About: I grew up with cats and dogs since day one. As I got older I joined a local rescue as a pet foster parent and eventually rescued a few of my own outside of the rescue. I have had many types breeds of dogs in my care and have also watched ferrets, guinea pigs, goats, and cats. I have experience from newborn puppies/kittens/ chicks to senior care. I went through multiple puppy training classes with both my Dane and Shorthair. I am a stay at home human/pet mom so I have a very open schedule. I am able to watch pets in my home or drop in. I am typically always home. My backdoor opens into a 6 foot fenced, fully gated, dog run. They have 24/7 access to this, unless it's raining. We then have the "big back yard" or 1/4 acers, which has no shade and a chicken coop. So, I have to be a with them and it can'tbe blistering hot, that we work our some energy. We love outdoor time, so as long as the weather cooperates we are outside! When inside they are able to roam as they please, sit on the couch, sleep on the bed and get all the pets. I only use a crate if that is what they are used to.

About: I have had dogs my entire life. My first time volunteering was in 2010 where I started at the Homer Animal Shelter in Alaska. I volunteered for four years and had to stop to care for all of the rescues I had taken in to my home. May then husband continued volunteering to ensure we fulfilled our duties. I have rescued seniors and helped birth puppies of a foster dog. I have done IV infusions on a dog for kidney failure. The safety of our dogs is of the utmost importance to me. I work from home and am very available and present with them all day. We have lots of potty breaks, a fenced yard, and sleeping in the bed is a must! I have little stairs so they can be on any and all furniture. I do not spank animals. A firm tone is all I need. I love dogs and if your dog accidentally pees on my floor, oh well. I clean it up and we move on.

About: We love dogs (and all animals)! Both of us grew up with dogs in our home and we were both raised by animal lovers who passed that passion onto us! We both have experience with all stages of life (puppy through senior), we’ve administered medication, cleaned up all of the messes, and have worked with reactive dogs. We’ve both trained our own dogs and have worked with a trainer for our dog, Basil. We understand that each pup has their own unique personality and their own needs and we are happy to provide whatever they need! I currently have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I am home most of the time working remotely and when I do have to be in office for work, it’s typically only for a couple of hours a few days a week. My office is less than 5 mins from my house as well, so I am close by at all times and I have the flexibility to leave if and when I need to. My husband works from home and is home all the time, so between the two of us, someone is always available! We do leave the house together in the evenings and on weekends sometimes, but never for more than a few hours at a time. In our home, we have a large fenced backyard with ample room for your baby to run and play! We have 3 pups of our own. Gunther is a senior Springer Spaniel who is pure love and will play with anyone and everyone. Basil is a 2 year old Aussie mix who loves to run and play, but takes a few mins to warm up to new friends sometimes. And Drew is a senior chihuahua who is happy doing his own thing but is very sweet and patient with all friends! We do also have 2 cats in the home who will respect your pup’s space as long as they respect the cat’s space. In your home, we will follow any special guidelines given. We are very respectful of your space and your pet’s space. We are clean and professional. We will make sure your pet has food, water, potty breaks, and LOVE while we hang out with them. We love to play with all fur babies whether it’s inside with toys or outside with a ball! We can take them on walks, administer medication, clean up any messes (inside or out) and provide endless cuddles if they are comfortable with it!

While I didn’t grow up with a dog because of family allergies, I’ve spent the last 5+ years helping care for my brother’s dog and my fiancée’s family’s dog whenever they travel. I’ve also been caring for cats since I was 8 years old, feeding family friends’ cats and cleaning litter boxes while they were away. Over the past 5 years, I’ve regularly cared for my fiancée’s family’s three cats as well. I understand that every pet has a unique personality. Some dogs want to run, play fetch, and burn off energy. Others just want a walk and some scratches behind the ears. Some cats love attention, while others simply appreciate fresh food, a clean litter box, and someone checking in on them. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, treats, and any household rules. For dogs, I pay close attention during walks, keep them securely leashed unless otherwise instructed in a safe enclosed area, and make sure they have plenty of water and exercise appropriate for their age and energy level. For cats, I ensure litter boxes are kept clean, food and water are refreshed, and they receive as much attention—or space—as they prefer. I understand that every pet has a different personality. Some love to play and be active, while others prefer a calm companion. I take the time to learn what makes each pet comfortable and adjust my care accordingly. I also provide updates and photos during visits so you can feel confident that your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. My goal is to treat every pet and home with the same respect and care that I would want for my own!
About: I have a big spacious fenced in yard. My home is calm and welcoming which will help your dogs feel right at home! I have cared for dogs of families and friend. I’m available for boarding Friday through Monday all day which gives me more than enough time to take your puppies on walks and give them the care and attention they need. About: I’m a student at Utah Valley University studying forensic science. I have always had a love for animals. When I was younger I wanted to be a veterinarian, but when I realized part of the job would be to put animals to sleep, I quickly changed my mind about what career I wanted to pursue. One of my goals in life is to be on a part time animal rescue team, and round up animals that have been abused or neglected and give them the love and care that they need.
