“I was worried about leaving my 10wk ofd puppy with anyone for the first time, especially knowing there were other big dogs in the house, when he'd never really met any dogs before. BUT, to my VERY pleasant surprise, it proved to be one of the BEST days my baby ever had, as realized from the video sent to me while he was there. My pup ended up taking over the place; literally running around, jumping on, and over the big dogs who were sweet enough to tolerate his energetic l'il self? 🤐🤣 It was hilarious, and immediately put me at ease! Mr Chang was even kind enough to take him as a last minute booking as I knew no one, but trusted Rover from the past! “I was worried about leaving my 10wk ofd puppy with anyone for the first time, especially knowing there were other big dogs in the house, when he'd never really met any dogs before. BUT, to my VERY pleasant surprise, it proved to be one of the BEST days my baby ever had, as realized from the video sent to me while he was there. My pup ended up taking over the place; literally running around, jumping on, and over the big dogs who were sweet enough to tolerate his energetic l'il self? 🤐🤣 It was hilarious, and immediately put me at ease! Mr Chang was even kind enough to take him as a last minute booking as I knew no one, but trusted Rover from the past! I can't thank he, and his friend enough for accommodating us, and they deserve more than the 5 stars available! 🥰”
“This was a short visit for Hira and Belle with Janna. Janna did share a couple of pictures during their stay and they looked happy. Thank you for taking them out on walks, Janna. Much appreciated. We will definitely considers booking their stays with Janna’s family again.”
“I cannot thank Neel and his family enough for the incredible care they gave him. From the moment he arrived, they welcomed him like family and made him feel safe, loved, and completely at ease. Milo can have anxiety in new environments, and they handled it with so much patience, kindness, and understanding. This allowed Milo to feel completely comfortable and relaxed while I was away. They kept me updated every single day with photos and videos. Seeing Milo and Sydney playing together was the highlight of my day while I was away! Seeing how happy, relaxed, and comfortable Milo was made it so clear that he was not just being watched, but genuinely cared for and loved. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had on Rover. They went above and beyond in every way possible, and I never once worried about Milo while he was with them. I am beyond grateful for the love, attention, and dedication they showed him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such amazing care of Milo. “Jithin and his wife were Fantastic with our GSD. While our GSD experiences separation anxiety, Jithin played heavily with him to change his mood. His dog Thor was also instrumental in keeping him happy. We received video and pictures with a Very Happy Dog and he returned home Happy but missing his pal Thor. “Joshua took great care of my golden retriever who has medical needs. He even got Melvin to eat on the first day of his stay (Melvin usually does not eat for 2-3 days when he is with new people)! Communication was great and Melvin came back happy!”

“Cynthia took my dog, Tequila immediately when my previous sitter canceled on me on the same day I was supposed to drop off my dog. She provided me with updates, videos and photos each day Tequila stayed with them. I am grateful that Tequila was able to stay in a safe place. Their dog, Zero was also friendly with my dog, who normally does not get along with other dogs. I will book with her again.”
“Lily has been absolutely wonderful with my Corgi, Elliot who is 15 years. She had him for five days. Lilly communicates with you and sends pictures of him every day. Elliot came home clean well looked after. I was so relieved as I had him boarded at other places and had very bad experiences. Totally happy this time!”
