About: Hi. Our first dog when I was 6, aLab. An Irish Setter joined the family about 7 years later. Since then more dogs and then during the last 5 years some casual cats. I do some driving for my two sons, school, work, and such but the rest of my days are mine. Early AMs not a problem and preferably not later than 10PM. I am currently only offering dog walking and check in visits. Mentally healthy dogs like me. I'm also pretty good connecting with not-so-mentally-healthy dogs. I'm pretty empathic.

“Just purchased a puppy and didn’t want to leave him at home while I work from 6-4:30 so I decide to book daycare time with Robin. Her knowledge on how to care for dogs/ puppy’s is incredible!!! Not only did she stay in constant communication with me about my puppy but, she was also sends me adorable pictures and videos. Robin went the extra mile and is slowly teaching my puppy crate training along with potty training. She takes him out every hour or so for potty breaks and even allows him to run and play!! Currently, I’m in between jobs, which means I have a very open and flexible schedule to care for your pup throughout the week. I’m available most days, mornings or evenings—just not Sundays, as I observe the day for church and rest. Your dog will always get my full attention when they’re with me! When I walk your dog, their safety and happiness are my top priorities. I use secure leashes and harnesses, avoid high-traffic areas, and pay close attention to each dog’s pace, energy level, and comfort. I am completely at ease with litter box care, playtime, and snuggle time. I am also very comfortable caring for geriatric animals, and animals that require medication. Throughout my life, I have cared for many pets, both cats and dogs, at the end of their lives, and even currently have a 20+ year old cat that requires some extra attention. I understand that older animals are special cases, and they deserve all the attention and care we can give them in their twilight years. I will care for your animals like my own, and will love the opportunity to make a new furry friend! I am currently an adjunct professor, and I have my own archaeological nonprofit, but this means my schedule is mostly up to me. This gives me ample time to spend with your pets, as well as flexibility to fit into your schedule. I will care for your animals in your home according to their routine and your expectations. I understand how important routine is, and how important environment is for pets to feel safe and secure.
