About: Craig and I have had a dogs since age ten. As an adults, we have continued to always have a dog (Spike, 7 lb). We also foster for Bonaparte's Retreat, 42 dogs and counting over the past 22 years. We have fostered special needs (blind, deaf, surgery recovery, special medical needs: pill schedule. We only take small/med breeds. Never more than 2-3 dogs at one time. We like them to have plenty of individual care and attention. They have the run of the house. We are retired and home with our pet guests. We have 5 acres for long walks and a large fenced in back yard. We even have a ramp for pups with issues going up/down stairs to the back yard. Staying with us is like going to Gramma's for the weekend. (some even choose share our bed at night, and that is ok) Available 7 days a week, we are retired. Enjoy walks, play time in the secured/fenced yard. We enjoy time on the porch on nice days barking at the squirrels and having treats. Pet sitting in our home. We have a 14 year old boy, 7 lbs, Spike. We have 5 acres for long walks, stairs and a ramp for pets to get to the fenced back yard area. We are retired and home with our pet guests during their stay. They have the run of the house just like they would at your home. Sleeping in pet bed or our bed with us if they prefer.

Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I've always dreamed of having a huge farm with every animal living happy and free. I am an active person and I enjoy being outdoors with my dogs. Your furbaby will be safe and happy in my care. I have a full-time job as a nurse. I work three shifts a week with plenty of free time on my off days. I also have 4 kids that love animals more than I do. If I am not giving your furbaby love and attention for a moment, one of my kids will be. We go to the dog park near my house often. Your furbaby will be my #1 priority while in my care. I also did about 3 months in shelter medicine, but my heart was a little to hurt by the things I seen to stay very long. I have 4 cats and a dog of my own. I was in FFA all through high school and I focused a lot of time on animals. I watched the neighbors animals for 3 years. I can do just about anything you need me to do. I am currently a stay at home mom with a lot of time on my hands. I am home all day every day pretty much. I’m also working to become a vet tech. In my home I have extra stuff for dogs and I also have two crates if they need to be pinned up and I also have lots of treats for good behavior. In your home I can do whatever you need me to do with your pet.
