My family and I have 5 dogs of our own and recently we were adopted by our newly stray cat, Carey. We have been fostering dogs since Thanksgiving of 2017 and we have learned a lot how all pets deserve second chances and how each one of them heals at their own time. My dog walks are tailored to your pet needs, I will focus on the safety of your pet and myself during my service. You can trust that your pet will always be in loving and caring hands. I take great pride in making my dogs a priority in my life, including them in all that I do & treating them as members of my family! I do live in a condo community, and while I don’t have a fenced yard, we do have a small dog park on our property. Rest assured that your fur baby will get plenty of potty breaks and get taken on walks to get plenty of fresh air, sunshine & exercise. I work from home three days out of the week, and go into the office on Wed & Thurs. from 8a-5p. I do drive home during my lunch hour to take the doggies on a potty break. I normally give dogs free range in my home. They are allowed on the couch and bed. I can also crate them while I’m away or at night if you prefer. You will need to supply the crate. I take the doggies out for potty breaks usually every four hours.

I love them like my child and would do the same to take care of yours I love puppies and will follow up on trainings that you have instilled or give them common training with your permission. She was very understanding of his needs as a pup and assured me that everything will be okay. She took the time to get to know Duke during our “meet-and-greet” and after that, it was smooth sailing from there. She sent me pics during his stay and kept him entertained which is important to a very curious pup. Altogether, I was very pleased with Claudia and would highly recommend her for your next Rover experience.”

About: I started pet sitting and dog walking for friends and family many years ago which led me to working at a pet lodge for a friend when there were shifts to pick up. There I could handle anywhere from 5 to 15+ dogs of various breeds and sizes. I grew up with all sorts of animals but mostly dogs and cats. I really do love animals of all sorts. My biggest flex? I tend to befriend the unfriendly and shy ones. Currently, I am not working so I have open availability. When I start school in the fall, I will be doing it online so my schedule will not have to change with any clients that I might have. I always made sure my cats’ area was clean and stocked; meaning their litter box, food bowls are filled, and toys put away when they weren’t playful. When I had a dog, I would put them in the crate if I was leaving or going to bed when we were still training them, but after a while I kept them out. I’m also familiar with giving prescription meds if needed. The gs/pit mix suffers from seizures but I roll his meds in a cheese ball on time twice a day everytime:) he loves it and takes it well. The little toy poodle is very much an inside dog, she will go for a walk, but at home she has a pottyloo. When she is with me her owners bring potty pads. She uses them well like the little lady she is, but she used to miss the pad when she was younger. All the that to say no worries on pad trained pups! I got it! No worries on pups that need to take meds either! As for my dog, he’s a little anxious. Everything makes him jump but I find that just making him sit and breathe and understand he’s safe works. He's really playful though so once he warms up to you he won’t leave you alone. I work from home so I can care for pets throughout the day. Usually take my own outside around 9am, 1pm, 7pm, midnight. And he eats right after we come back inside. I love playing with dogs so we will do that and maybe some easy training for treats. Usually bed time right after midnight Closed door tidy home. My dog loves eating my toilet paper when I’m gone or not paying attention and he’s just generally nosey. So I make sure to double check everything and close doors. There is also a dog park on site. Dogs can potty there. Dogs will sleep in my room as well. My dog is crate trained but likes to venture under the bed sometimes. Please bring whatever your dog is comfortable sleeping with
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for most of my life and truly love spending time with animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I had a French Bulldog for many years, and because my parents traveled frequently, I was his primary caregiver—handling his daily routine, feeding, walks, playtime, and giving him all the love and attention he deserved until he sadly passed away last year. I’ve also cared for two Great Danes, so I’m comfortable with both small and giant breeds. Through these experiences, I’ve become confident handling dogs with different temperaments, energy levels, and care needs. Today, I regularly volunteer at Friends For Life, a no-kill animal shelter, where I work closely with many of the dogs that need extra patience and care. I help feed, walk, play with, and administer medications to dogs, including many who have experienced neglect, abuse, medical issues, or behavioral challenges. Working with these special dogs has taught me how to build trust, stay patient, and make each dog feel safe and loved. I treat every pet as if they were my own and understand how important it is to know your furry family member is in caring, reliable hands. My goal is to make every dog feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I currently nanny just for 1.5 hours a week so I have a pretty open schedule! I have a car so I’m able to do transportation as well if needed! I’m also open to last minute requests! I have a very open backyard that’s completely fenced, it has trees and a pool. No animals in my house anymore so it’s open for any animal!
About: I started pet sitting and dog walking for friends and family many years ago which led me to working at a pet lodge for a friend when there were shifts to pick up. There I could handle anywhere from 5 to 15+ dogs of various breeds and sizes. I grew up with all sorts of animals but mostly dogs and cats. I really do love animals of all sorts. My biggest flex? When I had a dog, I would put them in the crate if I was leaving or going to bed when we were still training them, but after a while I kept them out. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I would walk, feed and watch my neighbors dogs while they were away in Europe. Two very energetic and playful yellow labs. I have 2 dogs of my own. Lily is very energetic and likes to play a lot. The other, Toby, is a senior dog who likes attention. I consider them part of my family. I am currently on sabbatical.
