“Very reliable, professional, and genuinely nice caretakers. It was my pup’s first time away for a weekend and you could tell she had an absolute blast. “Devorat is an absolute dream. She is truly the pet-parent that you want if you have to be away from your own pet. My dog Mookie stayed with Devorat for 5 days and nights on very short notice. She messaged frequently in the first 24 hours to keep us updated on how Mookie was settling in, and sent plenty of photos during the entire stay. We could tell from the photos that he was clearly comfortable in his home-away-from-home. He and Toby were great playmates in the fenced-in backyard, and he Devorat were fast friends, with plenty of couch cuddle-time. Knowing Mookie was well cared for really helped us enjoy our family trip. In addition to her care and attention to Mookie, Devorat also offered accommodation and flexibility in the drop-off and pick-up scheduling to make things as easy as possible for us as we nailed down our travel plans at the last minute. I really appreciated her communication throughout the visit, and I could tell from her updates that she was really taking time to get to know our dog, and that he was in the best possible hands. We already plan to book with Devorat again soon!”

“I can’t say enough great things about Armitage. They take such amazing care of Kharma every single time. Even when Kharma had to stay really late, they were incredibly accommodating and made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. It truly gives me peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. At this point, Armitage is the first sitter I call every time without hesitation. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with Kharma. The level of care, consistency, and genuine love they show means everything to me.”

I am also available for walks, so they can get some fresh air and exercise if needed as well.

“We were able to book Evan on short notice to spend time with our two cats when we had a sudden out-of-state schedule issue. Evan kept in contact with us and was respectful of our home. “Crystal is an AMAZING cat-sitter — five stars honestly isn’t enough!! From the very beginning she was super quick to respond and so easy to communicate with. Every single day she sent the best detailed updates with photos, which made us feel completely at ease while we were away. She truly went above and beyond — not only did she manage our cat’s diabetic care perfectly (special food and insulin shots handled flawlessly!), but she even left us a framed photo of our cat. Who does that?! 🥹 When we got home, we could tell our cat genuinely missed Crystal — which says everything. We feel so lucky to have found her and would book her again in a heartbeat!”

“Mikey took excellent care of my shy senior kitty while I was away for 2 weeks and it was such a relief to know that Nona was in such good hands. Nona took to Mikey right away, which was very unusual as it typically takes her awhile to warm up to new people! The pictures from Mikey warmed my heart as I could see that my sweet, cuddly girl was getting lots and lots of love. ❤️ Mikey also stayed longer on some days for extra cuddles. 🥰 I returned from my trip to a happy, relaxed kitty! I will definitely book Mikey again!”

“Lindsey was great! She was always right on time with checking in and very responsive. “Paige is friendly and professional. Both times she cared for my dog she shared updates including pictures of her kids playing withs pup. She has an adequate fenced in yard incase weather gets in the way of walks. I felt completely at ease both times Paige took care of my guy. Would highly recommend.”

Danielle is communicative, attentive, and incredibly accommodating to our dog, who requires a bit more patience and understanding than most. It’s a huge relief knowing our dog is in such good hands when we’re busy. We highly recommend Danielle and will definitely book with her again.”

“I’m very grateful to Hanna & Roy.✨ Besides being such lovely people, I truly appreciate them for taking care of my puppy🐶 From the very first moment, they showed so much love and dedication. It was clear that they genuinely cared about Haru’s well-being: they gave him affection, were attentive to him at all times, and played with him a lot. It was such a relief knowing he was in such good.”

About: I am a dog lover through and through. I started volunteering at shelters at age 8, and today, I regularly foster dogs through Paws New England. I’m experienced with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and backgrounds, including those adjusting to new environments. I also have hands-on experience with anxiety and fear-based reactivity through my own dog, which has taught me patience, structure, and how to effectively read body language. While I’m not a certified trainer, I’ve spent years learning and applying positive reinforcement training methods and behavior management techniques. Protecting animals and ensuring their safety and comfort is something I take seriously. I treat every dog in my care with the same attention, compassion, and respect as my own. I work from home, so your dog will have plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I can accommodate different energy levels, whether your pup prefers relaxing and napping much of the day at home or getting out more frequently for exercise or enrichment. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in a quiet, safe neighborhood that’s great for walks, with nearby trails and beach access for enrichment (if appropriate for your dog). I’m very mindful of each dog’s needs and temperament, especially those who may be anxious or adjusting. In my home, dogs are kept separate from my senior dog to ensure a calm, low-stress environment for everyone. I take introductions, boundaries, and routines seriously and always prioritize a safe, structured, and positive experience.
“Carrie was wonderful. My goldendoodle puppy is a tired girl after her stay ( a tired puppy is a happy puppy) There was a nice large yard for her to run around. Carrie was excellent!”

About: As a pet owner myself, I understand the trust it takes to leave your furry friend in someone else’s care, and I treat every pet like family with patience, love, and attention tailored to their unique needs. As a Shiba Inu owner, I know that every dog (and cat!) has their own personality, quirks, and comfort level. I have experience caring for energetic puppies, independent adult dogs, and gentle senior pets who may need a little extra time and care. Koda, our dog, is the sweetest, friendliest and most calm dog I know. He would welcome any visitor with open paws and play with them during the stay. I work from home, so pets get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. My flexible schedule makes it easy to adjust to their routine, whether that’s feeding, exercise, or just keeping them company. At my home, pets enjoy a fenced yard, plenty of playtime, and the company of my friendly dog, Koda. In our home, I follow your pet’s routine closely to keep them happy and comfortable.

“Gilbert is the best Rover host I’ve had the pleasure of using to watch Leo. I was provided videos throughout the day and Leo played hard with Gilbert’s dog Moon all day. I couldn’t be happier and I’m going back tomorrow for one more day. Gilbert was also very flexible with my schedule as I hit a snag during my business in Providence.”

“Ashley did a fantastic job of entertaining my pup for the day while we couldn’t! She made sure he got fed properly, had plenty of time to play outside/walk with her dogs, and gave all the affection he needed. She even taught him how to do paw! We will definitely be reaching out again if we need help. Highly recommend!”

About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

I have no problem adapting to the level of care your pet needs, whether that's playing fetch with them to get some energy out or hanging around inside and giving them lots of pets and attention.

“Everything was great with our dog’s stay with Paige. She sent photos and updates and she even was dealing with a storm and power outages throughout - will certainly book with her again.”

“Amanda was awesome! She took great care of our furry one while we were on vacation. Amanda was super attentive to all of his needs. We will definitely book with Amanda again in the future!”

“Cherylee took such great care of my young cat. She had awesome toys for him, kept him entertained and sent me photos and videos. I felt really good about leaving him in her care. I was nervous and worried about leaving him for the first time but all went purrfectly! I will definitely use Cherylee and Steven again!”

“Isabel is so caring and kind. She constantly sends updates and pictures. My dog has separation anxiety and does so well when visiting with her. I highly recommend her!!”

“I had a last minute emergency and Erica came through for us. Very kind and loving family. It is obvious how much affection they have for animals. Daisy did great and I never worried about her for a moment. It was a good experience for us.”

“My Labrador Gus is by my side everyday. So, leaving him with someone else for a week was difficult. Carrie was absolutely great, alleviated all my concerns and sent daily pictures to show how Gus was doing. When I picked him up, I knew Gus was in good hands as he didn’t race to leave. Instead, he greeted me and then just hung out on the porch. I highly recommend Carrie if you are looking for someone to care for your pet.”

“Anely was wonderful! She was great with communication and kept me updated throughout my dog’s stay, including sending lots of pictures, which I really appreciated. I felt very comfortable knowing my dog was in such good hands and would absolutely recommend her!”

“Two friends of mine had recommended Briana’s services and I’m so glad they did! We have a one and a half year old lab mix and were boarding her for the first time. Naturally, we were nervous about this and didn’t want to leave her just anywhere. We wanted to ensure that Sage was going to be in a safe, loving, and fun environment. After our experience, I can confidently say that Briana delivered just that! Briana has a turf yard for the dogs to run around in and space for them inside if the weather isn’t permitting. It’s safe to say that our dog had a blast making new friends all week long! Briana is very knowledgeable about dogs and sent daily photographs/updates of Sage, which really helped us adjust with being away from her. When we picked Sage up she was happy, healthy, and tired (the good kind!) from playing all week long. We felt very comfortable leaving Sage in Briana’s care and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely book her again!”

“What a terrific person! Can’t say enough nice things. And so good with our dog edna. Stephanie You’re the best. Thank you and happy holidays. Give our best to Bailey and Lupita!”

“Where do I start....I tried a few sitters before Jessica and none measured up. As soon as we all met, Jessica, and Prince (my very hyper 1 yo dog) were comfortable. After one sniff from Prince he was sold. She was so kind and welcoming. She was communicative throughout his stay there and reassured me he was in good hands. When i picked him up Prince jumped up to give her a kiss. I hope I can only book with her going forward. Thank you again Jessica”
