She went above and beyond to make sure our dog was comfortable and happy throughout his stay. Our dog is a very picky eater and refused to eat his kibble, so Christy thoughtfully offered him eggs, cheese, chicken jerky, and even some of the homemade food they prepared for their own dogs to ensure he was eating well. Our dog also enjoyed plenty of playtime. Their large backyard gave him lots of room to run around and burn off energy, and Christy even gave him ice to help him stay cool in the hot Houston weather. One thing we especially appreciated was Christy's excellent communication. She kept us updated throughout the stay and shared plenty of photos and videos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and comfortable our dog was. Even though I live in an apartment, my heeler/pointer rescue pup enjoys many outdoor adventures with me, including long walks, hiking, socializing with dog friends, and enrichment exercises. About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds. I have a goofy pitbull named Steel that is my pride and joy and loves being around other dogs. I work from home so I have plenty of flexibility to play with your pups, let them snore under my desk as I work or even go for a walk on my breaks. All sizes and breeds welcome! Plenty of experience with bully breeds. I am a twin mom so your dog must be comfortable with small children in the house that may throw a few toys over their playpen to share. I'm currently working from home M-F and have plenty of time to play with your pups! If I need to make a quick grocery store run it's right around the corner and usually takes 40min tops. I have 6 years of experience with high drive breeds including, malinois, Dutch shepherd, German shepherds, Great Danes, huskies, cane Corsica and many more. I currently have 3 dogs right now. A Belgian malinois, Dutch shepherd, and mini Australian shepherd. I treat every dog like my own and prioritize safety, clear boundaries, and lots of affection. I work from home. I usually have an early start, work for about 2 hours. Then after 8am it’s all dogs! (Or kitty’s) I have 14 acres of fun! A quiet neighborhood for walks aswell. I’m available almost any day, anytime. I’m extremely flexible as I make my own schedule! I have a fenced yard, with 3 friendly dogs. My dogs are crate trained and can be crated if necessary:). “If I could give Myriam more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. We left our Shiba Inu, Roxy, with Myriam and her family while we traveled, and we came home to a completely different dog - in the best way possible. Roxy is happier, calmer, better behaved, and it’s clear she was loved and cared for like she was part of the family. Before finding Myriam, we had been looking into professional dog training, but the cost was simply out of our budget. We never imagined we’d find someone who could provide such incredible care while also reinforcing good behavior and structure. It truly feels like we got so much more than dog sitting. From the moment we picked Roxy up, we could tell how much time, patience, and love had been poured into her. She’s listening better, has better manners, and came home relaxed and confident. “Christy is one of the best dog sitters we've ever had. She and her family are wonderful people who genuinely love dogs, and it truly shows in the way they care for them. She went above and beyond to make sure our dog was comfortable and happy throughout his stay. Our dog is a very picky eater and refused to eat his kibble, so Christy thoughtfully offered him eggs, cheese, chicken jerky, and even some of the homemade food they prepared for their own dogs to ensure he was eating well. Our dog also enjoyed plenty of playtime. Their large backyard gave him lots of room to run around and burn off energy, and Christy even gave him ice to help him stay cool in the hot Houston weather. One thing we especially appreciated was Christy's excellent communication. She kept us updated throughout the stay and shared plenty of photos and videos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and comfortable our dog was. We couldn't have asked for better care. If you're looking for someone who will treat your dog like a member of the family, I highly recommend Christy.
