About: I’ve had dogs of many different breeds since I was born, so I’m experienced with just about every type of dog. I currently have no dogs in the house and devote my time to full time pet sitting. I also frequently care for my sister’s two dogs, who I consider my niece and nephew, a female poodle, Vivienne, and a male Maltese-Bichon Frise, Wally, six and three years old, respectively. Also my mother recently adopted a puppy from the shelter, we think he is a french bulldog/boston terrier/boxer mix, his name is Griswald and I looove him. About: I have been dog setting for the past 23 years. It all started when I watched my boss' 3 chihuahuas when I was about 17 and then I just have had many request ever since. I have had the privilege of caring for many beloved pups. Throughout my pet-sitting days, I have provided a loving and safe environment for dogs of all shapes and sizes. My two personal dogs were an integral part of my life for 12 wonderful years. They both passed in the Summer of 2020. About: Hey! I’m active and positive girl from Ukraine! I’m happily married and live together with my husband, who also has a big experience with dogs, so we’re happy to treat your dog as our baby! We love dogs and always make sure they feel safe and cozy in our house. When we’re living in Ukraine we often took care of someone’s dogs. Our relatives have a dog and two puppies that have grown successfully and we spent a lot of time raising them. Also here in America, we took care about my uncle’s two corgis for couple years, when he leaved town and that happened at least once a month. We played and walked with them, feed and gave some medication to them. We’re always want to find a way to be friends with dogs and understand their needs. We’re living here about four years and already have a regular clients whose dogs adore us! I’m currently working 3-4 times per week at the restaurant, so usually I could be out for 2-3 hours at lunch and 2-4 hours at the evening. My husband is home full time. We wanted our dog to have the chance to play with another dog if possible, so she arranged for our pup to meet her dog prior to the stay. Hannah and Conan (her dog) were both awesome. Hannah clearly has a lot of love for dogs and and her experience handling dogs was evident. She sent us updates and pics throughout the day of Charlie (our boy) playing the yard and with her dog, Conan. Hannah even walked Charlie to help get some of his energy out. About: I am an absolute dog lover! I have owned and trained several dogs since I was young. I am available to walk, wash, feed, play, or just love on your pup. During our time together, I ensure you that your dog will have my undivided attention! My job allows for a lot of flexibility in my schedule, especially in the the spring and summer. I would be able to provide any care that you need with very little notice. In my home, I will do my best to accommodate your dog however you wish and they are most comfortable. To help with that, I can alter my home setting to something similar to yours! (allowing them on furniture, staying out of the kitchen, etc.) I live in a townhouse that does have a small, fenced space. Directly outside of the fence is a large grassy area that I can walk them in. In your home, I will complete all tasks as you instruct!
“Shana was very accomodating, taking a last minute request for dog sitting after our normal sitter cancelled. We are yearly sponsors of the Scottish Games at Furman, which is an all day event from 8:30 to 7:30, the Saturday before Memorial Day. I sent requests to four sitters on Rover that morning that were close to our house in Taylors. Two responded they were booked, even though their profiles confirmed availability, and two never responded. It then occurred to me that it would be easier to find a sitter closer to Furman for faster p/u after the event. I messaged Shana at 8:28 am and at 8:30 she replied “Hi there! You can drop him off now if you like.“ Her responsiveness was incredible, and greatly appreciated. Her tiny home community was so cute and inviting, and her location made for a quick and easy drop off and pick up. Our Dachshund, Bandit, obviously found her home (and her lap) very comfortable, as we received several photos of him relaxing on her lap in front of the wood burning stove. He seemed to get along well with her Lhasa Apso, Wally, who was about the same size as Bandit, as we received several photos of them taking walks and napping together on the sofa. I can say without a doubt that we will hire Shana every year for the Scottish Games at Furman, if she is still dog sitting and available (fingers crossed!).”
About: I’ve had dogs since I was 8 years old, I am a pro belly rubber. I feel a connection with animals and I truly love taking care of them. I've taken care of friends' pets and even my former work manager's. “So our dogs are never without us, much less a "Stranger." We tried a 9-hour day visit with Susan. I expected to come back to the dogs so excited to see me and happy to be with mom.. No. I had to chase them down to put on their harnesses. They did NOT want to go home. Even when I got it on, they planted and didn't want to leave. On the way home it was all whining and whimpering that I took them away. Geez. About: I have had pets in my home since I was a child. I had a senior dog I took care of for six years. I am very comfortable with dogs at all stages or any handicaps. I am home throughout the day and all evening with a flexible schedule. My home is relaxing with plenty of space. The fenced in yard is big and a pile of perfect sticks are waiting to be played with. The neighborhood is away from main roads and safe. I do have cameras in the home to keep an eye on things if I run errands. I have a fenced in large yard for safety if your furry friend stays here. I also have a private inside area if they need some downtime. I only have a couple steps into the home. If I visit them then all rules are strictly adhered too. I provide a lot of love and care, making sure they are calm, happy and safe. I tend to care for 4-6 dogs at a time. Many are high energy so your dog should be comfy with that environment. Lazy, sleepy dogs do well with it. I love to have Meet&Greets. I want you to feel comfortable with my space. If it turns out you are not on board 100%, I understand and have no hard feelings. The safety and happiness of your pet is everyone’s focus. Taking care of pets is my full time job so I am home based. I have a couple day care dogs during the work week and spend most of my day with them. I will follow through with your training and rules. Pets are spoiled with attention. I have a box of toys and treats for them. I will provide photos and videos plus regular updates.

About: I have watched pets in my home long-term a few times for friends before I joined Rover. I do enjoy it. I had two dogs during my youth and one that I got for my children. That one turned into a one-person ~ me ~ dog, so I did get another dog for my youngest. Dogs have always become family members, loved for their different personalities. Because he is a high-energy dog, I am very familiar with keeping dogs active, engaged, and entertained, as well as recognizing when they need rest. In my home, pets receive plenty of attention, regular walks, and a structured routine. Since I do not have a fenced yard, I am very mindful about leash safety and supervision when outdoors. I also have experience with crate training from raising my dog as a puppy, so I’m comfortable maintaining routines that pets are already used to. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make it a priority to follow all instructions closely, maintain a clean environment, and ensure pets feel safe and comfortable in their familiar space. I treat every pet like my own and always focus on their safety, happiness, and well-being.
