About: I’ve been cat sitting for the past 2 years. I regularly in-house sit for a variety of domestic shorthairs and have done drop-in visits for ragdolls in the past. I’ve worked with all ages of cats. I like to learn about each cat’s personality and respect their space when they want it. About: I've had pets my whole life and know how much it matters to leave yours somewhere you trust. Your dog will be part of the household here — not crated in a back room — with plenty of attention, a regular routine, and photo updates so you know how the day is going. A few things to know about my setup: I have a yard, but it isn't fenced, so all potty breaks and outdoor time are leashed and supervised. Never off-leash. I have one dog of my own, a friendly female Bernedoodle named Dorothy. She's good with other dogs, and I'm happy to do a meet-and-greet first to make sure everyone gets along. I work from home, so your dog won't be alone for long stretches. Comfortable with puppies, senior dogs with special needs, and everything in between. For walks, I'll stick to whatever route and pace your dog is used to, and I'll let you know how it went. Happy to set up a free meet-and-greet before booking anything. My schedule is completely my own so I can tailor my day to what your dog is used to. Our usual routine is a walk/run in the morning and a walk with the whole family in the evening. Dorothy is crate trained and so can be right next to your dog to keep them company. I have a good sized yard where I can let the dogs out on leashes and a fenced in deck if they want to be outside. I live 5 minutes from an animal hospital and am used to the random ailments that come with taking care of dogs.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 14 years old. I've taken care of puppies all the to senior dogs. I have experience in walking, feeding, and and playing with my fur friends. I'm currently working part-time and doing school part-time as well. I'm free on the weekends and free after 3pm (6pm on Friday) on the weekdays except for Tuesday and Wednesday. I usually have the holidays off, so I can take care of pets during that time as well. Being a cat mom myself, I have toys, treats, scratch posts, and clay litter at my house for my cat. “It was our first time boarding our dog anywhere, and we were unsure how she would do, because she was a recently-arrived rescue, and a very timid dog. We didn’t need to worry, though, because Carla and her family were the best choice we could have made! Nellie was well-loved, and so well-cared-for! Carla provided us with photo updates every day. As an added bonus for Nellie, Carla’s husband and children are also dog lovers, and they were so sweet and patient with our very shy dog. We are so happy to know that Nellie has a safe home to go to, when she can’t be with us.”

Perry also managed a course of ear drops for us when we found out Moo had an ear infection the day we were scheduled to leave, which was extremely helpful! “It’s never easy to leave my baby behind, but the experience was so much better knowing she was in excellent hands with Hommer and his wife. I thought I was the one who had gone away for a mini-vacation, but I think my dog was the one getting the getaway treatment! She was taken on multiple long walks (and she’s a tough one to handle) and received tons of cuddles and couch time. I got many updates. In fact, I never once had to ask for an update! Let me just say this; when I came to pick my dog up, she kept jumping between greeting me and running back to them. I mean what more evidence could anyone need?! About: Leaving your dog with someone else can feel like a big deal! I’ll make sure they’re safe, loved, and in good hands. I’ve been caring for dogs for many years and have experience with the day-to-day responsibilities that come with having a pet. I’m patient and attentive to each pet’s individual personality and needs, and I want them to have the best time while they’re in my care! Whether your pup wants a good walk, some playtime, or simply a lot of love and attention, I’ll meet them where they are. I have a pup of my own: a blue heeler/pomsky mix, so I’m no stranger to energetic personalities and their little quirks! If you’re looking for someone who will give your dog plenty of care, attention, and love, I’d love to meet you both! I’ll also be sure to send many updates throughout their care. I currently work full-time during the week, so I’m primarily available on weekends (Friday evening to Sunday), with some weekday evening availability depending on the day. I’m happy to work around your dog’s usual routine and make sure they get the attention, exercise, and care they need while you’re away. Whether you need someone for a walk, a drop-in visit, or weekend dog sitting, I’d be happy to help! I live in a townhouse with a small, unfenced yard, as well as a large grassy area and plenty of walking paths nearby for walks, sniffs, and exploring. I also have my dog, Peter, so our dogs will be sharing a home together. Peter loves making new friends and getting playmates! While I’m sitting, I’ll be home with the dogs most of the time, if not all, aside from the occasional short errand when needed. If you and your pup are comfortable with car rides, I’m also happy to take them to nearby parks and trails to explore! I’ll always follow your instructions and your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel safe, comfortable, and at home. When caring for your pup in their home, I would love to take them for walks, stay in for some playtime and cuddles, or simply follow whatever routine and activities they enjoy the most!
