About: I am a TTU graduate with my bachelors in animal science. I have 3 years of vet tech experience, so I’m comfortable taking care of youthful, senior and sick/medical animals. I know CPR, how to administer medications including insulin and asthma treatments, and tending to wound care as well. About: We have been doing Rover for a decade, and we love hosting your pets in our home! We have always had pets in our home, they’ve always been part of our life! When families are out of town we think it is very important for pets to be taken care of by someone who will treat them like their families do. We want to provide them with love and care while their families are away and help them stick to their routine so they will transition easily back when their family returns home. We have 1 loving pup in our home. She is very well mannered and loves to have furry friends over! Ellie, our dachshund, lost both her dog siblings over the last couple years. So she is always excited to have playmates to spend time with. One of us is home full-time five days a week and we work part time the other two days. So we will have lots of time to give attention and love to your pets. We will provide exercise and play time as well as snuggle and rest time. We have a fenced in yard with a dog run if dogs need some outside time. We also have a gated area in the house so dogs can have their own personal space to eat as well as sleep at night if needed. We also have a spare bedrooms if your kitties are shy and need their own hotel room!

Should I care for your fur babies at my home and leave for drop off and pick ups, I am more than happy to use my small traveling kennels or use theirs if traveling is safe for them. I have toys for the dog(s) to play with along with water that is always out if they need water. I can put the water up if there are any dogs that drink too much water. I like to closely follow a routine for each dog to maximize the care and comfort because the dog is in a new environment and it can be stressful for the dog. For drop-in visits, walking, or house-sitting, I like to follow the owner’s care instructions and routine since I will be dropping by their own home environment and want to continue with their own routine to maximize that dog’s security, comfort, and routine. I am very big on communication to ensure both owner and dog(s) is/are comfortable and secure in knowing that I am taking care of and loving on their furry child. Because at the end of the day that is what I am here to do: I am here to take care of and love on your furry child as if the dog is my own for the time being.

About: I have loved dogs since I was a kid. They are loyal and can bring so much peace and joy to our lives. I lost my soul dog Bruiser several years ago and miss him dearly every day. He had many serious medical issues in his nearly 11 years, therefore I am very proficient at handling special needs pups and dogs. Medication administration, extra love, being extra diligent when it comes to monitoring for any issues and helping them feel safe while in my care. I am patient when it comes to gaining their trust and will not push them to instantly love me since a lot of dogs are not ready for that right away. I’m available during weekdays and Saturdays to provide any pet care assistance you may need, and I’m happy to work with your schedule to ensure your pets are well taken care of. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible. I follow all owner instructions closely, including feeding schedules, portion sizes, medications if needed, and preferred exercise routines. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection, while also respecting their individual personalities and energy levels.

Having pets has taught me some wonderful games such as tug of war, fetch, and keep away (a house favorite). I’ve learned with time that “animal lead play” is a wonderful way to get any fur baby to interact on a level they’re comfortable with. Offering opportunities for bonds and trust to form between us!
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. As a teacher, I’m patient, dependable, organized, and attentive to individual needs — qualities that help pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I understand how important trust and communication are, and I’ll treat your dog like part of the family. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily life this summer because I’ll have a very open and flexible schedule. My last day of teaching is June 12th, and I’ll be available throughout the summer for drop-ins, walks, boarding, and overnight care. Since I return to teaching in August, I’m excited to spend my summer doing something I genuinely enjoy — caring for animals and giving pets extra love and attention while their owners are away. About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 10. Ranging from neighbors and family members cats and dogs, I’ve also feed and cared for farm animals like horses, cows, goats, and chickens. About: I am a veterinary technician of 9 years. I specialize currently in emergency veterinary medicine and specialty veterinary medicine. I also worked in general practice as well. I have a wide spectrum of knowledge on any breed, species and specific medical conditions that require hospice care! You can trust me to make sure your pet; scales or fur taken care like they are my own! I do pet care 7 days a week 24/7 I have my own personal animals and I work 10-12 hours a day working at an animal hospital here in Lubbock. My days off will be reserved for your pets so I can give the full attention I need to. I have a cat and a bearded dragon, they stay confined in my apartment and have all the necessities they need to be comfortable beds, cat tree, good food and fresh water. Going into someone’s home and treating it with the most respect is so important! Pets will be cared for in their own home where they are comfortable and their environment will remain clean.

Since moving to Lubbock five years ago, I’ve done regular dog walking and housesitting for local families, it’s truly something I love to do. I have a flexible schedule, which means your pup gets my full attention and care. Whether it’s walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays, I’ll treat your pets like my own and make sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. I have two friendly dogs of my own who love having new friends around. My home has a fully fenced backyard where pups can play and stretch their legs safely. I’m also able to crate dogs if needed or if that’s what they’re used to at home, whatever makes them most comfortable!

About: I have 6 years of hands-on experience caring for puppies, senior dogs, and pups with special needs. For many years, I fostered dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, giving me a great understanding of doggy behavior and care. In my free time, I volunteer at local rescues, continuing my love for helping animals feel safe, cared for, and happy. About: I love animals, but dogs just have my heart. I have had many dog pets in my life. One whom was sick since she was born and i had to give medication daily. That was never a problem to me. I currently have two fur babies, one that i found on the street that someone had thrown and one that i adopted. My fur baby that was found on the street has a problem with its hips and I try my best to keep him comfortable. ALL animals are beautiful! Hello Fur Parents! I am currently in the Medical Field as a CNA/Phlebotomist. My work schedule is mornings/almost afternoon. I am available in the morning for those whom can’t be attentive to their fur babies due to being at work. While i’m going in to work my husband is almost out so fur babies will not be alone too long. We are a team!! I have a home that has a backyard that is securely fenced and is pretty specious for your babies to burn all that energy out. I also have two of my own fur babies who are the most loving and playful that have what feels like a million toys who are waiting to be shared with.
