About: I have had dogs of my own since I was a child. I have been involved in fostering for local rescues & shelters for 5 years I have co-ran my own 501c3 rescue for almost 3 years I do work full time, so I am gone Monday- Friday from roughly 7A.M until 6 P.M. (depending on how far you are from my job). I drive Uber on the weekends during the summer months, but those hours are flexible & can vary based on your pet's needs. I have a fenced yard, but I have 3 senior dogs of my own and because of running the rescue, I usually have a foster dog as well so taking a dog into my home would be more challenging, but if I were to drop in or stay at your home, your dog(s) would get all of the one on one attention &time that they require

About: My family and I are Christians. I was making plans to get my son a dog once he started working this summer. His big sister, who is now 20, worked at Ripleys Aquarium before she joined the Airforce a year ago. He wants a job there this summer just so he can learn more about animals. She is excellent at providing text and picture updates to give you peace of mind while you are away on a trip. Finley had a great time visiting and playing with her pup Bailey. This last time he was so excited to visit he was pulling on the leash to get inside Jorie’s house. I think that shows you that Finley loves it there. (I can tell you that he sure doesn’t do that when we go to the groomer… lol). I Definitely recommend Jorie to care for your furry family member.”

“Ilana took care of our dog for over a week. She was very professional, prompt with replies, and clearly loves dogs. We loved getting updates and photos of our pup on his “vacation.” We even got a photo of him sleeping back-to-back with Ilana’s dog Tony! Our pup has never been that comfortable with another dog before, so that goes to show how relaxed he was in her care. Next time we need to travel we will definitely consider boarding our dog at Ilana’s again!”
