About: I provide calm, home-based dog boarding and daycare designed to feel less like traditional boarding and more like staying with someone your dog already knows and loves. I’m generally home throughout the day, so my guests get plenty of attention, affection, playtime, outdoor breaks, naps, and cuddles. I intentionally keep things small and personal, caring for one dog or household at a time. My goal is simple: every dog in my home should feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Dogs have been a huge part of my life for almost 30 years. I spent about 15 years fostering and helping rehabilitate abused and neglected dogs, volunteered as a dog specialist in high-stress shelter environments, and completed animal behavior and handling training through Best Friends Animal Society and Salt Lake County Animal Services. That experience taught me that dogs aren’t one-size-fits-all. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and figuring out what makes them feel happiest and most at home. Most importantly, I know how hard it can be to leave your dog with someone else. I want you to leave knowing they’re safe, loved, understood, and probably being spoiled a little more than they’ll admit when you get home. I am generally home throughout the day, and I keep our daily routine flexible based on the needs of the pups staying with me. Energetic and ready to go? There will be plenty of walks, outdoor time, play, and opportunities to burn off that energy. More of a couch potato? Laid-back days, cozy naps, and couch snuggles are some of my favorite pastimes! Because I intentionally keep the number of dogs in my care exclusive, I'm able to get to know each pup's personality and make sure they get the right balance of activity, attention, play, and downtime. Not every dog wants to do the same thing, and that's perfectly okay. Pups are rarely left alone while staying with me. If I do need to step out, it's typically for a short period of time, usually no more than an hour or two. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my priority. There are no pets or children in the home, which helps create a quieter, lower-stress environment for dogs who prefer a little more peace and consistency. My family are all dog people, so pups are always surrounded by people who genuinely love and enjoy them. We have a fenced patio/run where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time, stretch their legs, and take easy potty breaks throughout the day. I also have a secure lead setup in the front yard where dogs who enjoy the outdoors can safely relax, sunbathe on the outdoor bed, sniff around, and enjoy some fresh air while supervised. We’re also surrounded by some of Daybreak’s best dog-friendly parks, walking trails, and green space, including areas near the lake, which means lots of safe, leashed walks, fresh air, sniffing, and enrichment. About: I've been with Rover for a few years and i just love it! I've taken care of cats, dogs and even chickens. It's a place great way to meet critters. Not experienced in training, sadly. I'm currently looking for a part time job. So I have plenty of time playing with your fur babies. I am currently available for doggy day care as well. About: *I currently have a 4 year old, neutered male, Border Collie mix* (If booking for 4 days or more, I prefer to bring him with me. If it's less than 4 days I can work with leaving him at home.) I've had dogs in my life since I was about 8 years old. My mom bred our dogs and I would help her. I helped to birth the puppies, feed and wash them, weigh them and track their progress, train and care for them. Since I was 18 I've adopted six dogs. One of them was deaf and blind when I adopted her. I've never been the first home for any of my doggos but I've been the best/most loving final home for all of them. I work part time and have plenty of time to spend with animals. I usually take my dog out for a stretch/potty every couple of hours and we walk at least once a day. I'm constantly looking for new parks and fun places to play. I have a three year old Border Collie mix that gets along well with other dogs and cats. The yard is fenced but there's no doggy door. I have some crates of various sizes if needed. The fur babies are allowed on the bed and all of the furniture at my house. I frequently pet/house sit for a Pitbull mix and she's one of my dogs besties. She has medication and a special diet. I've also frequently had my dad's dogs visit. So my dog is used to both having separate food and sharing in a communal pack. Whenever we pet/house sit we follow their house rules (i.e. - no dogs on the furniture or in the kitchen, etc). I'm trusted with keys to multiple homes and never stop by unless asked to.

About: High Drive & High Energy experience! I’ve been very interested in all kinds of animals for as long as I can remember! I was always the dog/cat savvy one in a family. I currently own a 5 year old German Shepherd (Geist), a 1 year old German Shepherd (Levi) as well as 2 cats (Haku & Tucker)! 5 years ago I got my very first dog as an adult on my own, Geist. Geist made me find my love for training and we have learned so much in our time together. We have trained and competed in numerous dog sports; scent work, dock diving, fastCAT. I’ve been a pooch fur baby lover since I was a kid however my dad never let me have any. When I turned 18 i moved out and rescued my now pooch. We only use the very best shampoos for the fur babies. I can take them for walks or to dog parks, whatever they need. I am working part-time at night at the moment, so my schedule is mostly free. Preferably weekends, but is not required. Can be flexible. “Jocelyn was wonderful to my dogs for their extended stay. She allowed me to pick them up when I was in town with short notice. They enjoyed my visit but were always happy to return to Jocelyn which assured me they were being well taken care of. She even sent some homemade treats with them, when I picked them up. She will definitely be my “go to” when I have to travel.”
“Alaetria was so great and accommodating! I was able to set times for drop off and pick up with no issues and knew right away that my pup was in good hands. He had another nice doggo to play with and when I picked him up he was smiling from ear to ear. Will definitely go back to her any time I need my little buddy boarded again. “Great experience with Amber! I really love and appreciate the effort she puts in to make each dog feel comfortable and cared for. My pup had a few medications to take and a hurt leg. Amber not only kept up with her meds but actively was making sure she didn’t put too much playtime on her paw. Highly recommend!!”

“We absolutely loved Jessica! She and her husband took amazing care of our baby girl, Leeloo. Our girl was in absolute heaven at their home. They were incredibly attentive. They took Leeloo on long walks, hiking, sunbathing, and even let Leeloo sleep with them at night. They loved on her as if she was theirs.
