About: I have had cats all of my life, including starys that I adopted, and all have lived long, healthy lives. I am able to administer medications and even did shots for a diabetic cat. I don’t mind changing litter boxes and have a good system for my own cats so they always have a clean litter box. I often house & cat sit for my sister, who travels a lot. She usually has 2-5 indoor cats and also cares for several outdoor stary cats. She often finds them homes too. Her cats usually have different food needs and feeding schedules so I know how to separate cats who need different care. I don’t mind clipping nails, except one of my sister’s cats who won’t have it. I know how to transport cats and work with "difficult cats”. I produced several “Pet Care” series for HGTV, the DIY Network and TNN television shows, working with experts and veterinarians, including Dr. Craig Prior, owner of the Murphy Road Animal Hospital and a very popular vet in Nashville. He was also my personal vet for both my dogs and cats. I am retired so am available for any days and times. I also like taking photos and videos which I can share with clients so they see how their pet is doing.

About: I grew up with a family dog who was a shih tzu and poodle mix. Now, I work with furry friends of all types: from those who need a little extra attention to the most easygoing pets! Does your pet need medicine 3 times a day? I do that. Does your dog have leash aggression or very specific likes and dislikes? I've dealt with that too. Separation anxiety? Check! Senior dogs struggling with incontinence? I'm here to help. Currently, I offer house sitting (taking out trash, plant care, etc), drop ins, pet sitting (2-3 walks, medicine if applicable, feeding, play time), pet walks, and feeding. About: I am kind, caring and affectionate and I will respect your rules. I have been a pet owner for over 25 years. I have also been involved in caring for and rescuing many pets over the years. This has been my great joy. My home is pet friendly and pet safe. I enjoy sending my clients pics of their pets during their stay. Providing secure accommodations and a fun place to stay is paramount. This is my absolute purpose, goal, and pleasure. Pet sitting is my only job. I am home all day. With your approval, your dogs will be free to enjoy inside or outside. I have a secure privacy fence and a pet door for easy access. Of course, if you prefer a more regimented potty break schedule and time outside, I am happy to oblige. I allow dogs to make themselves at home. Sitting on furniture is A-okay. (as long as you approve.) I will certainly respect your rules. I like our dog visitors to be comfortable, feeling safe and welcome. I have a ChiWeenie; who sleeps A LOT and keeps to herself mostly; however, she is friendly. I also have a very friendly and playful Jack Russell/Beagle mix who enjoys company. My yard is secure and fun. We also have patio furniture they can lounge on. I keep our upstairs access gated. Of course, I will follow your instruction in regard to their sleeping. I am happy to do a “meet and greet” prior to your scheduling.
“Emily took wonderful care of my fur baby, Sugar, while we were visiting Nashville. She has a large fenced yard where the dogs can play, and I appreciated the extra safety measures she took. Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. About: Hi! I’m Lexie, a lifelong dog lover and proud dog mom to my German Shepherd, Bella. I’m extremely selective about who I trust with her, so I understand how important it is to find someone who will treat your dog like family. I’ll give your pup the same love, patience, attention, and care I give Bella. Since my work isn’t a traditional 9-to-5, I’m able to easily fit walks, drop-ins, and quality time with your pup into my day. I live in a clean, comfortable townhouse apartment where pets are treated like part of the family. Although I don’t have a private yard, there is a park and walking path right next door for frequent potty breaks, exercise, and outdoor time. I always follow each pet’s normal routine and any safety instructions provided by their owner. I also have a very friendly German Shepherd named Bella, so boarding pets should be comfortable around other dogs.
