About: I am a home maker whose children are grown. I love dogs and have been keeping them since a young age. I am very active, I love going on runs with my dogs and long walks! I have a big, fenced-in backyard with plenty of space for dogs to run around and play in. I have experience with crate training and walking dogs that pull when on a leash! I’m a nurse and can easily fit your dog into my schedule! Whether it's long cuddles on the couch to hikes on the marsh, I really take the time to cater to my pets needs & can assure your pup (or kitty) will be taken care of. I currently have a wide open schedule on the weekdays and weekends! My preferred time would be mornings/afternoons but I am open to working with your schedule/needs. I have a dog park in my neighborhood and lots of nice walking areas around me! My dog is fed twice a day (she is spoiled so I give her lots of supplements and fresh food), bathed weekly, teeth brushed bi-weekly and brushed at least once a week. I take her on a long walk or run on different trail around here once every day and can do the same for you pup!

About: I work from home, but travel too much to have a pet of my own right now, so I’d love to spend my workdays keeping yours company instead! I grew up with dogs and have volunteered and worked at animal shelters in Texas for several years. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, as well as fostering litters of kittens and adult cats. About: I have spent my life loving and caring for animals of all sizes and types; dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, and even some fish. I grew up with animals and have carried on the tradition of raising my own children amongst their "furry siblings". Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to help feed, walk, play with, and care for their pets over the years. I have a patient and loving home where are pets are a part of the family and that includes "guest pets" during their stay. I strive to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they are with us. We have two dogs in the house, a terrier mix (10 pounds) and a cocker (30 pounds). I am a therapist and I'm typically in and out of the house most days from 8-5, coming home often for an hour or two at a time. My husband comes home most days for lunch. Additionally, I have two teenage children that are home most of the day during the summer or at least one of them is typically home at any given time cuddling with the dogs on the couch or in their rooms. We typically take the dogs for their walk after work each day. I have a fenced yard with room to run around. The fence gaps are small enough o keep our 10 lb terrier from escaping and is 5' high. We also have a doggie door to allow our dogs and our guests access to yard time and potty breaks throughout the day. Our dogs are family so they do sleep with us and are allowed on the couch. We have a walking path behind our house and through the neighborhood that allows us to take walks, typically in the evening. Our dogs are well socialized and have been exposed to having other dogs stay with us and staying with other dogs outside the home. They are playful and friendly. We have never had any incident with them in the 10 years we've had our terrier and 3 years we've had out spaniel. We tend to walk the dogs after work every day and feed them once in the morning and once in the evening. The house is dog friendly with nothing they can hurt themselves on.
