About: I was a Manager at a dog lodge for 4 years. I took care of all sizes and breeds of dogs. I am CPR certified. I am pretty good at training dogs, but not professionally. I’m currently on a break from working a full time job. Currently I am enjoying my hobbies, and taking care of my own dogs. We go to the dog park every other day, and they get plenty of enrichment time. I live in an apartment. We have a dog park here. It is fully fenced in and open 24/7. I am also right next to the Shelby Farms dog park. We can do leash walks and off-leash walks if you want. I also have 3 dogs of my own- a whippet, a cavalier, and a cocker spaniel mix. They all are great with other dogs. I also have multiple crates in my house. If anyone doesn’t get along, I have ways to work around it.

About: I’ve owned different breeds of dogs from pit bulls to chihuahuas. Growing up I was the dog sitter for everyone around. I bathed walked and took care of them mostly from the comfort of their own homes as their owners were away on trips. About: I am a former kennel technician/veterinary assistant, with over 7 years of experience in the field of veterinary care. My thorough care and ability to remember each animals’ needs allowed me to excel in this position. Taking care of pets gives me the mental break and therapy I love, while allowing me to spend my free time helping others out as well. It’s a win/win! For example, I like to enter the home through the garage, shutting the door behind me, so that when entering a home, the animal would be in the garage if it tried to dart out.

“Derek accepted my request to sit for my new 5mo pup while I had to travel for work for 3 weeks (which last minute became 4 weeks) and he was nothing short of fantastic the entire time. He has great communication with at all times respective to his working hours. He is happy to sending pics/videos as often as you'd like and at request when you're missing your baby extra hard. I only had my baby for 3 weeks before I had to travel so she had barely any training under her feet when Derek took her in, and he was so forgiving & sympathetic of any negative behavior which was above and beyond what I could have asked for. He has has his own dog & a foster that he made sure to introduce with my puppy appropriately and kept an eye on all their interactions together while they were all adjusting (which didn't take long at all, and my pup adored her well-behaved temporary brothers!). Derek was my first experience with Rover and I don't plan to seek out any other sitter unless Derek is unavailable, and he will my first recommendation to anyone else to need a sitter in Memphis. Thank you SO much for the care & love you showed Koda while I couldn't be here, I appreciated it more than you know to have the peace and assurance that she was in good hands!”
About: Animals are human. I’m very patient and lovable. We loss out pet Yorkie of old age the age of 14. We travel played in park did videos. So I think it’s my calling to help your pet friendly member to live a humble life like my pet Lexy. I love cats also. I work hour(9-4pm)So I can be a very helpful in the evenings and off on the weekends and holidays. My daughter is at an age that she’s very mature and loves pets. Well I don’t like cages so I make it pet friendly like it’s they home. Make them feel comfortable and safe. If they like my singing a d dancing we should work well.
