Smokey can be very nervous and anxious in new situations, and he initially refused to eat, but Alexus was patient, caring, and determined to help him feel comfortable. She showed him so much love and attention, and before long he was settling in and doing much better. One of the things I appreciated most was the daily updates, photos, and videos she sent. They gave me tremendous peace of mind and reassured me that Smokey was safe, happy, and receiving excellent care. It was clear from every update that she genuinely cared about his well-being. Honestly, Smokey had a better experience with Alexus than he has ever had at a traditional boarding facility. In fact, when we came home, his greeting was surprisingly underwhelming because he had been having such a great time! About: My parents adopted a 3 month old kitten when I was 18, about to turn 19 years old. I was the one who helped my mom pick the right supplies. She didn’t know about kitten food, the difference between wet and dry food, or the best kind of litter to get. I helped walk her through it, till she could do it on her own. I knew thanks to my experience working at a pet store, and having extended family members who owned cats. I knew all those one’s my entire life. I also kept a cat fed for a neighbor. About: I have owned dogs my entire life varying in all kinds of ages, breeds, and health issues. My dogs are my world and I will treat your dog as if they are my own. I have a flexible schedule being in real estate so that makes it easy for me to schedule these extra dog walkings or check in's for my neighbors. I personally have a dog door with a fenced yard for my two dogs and have spent a lot of time training them so I trust them with the dog door open when I leave the house. I do not mind what you would call "aggressive" breeds. Husky's have also gotten a bad wrap about being "destructive" and for the most part, it's just not warranted. If I do feel aggression from your pup that could cause serious injury, I will step away from the home and call to ask for recommendations on how to approach them. If it does not seem to be working, I will work with you to find alternate care so that you aren't stranded. Dogs are allowed to have bad days too, and I won't give up easily.

“I loved how friendly Sian was and how relaxed myself and our dogs felt as soon as we walked in the door. This was our first stay and first time meeting Sian and her pup Travis. We will book with her again. One of my dogs never eats when momma is away, but he ate at Sian's house! They got lots of playtime and snuggles. Sian sent the right amount of photos and checkins so that we knew they were good but were not distracted during our vacation. She commuicated when one of our dogs threw up, which isn't unusual for his sensitive stomach.”

“Mariah and her family are great!! I was going out of the country for a week and was able to contact her at the last moment to watch my 2 babies. My dogs loved their stay! My dogs are super sweet and friendly but can get a little anxious when meeting people or other dogs for the first time, but they immediately felt comfortable and safe in Mariah's home. She has 2 kids and a dog of her own that kept my pups playing every day. My dogs are super picky eaters too, but Mariah tried every tip I offered to get them to eat and eventually got them to eat using her own methods and food. Mariah's whole family loves dogs, and the love, care and patience she showed my 2 dogs allowed me to have a stress free vacation. I even enjoyed getting the daily pic updates while out of the country. I highly recommend Mariah to anyone who wants their dogs to recieve love and the best care when you have to go out of town for any period of time. As long as we're ij Vegas, I won't let my dogs stay anywhere else when I need to take a trip.”

They proposed a meet and greet which was a green flag. I knew pretty quickly I wouldn’t have anything to worry about. Great folks, beautiful house, no bs!
