so visiting dogs will not have to share the space with other animals or adjust to another pet’s presence or scent. I only accept small dogs up to 20 lbs and prefer low-shedding breeds. My home provides a calm, clean, and comfortable environment where dogs can feel safe and relaxed during their stay. I’m home most of the day, so your dog will rarely be left alone. Big park around the house. Like walk and play with dog. Small dogs need lots of attention and one-on-one care, which is why I only host one dog at a time. I follow each owner’s feeding routine and do not give dogs any human food. Small dogs can have sensitive stomachs, so I believe consistency is important. My goal is to provide a quiet, comfortable, clean, and healthy environment where every dog can feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for.

If I had only a few hours between commitments, I would make sure they had fresh water, a potty break, exercise, a meal if needed, and some quality companionship before I left. Knowing their basic needs are met and that they are safe, content, and cared for is always my priority. When dogs visit my home, they enjoy a secure fenced yard, plenty of attention, and a calm, peaceful environment. If your dog is crate-trained, I can easily accommodate that, or I can provide a private room where they can relax comfortably between outdoor breaks and meals. To ensure the comfort and well-being of all dogs involved, I keep guest dogs separate from my two resident dogs. This allows everyone to enjoy a predictable, low-stress environment and receive individualized attention. We also enjoy neighborhood walks, which are typically around 15 minutes long, depending on the weather and your dog’s needs.

I forgot to pack a couple of things for them but she was able to provide those things last minute which I was so thankful for, and sent pictures and updates throughout the day everyday we were gone. Will DEFINITELY book again :)”

“Henry is a great sitter who was able to accommodate care on short notice for my quirky Golden Koda, who cannot be near another dog as he gets fear reactive; thus he must be the only dog in care. We had a successful meet & greet, and Henry asked a lot of good questions. He communicated and sent pictures regularly and kept me informed about how Koda was doing. I felt comfortable leaving my pup for a doggie staycation while I got to spend a few much-needed days on a trip with some family members. I would not hesitate to have Henry care for Koda again or to recommend him to others.”
