“I could not recommend Ms. Pamela enough! She was able to take care of our maltipoo on very short notice on our drive from NY to GA. We discovered Hotel Roanoke does not allow dogs, so we last minute had to find a pet sitter in the area. It is difficult leaving your dog with new people, but Ms. Pamela made the process seamless by being responsive, good at communication, warm, and friendly. Ginger came back clearly well cared for and we got several status pictures throughout the stay. Ms. Pamela has a heart for dogs, and we are so appreciative of her care.”

About: I was raised on a farm so I have been taking care of animals my whole life! I had a Dalmatian, golden retriever, and German Shepard growing up as a kid. I have fostered numerous dogs the last three years. My sweet Gemma girl who was a lab mix sadly passed away three years ago and we’re not quite ready for another dog yet so until then I would love to spoil and help take care of your four legged baby I was recently unexpectedly laid off from my full time job so I have lots of availability especially during the day to help care for your four legged babies I have a large yard for the dogs to play in and would love to take your dogs on walks and care for them at their home too. Through the years I have had several dogs and cats. I currently own a farm with donkeys, cows, pigs and chickens. I can care for and board any size animal from a goldfish to a horse. I live on site so your pets are looked after 24 hours a day. We have common areas where pets can interact if you wish, as well as private kennels. All pets are walked atleast 5 times per day in our fenced in back yard on or off leash. They have plenty of outdoor playtime when the weather permits. All areas of the building, including kennels are climate controlled. We also provide grooming services if you are intrested in having your et groomed during their stay. We provide food but you may also bring your own as well. We will feed on your schedule.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for years and have experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I’m responsible, patient, and love giving every dog the attention and care they deserve. I can help with feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and keeping your dog comfortable and happy while you’re away. My goal is to make sure your furry family member feels safe, loved, and well cared for! 🐶❤️ I go to school from 8am to 1:15pm to which is when I am not available, anything after that time i will be available, And happy to help! I have a fenced in backyard. I live on a back road kinda off the road. I have a small Shih Tzu but he can be kept away safely. I can keep all dogs separated by room crate or fence. I am CPR experienced for dogs. And I am 20 minutes away from an emergency vet an 15 minutes from a regular vet. I would do anything to keep a dog safe because I do not want to see anyone sad or hurt.

Through my rescue work, I cared for hundreds of dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments, including puppies, seniors, special-needs pets, and dogs recovering from illness or surgery. I am experienced with administering medications, monitoring health concerns, and recognizing when a pet may need extra attention or veterinary care. I know that every pet has a unique personality and routine, and I strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply having a calm companion nearby, I will care for them as if they were my own. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide attentive care and accommodate a variety of pet care needs. Because I spend a significant amount of time at home, your pet will receive plenty of attention, companionship, exercise, and potty breaks throughout the day. I understand the importance of maintaining routines and will work with you to ensure your pet’s schedule, feeding times, medications, and preferences are followed closely. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or prefers a quieter environment, I can provide the level of care and attention they need. Safety is always my top priority. My experience running an animal rescue taught me how to properly introduce dogs, recognize signs of stress, manage different personalities, and provide a safe environment for pets with varying needs. I have a securely fenced yard and closely supervise outdoor time. I can also accommodate medications, special feeding instructions, crate training, and senior pet care.
