“M.K. And their partner are always fantastic! They are always so accommodating to late requests and time changes. Sprout has stayed with them for day care and boarding when we were out of town. I plan to use them when we go on a Europe trip later this year. While I do think there could be a bit better communication I also recognize that M.K has a life too and I think that a lot of these reviews fail to see M.K. as a human just as we her clients are. So ultimately I don’t see any negatives to having my boy, Sprout, stay with them. I really cannot say enough high praises about M.K and their partner. Sprout is always super excited to see them! He always comes home well socialized and exercised. I know he is getting plenty of enrichment and love while there, and so so much fun! I love the photos I get everytime he’s with them, especially when he’s boarded there while we are out of town missing him! The daily photos really gives us assurance. Sprout is a very energetic dog and I truly feel that they are able to help him get all of his energy out in a healthy fun way. I’ve tried other dog day cares before and sprout always came back filthy and TOO exhausted, it was worrisome. He’d come back with wounds as well. I never have to worry about any of that with M.K. They are able to help my boy pace himself and take rests when he needs them. I really feel that the negative reviews are harsh. I cannot recommend M.K. Enough and I am incredibly grateful we have found them! We and Sprout will definitely be a life client!”

About: High Drive & High Energy experience! I’ve been very interested in all kinds of animals for as long as I can remember! I was always the dog/cat savvy one in a family. I currently own a 5 year old German Shepherd (Geist), a 1 year old German Shepherd (Levi) as well as 2 cats (Haku & Tucker)! 5 years ago I got my very first dog as an adult on my own, Geist. Geist made me find my love for training and we have learned so much in our time together. We have trained and competed in numerous dog sports; scent work, dock diving, fastCAT. We have been working hard training for a sport called PSA (Protection Sports Association) which focuses on high levels of competitive obedience and bite work. This sport has opened a whole new world for me and has taught me so much about dog behavior, handling and training. This has made me very passionate about getting dogs out there and giving them proper outlets for their energy as well as a huge passion for training and general care. I also have experience with cats, reptiles & small animals, please message me for more info or help with care for those guys! Our pets are family and we are really lucky to have them in our lives. They deserve our respect and proper care in every aspect, so I’m here to help with that! I am currently working part-time in the early morning hours so I have plenty of time throughout the day to help care for and have fun with your pups or kitties! I am available most days from 11 AM-5 PM! For in home visits!: I would love to follow what you think best suits the care they need! Tell me about your fur babies and how they live with you! For boarding clients!: I only take one client at a time for in home boarding. I can accommodate a maximum of 2 dogs per client/household. My home is strictly crate and rotate (with the exception of structured time on a place bed) unless you are boarding with me for more than 3-5 days. Your pups will not meet either of my dogs except for in passing on leash or in front of their kennels. I have a dog room for my dogs but I typically keep boarding dogs in a separate room for their rest time to ease the stress of being in a new environment on your pups!

I’ve been a pooch fur baby lover since I was a kid however my dad never let me have any. When I turned 18 i moved out and rescued my now 17 yr old baby. They had thrown him in a dumpster! Anywho I have babysat my friend’s/family pooches ever since! I know how nerve wrecking it is to leave your baby with someone they may not know. I will send pics, videos spoil your baby that they will think they are on vacation themselves. I have repeat pawrents. I work from home and have 2 other little senior fur babies with me. We take walks multiple times a day, go to the dog park and love taking them on car rides. I live in a townhome but have a dog park and park around me pretty close to me. I love going on bike rides and pull them on my trailer, walks, and live their best life. I currently have an 17 & 10 year old pooches that live with my husband and I. If you bring your baby for boarding they will have a bath with no extra charges. We only use the very best shampoos for the fur babies. I have experience with giving meds, shots etc. I work from home so I’m at home all day long along with my 2 little fur babies. We love living good and enjoy it I live in a townhome your fur babies will always be on a leash as their safety is my number one priority they’ll be happy and comfortable with me.

About: I’ve lived with dogs almost my whole life. I live with a husky and a mini poodle mix. I also have a cat that is now 7yrs. I do have more experience with dogs, but I am so very close to my cat. I can take them for walks or to dog parks, whatever they need. I am working part-time at night at the moment, so my schedule is mostly free. Preferably weekends, but is not required. Can be flexible. I do have a fenced front and backyard. I also have a large kennel in storage if needed. I’d prefer to keep them outside if at my house. About: With years of hands-on experience raising puppies, kittens, and everything from tiny lap dogs to large breeds, I bring a calm, confident, and loving presence to every pet I care for. I currently share my home with a sweet Labrador Retriever, so I know firsthand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, or sticking to a routine, I treat every pet like my own—with love, patience, and lots of tail wags! I am an elementary school teacher August-May and have summers off to party with your animals. During the school year I can do drop in visits anytime before 8:00 am and anytime after 4:30 pm Monday-Friday, but weekends I am free from anytime. During the summer I am available at anytime. Whether your pet stays in my home or I come to yours, their comfort and happiness are my top priorities! At my home, your furry friend will enjoy a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor play, plenty of space to roam, and the company of my sweet Labrador Retriever. My children love helping out with gentle play, fetch, and of course plenty of snuggles! I keep a calm, clean environment and follow your pet’s routine closely to help them feel right at home. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for just like they would with you.

Whenever we travel and use rovers we have to ask for pictures and we worry about wether or not they’re getting enough daily activity and fulfillment. With James we received a constant stream of photos of our babies having, probably more, fun than we even offer them on a daily basis. With so many adventures we were more worried about them wanting to come home than we were about them having a good time. We 1000% recommend James.
