We did a meet and greet before I left to make sure our dogs got along and sent me multiple pictures throughout me trip and updates on what they did that day! They played, did brain puzzles, ran around in the fenced in yard, and snuggled a lot!! Katie also is familiar with dogs who need medication and was able to give Jenga her medicine each morning! Long dog walks, trips to dog parks, belly rubs, games, pup cups, a fenced in yard with sprinklers and a puppy pool during hot weather. I use the WoofTrax app to document walks send photos to owners. About: I have owned, trained and cared for dogs, cats and horses over the last 17 years. I also work with a dog rescue organization in the area and have fostered over 40 dogs in the last 3 years. As an avid animal lover I understand the significant impact that owning animals has on our ability to travel and relax when away. I want to provide people the opportunity to travel care-free while their dogs enjoy the best care being boarded in my home. I have a very dog-friendly house with a fully secure fenced in yard. I work from home so dogs receive attention all day and night and get lots of playtime. Dogs boarded here will get free roam of the house but can also have and use a crate at the owner’s request. I am able to feed special diets and give medication as needed. If your dog stays here they will be welcomed into my house as if they were one of my own. Dogs that come here should be friendly with both male and female dogs. There are no cats in the home. I am also available for lunch time, evening and weekend dog walking. I work from home and am here almost all of the time for boarding in my home. I am also available to provide dog walks during the week in the evenings, sometimes over lunch and on the weekends. Dogs cared for in my home will be treated as if they were my own. They are able to roam about the house and use the full fenced yard. Dogs are allowed on my bed and on the couches in the home, in addition to the many dog beds throughout. Owners can expect frequent photos and updates on their pup! “Andrew and Jacklynn were fantastic sitters for our pup, Stella. We needed boarding very last minute and they were so accommodating to our needs and loving to Stella. Their pup Rocky is so sweet and gentle (my daughter loved petting him!) and was easygoing with Stella. I felt great going away for 4-5 days knowing she had pup friends and great humans caring for her. Definitely will choose them again and highly recommend!”
“This was my first time leaving my dog, Jenga, with anyone other than family. I was very nervous, but Katie did everything to make me feel comfortable leaving my baby girl with her! We did a meet and greet before I left to make sure our dogs got along and sent me multiple pictures throughout me trip and updates on what they did that day! They played, did brain puzzles, ran around in the fenced in yard, and snuggled a lot!! Katie also is familiar with dogs who need medication and was able to give Jenga her medicine each morning! I have nothing but great things to say about her and my experience!!”
