After dropping off my dog I asked if she could possibly trim his nails. I had made a grooming appointment but it wasn't for another 2 weeks, and my dog was slipping on hard wood floors. She happily offer to see if her groomer could squeeze him in for a quick nail trim. She was able to and I paid a small fee to the groomer. I plan to bring Charlie back for any future trips. A+ experience!”

About: We are a married couple who both grew up in a home that always had dogs, and we don’t think a home is complete without a dog ! We have a Rhodesian ridgeback named Luca who loves to play with other dogs with naps and snacks in between. Hannah works from home so she is here all day to attend to them in between calls! If your dog requires a crate please bring your own as we don’t use any for our dog he sleeps with us in bed or lays on the couch with us. If they are allowed to do the same as Luca then we will happily all snuggle up ! Please bring a leash for your dog so we can take them for walks. Please tell us any specific instructions needed to care for your dog. Please provide us your veterinarian contact info incase of emergencies. Hannah works remote full time from home Monday -Friday ! Rory is home in the afternoon and evenings and will support on a as needed basis but Hannah will be the primary care taker to the pups! We are home on weekends unless we have a planned event. We have a fenced yard and a friendly dog named Luca who would love to have a playmate!! The cats keep to themselves but love our dog Luca just the same!

“Sharon was very responsive. It was easy to communicate with her via phone, email, & text. She kept me well updated on how my pup was doing. She had a box of dog toys & my puppy found them & started playing right away. Her yard is not fenced however, she had a tether line that allowed my pup to explore most of the yard. Sharon also entertained my pup with our own favorite toys from home such as bubble & puzzles. This was my 1st time to try this service & to leave my 5 month old puppy & I was nervous at first but, Sharon's calming patient personality put me & my pup at ease. My puppy was happy to see me but didn't seem to have missed me much. I would use her for puppy sitting again if I ever had the need. Thank you Sharon for such a nice experience.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Sue! She was so incredibly accommodating and patient with my dog. My dog, Sadie, was uncharacteristically anxious and scared on our vacation. She was having a really hard time separating from me at all. Sue took the time to get her acclimated with the new environment and allowed me into her home to give Sadie time to adjust and get comfortable. She played calming music for Sadie and gave her her favorite treat- peanut butter. By the time we picked Sadie up, she was very happy and more back to herself. About: My family are puppy raisers for Guiding Eyes for the Blind, so I’ve had lots of experience with young dogs and basic training (not certified). I’ve house sat and taken care of pets for years and dealt with pets both old and young, and have even navigated vet visits with an old pup after a lightning storm anxiety attack. I go on daily walks and would love to have a buddy! I work 6 days a week usually only from 4:30pm-9:30pm, but once or twice a week I do work a split shift where I go in from 9:30-12:30, and then again at 4:30. I am always free Tuesdays. I’ve cared for energetic dogs who just want to get out and play, and calm dogs who just want a couch snuggle. Every pet is different in their care needs but I’ve given medications, baths, and cleaned up messes for all types of pets.

About: I have had dogs since I was a child. I adopted a Golden Retriever from the South before I married and then adopted another dog (Springer/Brittany mix) from the shelter once I was married. He was the best $25 I ever spent!! He was like my best friend! Then we rescued a German Short Haired Pointer- what a love ! Those boys were very active and required daily runs! I took care of them both until they passed away. When they left us, we rescued two English Setters from Turkey. They are hands down my absolute sweethearts. They are 10 and 12 now. We aren’t running the beach anymore, but we are very happy with long walks in the woods. They are so spoiled - sleep by the fire, sleep in bed with us, sleep in my car- it’s like their crate and they absolutely love to be in it. I also had a cat that I rescued who lived 8 years with us until he passed away and now I have a barn cat. I feed her nightly, but I’m positive I’ve been feeding an opossum for some time! We have met a couple of times- from a distance! I feed her, talk to her nicely and let her be. I have also taken care of my neighbor’s Irish Wolf Hound when my neighbor had long days of doctor appointments in Boston. I am excited to start taking care of cats and dogs for more people. I know what it’s like to need someone you can trust. My pets are like my children! I am obsessed with their well being. I want them to be happy, safe, well fed, exercised and loved all the time!!! I promise to take the best care of your pet and give them all the love they need when you can’t be home. I am very dependable, patient and trustworthy. I was a preschool special education teacher in Providence for 16 years before I became a stay at home mom. My kids are teens now, so have some time to devote to pet care. I currently work a per diem position and run my own business, which gives me the flexibility to adjust my schedule around your pet’s needs. Whether you need early morning walks, mid-day check-ins, or overnight care, I’m happy to work with your routine and create a plan that works best for you and your furry family. About: I've taken care of my neighbors cats and dogs since I was 13 years old. I have taken care of pups and seniors dogs/cats! They rely on me to walk, feed and entertain them. I am very flexible with scheduling. Im available weekdays and weekends at any time and place. Let me know what works for you and we can figure something out! I have 3 dogs (2 young labradoodles and a senior shitzu). I feed them and take them for walks daily. My senior dog needs extra care such as diaper changing and making soft food for him. I can feed, walk, entertain and bathe your pet.

“Dana was amazing. I had only had my dog for a month and I needed to find a sitter for a week. The meet and greet with Dana went so well I didn't even bother meeting the other sitters. Her home is like paradise for dogs! She has several dogs of her own and also fosters dogs. She has a fenced in yard and a cozy living room, where the dogs can roam freely. While my dog was there, she sent me a message with pictures every day! This was especially appreciated. I highly recommend Dana. I could not have been happier with her service!”

“I took Mia for a trial day with Dana, Mathieu and their two sweet dogs. I wanted to be sure it would be a good fit for all involved! They took great care to introduce everyone slowly to be sure all the dogs were comfortable. All seems to have gone very well, by the time I came to pick her up, Mia was feeling quite at home. She put herself to bed early. A sign of a good day! I will definitely sign her up for a longer stay!”
About: We are a married couple who both grew up in a home that always had dogs, and we don’t think a home is complete without a dog ! We have a Rhodesian ridgeback named Luca who loves to play with other dogs with naps and snacks in between. Hannah works from home so she is here all day to attend to them in between calls! Rory will support on an as needed basis. We look forward to meeting you and your dog and hope our home is like a home away from home for your pups! Requirements: Your dog needs to be potty trained Up to date on vaccines and flea/tick medications Good with other animals When booked: Please provide all food/snacks for your dog. If your dog requires a crate please bring your own as we don’t use any for our dog he sleeps with us in bed or lays on the couch with us. If they are allowed to do the same as Luca then we will happily all snuggle up ! Please bring a leash for your dog so we can take them for walks. Please tell us any specific instructions needed to care for your dog. Please provide us your veterinarian contact info incase of emergencies. Hannah works remote full time from home Monday -Friday ! Rory is home in the afternoon and evenings and will support on a as needed basis but Hannah will be the primary care taker to the pups! We are home on weekends unless we have a planned event. We have a fenced yard and a friendly dog named Luca who would love to have a playmate!! The cats keep to themselves but love our dog Luca just the same!

She was sup with nice despite me being very unorganized and allowed our dog to stay an extra night so the kids could have some extra time at the sledding park that we found.
