About: Genuine love for pets. I naturally care for their well-being and love the affection I get from all animals. My family and I have 5 dogs of our own and recently we were adopted by our newly stray cat, Carey. We have been fostering dogs since Thanksgiving of 2017 and we have learned a lot how all pets deserve second chances and how each one of them heals at their own time. My dog walks are tailored to your pet needs, I will focus on the safety of your pet and myself during my service. You can trust that your pet will always be in loving and caring hands. Dog walking would be my primary activity next to my English classes. I will work with you to make sure that your pets needs are met in a timely manner. At home we have a fenced backyard and at my customers' homes I make sure that safety is a priority during my service. That means that I would make sure that your pet is properly secured and that is happy while we are together.
“Kimberly is fantastic! Super communicative, nice, knowledgeable and best of all has your pets best health and experience in mind. I’ve used her twice now and this last time was for an entire month. “Heaven was amazing, from the time she met with my cat until the time I came back from my trip. My girly was comfortable with Heaven and felt safe with her! I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!”

“Michael was great with our three kitties! We had a last minute scheduling issue with our other sitter, and Michael was able to take over no problem. He’s super easygoing and understands cats with all of their different personalities. Two of our fur babies are super shy, and he was very patient with them. Our youngest girl is a super picky eater and he tried all of the tricks until she finally gave in and ate. Plus, he was finally was able to pet our boy on his last day!”

“I’ve said this time and again, Vanessa and Gilberto are the best. Our cats can be a pain, but they respond to them. We don’t have to come anymore to a cold shoulder.”

“Melissa was fantastic and took great care of my cat, Anastasia, while I was away. One thing I really appreciated was how communicative she was throughout the entire process. She consistently sent updates and great photos during her visits, which gave me peace of mind and let me know Anastasia was doing well. She was attentive, professional, and clearly cared about making sure my pet was comfortable and well cared for. Before my trip, Melissa took the time to meet with me and Anastasia, which I really appreciated. It gave us a chance to go over everything in person, and I could tell right away that she was thoughtful and genuinely interested in getting to know my cat and her routine. During her visits, she not only handled the essentials but also spent time interacting and playing with Anastasia. It was obvious from the updates and photos that she was engaged and attentive rather than simply stopping by and leaving. Overall, I was extremely happy with Melissa's care, professionalism, communication, and reliability. I would absolutely book with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

“Jennifer, Thank you for taking such good care of Possum! This was our first time to leave our kitty and you made sure he was in good shape. I appreciate your attention to detail and constant vigilance for any signs of distress. Possum was a happy healthy boy when we returned thanks to you. We will definitely call you again!”

“Daniele was an amazing sitter for my old, cranky, shy kitty! I knew from the very first meet & greet that she was going to be a perfect fit- Poptart walked right up to her and she gave her a boop on the nose! ? Daniele had so much patience and understanding for how to handle her, and made sure to keep me in very close communication while I was away from home. I usually worry so much about leaving my kitty alone for extended periods of time, but having Daniele helped relieve my stress. I knew Poptart was in great care, and we’ll definitely be using her in the future! She even took care of my plants!!”

“Courtney sent tons of pictures and spent quality time with our girls — playing, treats, freshened the litter box, food and water. I felt super comfortable out of town, knowing she was stopping by and keeping us connected. Both our shy kitty and our social butterfly were happy, fed and comfortable ☺️ We’ll certainly book with Courtney again!”

“Deanna was great. Very responsible & caring sitter. This was my first time using Rover & I will use it again. I like that it’s very professional & you get notifications when the sitter starts & ends. I felt that I left my precious kitties in good hands.”

“Kaylalea was thorough in her communication, my cats seemed happy with her company, and my home was in the same condition as i left it. would definitely book again!”

“Claire is great with my 3 Boston’s. In addition to this she's reliable, very responsive and sends photo updates. I definitely will ask Claire to drop in again and recommend her.”

About: I’ve cared for cats with all kinds of personalities, from social lap cats to the ones who prefer their own space. I know every cat has their own routine, and I let them set the pace. I’ll keep their litter box clean, refresh food and water, give them playtime if they’re interested, and make sure they get plenty of care and attention while you’re away. I’ll also send photo updates so you can relax knowing they’re doing well. ◡̈
“Mae did an incredible job with our cat Anselmo! She sent us detailed updates every drop-in that made me feel so much more relieved while we were travelling. She was so accomadating with our instructions and I always felt like my baby was in great hands. I highly recommend her as a sitter!”

“Miranda and her partner are easy to work with and very reliable. They tracked down an Amazon delivery that arrived while I was away and sent daily reports and photos of my cat's emptied food bowls, since my shy cat doesn't appear during their visits. Traveling is less stressful knowing they are keeping an eye on my pet and my home while I'm gone.”

“We had a great experience with Cheyenne! She was extremely responsive, very professional, and sent the cutest, highest-quality photos of my dogs during each visit. I felt totally at ease knowing they were in great hands. Highly recommend her for drop-in visits!”

“Esther is nothing short of amazinggggg! She is so sweet and very professional. Soon after meeting Esther, I could tell my pup Jo-Jo was going to feel right at home. Jo-Jo had a friend to play with right when he walked in and Esther provided so many amenities I wasn’t even the slightest bit worried about him being comfortable. Esther is very thoughtful and prepared the perfect space for dogs just like a five star hotel would for humans, haha. I can’t wait to see her again and have Jo-Jo back in her care!”

“Red loved his time playing with Cheryn and the other dogs! Cheryn sent updates during the day and I felt very comfortable leaving my pup with her! Plus, he was tired at the end of the day which is always a plus!”

About: I have pet sat and dog walked for friends and family since I can remember - all sizes and ages of pets. I come from an incredibly caring family of animal lovers and we've all adopted and rescued at some point in our lives and shared our experiences of individual pet behaviors. I understand that unwalked or lonely pets can be difficult to raise with excess energy that has no outlet, so if I can help by breaking up their day a little, I'd love to help you out. I can drop in to keep them company, feed and play with them. I can take them for walks locally and treat them when we get home. I only take a few bookings a day so I can be more attentive to those pets, so they feel valued, rested and happy and not rushed in and out. About me: I'm an outgoing finance professional with more time on my hands recently and looking for more life balance and fresh air! I fit walks into my day around other commitments to help break up the day. Its good to get away from the desk for some air. It depends on the client. With high value dogs clients prefer that I stay on their property, so I've ensured that we have their favorite toy available to play fetch for 30 mins! For others, I ensure I have a safe walking route from the home and we take our water and poop bags and we walk fast or slow depending on the age and ability of the dog.

About: Hi! I’m Debbie and have cared for two cocker spaniels, Duncan & Tuckie. I take great pride in making my dogs a priority in my life, including them in all that I do & treating them as members of my family! I would love to offer you my dog caring services so that you can have peace of mind that your fur baby is in loving hands! I’m available for dog walks, drop ins for feedings, boarding as well as pet sitting in my home. I do live in a condo community, and while I don’t have a fenced yard, we do have a small dog park on our property. Rest assured that your fur baby will get plenty of potty breaks and get taken on walks to get plenty of fresh air, sunshine & exercise. I work from home three days out of the week, and go into the office on Wed & Thurs. from 8a-5p. I do drive home during my lunch hour to take the doggies on a potty break. I normally give dogs free range in my home. They are allowed on the couch and bed. I can also crate them while I’m away or at night if you prefer. You will need to supply the crate. I take the doggies out for potty breaks usually every four hours.
About: I have owned three dogs myself over the course of 10+ years ranging from 95lbs Husky to 5lbs maltipoo. I love them like my child and would do the same to take care of yours I love puppies and will follow up on trainings that you have instilled or give them common training with your permission. I work from home so I’ll have plenty of time to tent to your pup and play with them and let them out to potty. I go on daily walks so your pup will get plenty of exercise. I have a fenced small backyard that your pup can potty or play safely. We owned and train my own pups in the house and have gates to make sure it is puppy proof.
“This was my first time using Rover and will definitely not be my last. I choose Claudia because first, she lives close by and second, her high star reviews. And man, they weren’t kidding. Claudia has been exceptional with this whole process esp for a first time user. But the most important aspect was her attentiveness to Duke, my frenchie pup. Duke is six months old and is very active. I was afraid his “energetic” personality would deter her from watching my dog but it didn’t at all. She was very understanding of his needs as a pup and assured me that everything will be okay. She took the time to get to know Duke during our “meet-and-greet” and after that, it was smooth sailing from there. She sent me pics during his stay and kept him entertained which is important to a very curious pup. Altogether, I was very pleased with Claudia and would highly recommend her for your next Rover experience.”

“Tommie and Jeff are absolutely wonderful! They helped Maggie overcome some separation anxiety and she had a great day. I will definitely be bringing her back in the future.”

About: At this time, I am currently only accepting SMALL BREEDS for boarding. Hi, I’m Amy! Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I know how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your furry family members. I share my home with my sweet (and spoiled!) 6-year old trained Rottweiler, Zara, who has taught me so much about understanding dog body language, and making pets feel safe, happy, and loved. What sets me apart is not only my genuine love for animals, but also my background in healthcare. Working in this field has made me reliable, detail oriented, patient, and attentive qualities that naturally carry over into pet care. Whether it’s sticking to feeding schedules, administering medications, noticing small behavior changes, or giving extra comfort and reassurance, I care for every pet like they’re my own. One thing I prioritize most is making sure dogs get plenty of exercise, enrichment, and outdoor time. We typically go on 3–5 walks a day, and I always make sure your dog gets their dose of sunshine, fresh air, sniffing time, and grass time. I love keeping dogs mentally and physically stimulated, not just cooped up indoors.🙂 Depending on the dog and owner preferences, we sometimes go on fun little outings too ⭐️ Starbucks 💚 pup cup runs, PetSmart trips, or even walks through Lowe’s when the weather is nice and the environment is pet-friendly. I truly enjoy making dogs feel included, engaged, and cared for. 🙂💖 When the weather doesn’t permit extended outdoor time, we switch to indoor enrichment and cozy downtime. We’ll spend time indoors playing fetch, relaxing, and watching movies together until the weather clears up, while still going outside for shorter potty walks and fresh air breaks as needed. I also prioritize structure and safety in my home environment. Zara has her own separate section of the house, and all dogs are kept on a consistent schedule for walks, potty breaks, meals, rest, and individual outside time. I do not introduce untrained dogs to Zara. If your dog is well-trained, calm, and socialized, playtime with Zara may be considered upon request and approval to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone. 😊 Experience: • At this time, I am currently only accepting SMALL BREEDS for boarding. • Patient and gentle with senior pets, including slow walks, medications, and extra TLC. • Comfortable caring for special needs pets with unique diets, routines, or extra support needs. • Experienced in reading dog body language and adjusting care to each pet’s comfort level and personality. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, loved, exercised, and at home while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I recently graduated and am currently finishing my last 3 online prerequisites before applying to the RN program. My schedule is very flexible, which allows me to be home throughout the day with the pets in my care. I typically wake up around 5:30–6:00 AM to study, then start the day by getting the dogs on schedule for breakfast, potty breaks, walks, and outdoor time. I enjoy keeping dogs active, comfortable, and on a consistent routine throughout the day. Safety, Trust & Environment I take pet safety very seriously, whether I’m caring for pets in my home or visiting yours. At home, I make sure the environment is secure, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space for play and rest. I supervise all interactions and make sure pets are never left unattended in unsafe areas. When caring for pets in your home, I follow your routines closely—from feeding and walks to playtime and bathroom breaks. I treat your home with the same respect I would my own, ensuring everything stays safe, clean, and organized. Because I work from home, I can provide attentive care throughout the day, and my healthcare experience helps me notice small changes in behavior or health. You can trust that your pet will be happy, safe, and loved under my care. 🐶💛
About: I started pet sitting and dog walking for friends and family many years ago which led me to working at a pet lodge for a friend when there were shifts to pick up. There I could handle anywhere from 5 to 15+ dogs of various breeds and sizes. I grew up with all sorts of animals but mostly dogs and cats. I really do love animals of all sorts. My biggest flex? I tend to befriend the unfriendly and shy ones. Currently, I am not working so I have open availability. When I start school in the fall, I will be doing it online so my schedule will not have to change with any clients that I might have. I always made sure my cats’ area was clean and stocked; meaning their litter box, food bowls are filled, and toys put away when they weren’t playful. When I had a dog, I would put them in the crate if I was leaving or going to bed when we were still training them, but after a while I kept them out. I like to maintain a regular routine so that they were not stressed.

“Amauche was great with my puppy! She was always excited to get dropped off! I will definitely leave my puppy with Amauche again. Thank you so much again Amauche!”

“Can't recommend Jennifer enough! She walks my mini schnauzer, Betty, two days a week and I love getting on the Furbo and seeing Betty relaxed and passed out after their walks. Also appreciate the quality pictures Jennifer takes during their walks, it makes me happy knowing she's being looked after so well while I'm at work!”

“Claire was an emergency call and she looked at her schedule and was able to walk Sassy on the first day of the artic blast coming in. So thankful! If she had not responded yes, go back to Rover for next request. She came the night before to meet Sassy and Sassy immediately liked her.”

About: I have been around animals for most of my life and have experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, play with, bathe, and keep their pets company while they’re away. I understand that every pet has their own routine and comfort level, so I take the time to get to know what makes them feel safe and happy. I’m an active person who genuinely enjoys long walks, outdoor time, and interactive play, but I’m just as happy keeping a senior dog company or giving an anxious pet the patience and space they need. My goal is always to make your pet feel comfortable while giving you peace of mind. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to provide pets with plenty of attention instead of just stopping in for the basics. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, potty breaks, or simply someone to keep them company, I’m happy to accommodate their routine as much as possible. I know consistency is important for animals, and I’ll do my best to keep their day feeling as normal as it does when you’re home. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority. I’ll carefully follow any instructions you provide regarding feeding schedules, exercise, crate training, or household rules. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior so I can recognize when they need play, rest, water, or a little extra reassurance. I believe communication is just as important as great pet care, so I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages throughout my visits. You can relax knowing your pet is being cared for with patience, kindness, and the same level of attention I’d give my own.
About: I’m Malasia. I have a 4 year old mini poodle I’ve had since 7months. I absolutely love dogs! If your dog sniffs me first, I’m definitely gonna ask to pet! I work from home as a data analyst and I often take care of my friends dogs (a large m German Shepard/pit mix and a f toy poodle). Along with my dog, it’s an interesting and fun mix. I’m also familiar with giving prescription meds if needed. The gs/pit mix suffers from seizures but I roll his meds in a cheese ball on time twice a day everytime:) he loves it and takes it well. The little toy poodle is very much an inside dog, she will go for a walk, but at home she has a pottyloo. When she is with me her owners bring potty pads. She uses them well like the little lady she is, but she used to miss the pad when she was younger. All the that to say no worries on pad trained pups! I got it! No worries on pups that need to take meds either! As for my dog, he’s a little anxious. Everything makes him jump but I find that just making him sit and breathe and understand he’s safe works. He's really playful though so once he warms up to you he won’t leave you alone. I work from home so I can care for pets throughout the day. Usually take my own outside around 9am, 1pm, 7pm, midnight. And he eats right after we come back inside. I love playing with dogs so we will do that and maybe some easy training for treats. Usually bed time right after midnight Closed door tidy home. My dog loves eating my toilet paper when I’m gone or not paying attention and he’s just generally nosey. So I make sure to double check everything and close doors. There is also a dog park on site. Dogs can potty there. Dogs will sleep in my room as well. My dog is crate trained but likes to venture under the bed sometimes. Please bring whatever your dog is comfortable sleeping with
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for most of my life and truly love spending time with animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I had a French Bulldog for many years, and because my parents traveled frequently, I was his primary caregiver—handling his daily routine, feeding, walks, playtime, and giving him all the love and attention he deserved until he sadly passed away last year. I’ve also cared for two Great Danes, so I’m comfortable with both small and giant breeds. Through these experiences, I’ve become confident handling dogs with different temperaments, energy levels, and care needs. Today, I regularly volunteer at Friends For Life, a no-kill animal shelter, where I work closely with many of the dogs that need extra patience and care. I help feed, walk, play with, and administer medications to dogs, including many who have experienced neglect, abuse, medical issues, or behavioral challenges. Working with these special dogs has taught me how to build trust, stay patient, and make each dog feel safe and loved. I treat every pet as if they were my own and understand how important it is to know your furry family member is in caring, reliable hands. My goal is to make every dog feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I currently nanny just for 1.5 hours a week so I have a pretty open schedule! I have a car so I’m able to do transportation as well if needed! I’m also open to last minute requests! I have a very open backyard that’s completely fenced, it has trees and a pool. No animals in my house anymore so it’s open for any animal!

“What can you wish for more than someone who loves your puppa, thinks deeply about their well-being and takes the best care of them. Ashley is hugely knowledgeable about pets and their health. She’s incredibly caring and attentive. Communicative and will do all she can to help when circumstances change. Our dog just adores her and so do we. Thank you Ashley- you’re the best!”

“We absolutely loved our experience with Cheyenne! My dog instantly connected with her and would cry when she left—he adored her that much. Cheyenne was not only reliable and communicative, but she also helped curb some of his bad leash behaviors with patience and skill. Her genuine care and professionalism really stood out. I would absolutely book her again without hesitation.”

“Jayne is very responsible, very communicative, and very sweet with my dog for his daily mid day walks! 4 weeks in and will continue to use and recommend her rover services!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I would walk, feed and watch my neighbors dogs while they were away in Europe. Two very energetic and playful yellow labs. I have 2 dogs of my own. Lily is very energetic and likes to play a lot. The other, Toby, is a senior dog who likes attention. I consider them part of my family. I am currently on sabbatical. My schedule is open anytime, day or night, weekdays or weekends. Available for walking but also can be available to house sit with dogs. I follow each dog’s routine and care instructions closely to keep them comfortable and stress-free in their own home. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, medications, and any special needs. Safety is always a priority — I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure and I pay close attention to each dog’s well-being. I treat every home with respect and provide regular updates and photos so owners feel confident their dogs are in good hands.
About: I have years of both personal and professional pet care experience. I have volunteered at a veterinary hospital and owned multiple pets over the years. I work full time from home and my schedule is flexible around the needs of my day. I have ample opportunity to care for pets. I provide everyday care for my current pet. I also live right next to a park with ample activity space for you favorite pet’s walk!
About: Hello! I'm Taylor and I have always loved training dogs. I think cats and dogs always love me and we can aways get along. I have loved teaching my dog, Parker, to roll over, sit pretty, and fetch. I am looking forward to oppourtunities to meet a different variety of pets as I learn to train guide dogs. I have always felt a calling to be able to provide a service that might help people connect with animals that can help improve their qualitiy of life. I have a bachelor's degree in communications and a minor in French. I've lived in a variety of places including Denver, CO and Paris, France. Now I’m back in Houston. My dog’s favorite game is I chase her while she steals socks. I've studied under a pet groomer to learn about common things to look out for in pets from joint function to ear infections, so I'm always keeping an eye out to make sure pets are doing great! Please let me know what games your dog likes, if you are teaching any commands, and special treats for your furry friend! I would love to help your dog learn commands from a secondary trainer to help reinforce them! I currently have remote work that offers me full availability. Contact me and let me know if I can help your pets get some fresh air or a little love! Please let me know if you have any requests. I enjoy reading books and like to sit with animals and pet them for a while to give them more interaction instead of their being alone all day, especially for crate trained animals.
