His meal timings were consistent, and I could tell he was eating comfortably and being looked after with attention. She also managed his walk times and daily activity in a very structured way. From the updates I received, it was clear that Loki was getting enough playtime, exercise, and rest throughout the day, which really helped him stay balanced and happy. What stood out most was the level of warmth and care she showed. The photos and videos she shared regularly showed Loki playing, interacting, and even making new friends. He looked very comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely happy in her home. In fact, the happiness and peace he was feeling were so clearly reflected in his face that it brought tears to my eyes. It truly felt like she made her home feel like a safe, peaceful space for him. Overall, I felt a strong sense of trust and comfort knowing Loki was with her. She often shared photos and videos, and her strong communication skills made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Although she works primarily as a dog sitter, it was clear that she and Lilly quickly bonded - the photos showed the feeling was mutual. Erin also helped with a few household tasks, including setting out the garbage and watering our plants while we were gone. We returned to a tidy, well-kept home and a happy, well cared for cat. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire Erin again. In fact, we think Lilly already misses her. Thank you, Erin!”

“Melissa and her family were so amazing with my dog, Cooper. They graciously took him last minute for 2 daycare visits and treated him just like one of their own. He got tons of outside time and snuggles and was tired out when I picked him up each time. We gradually introduced the dogs and they got along well. You can tell their house is full of love– I felt very comfortable leaving my pup there to enjoy his time.”

About: My family has had a dog and a cat in the home ever since I was born. I have been watching dogs and cats since a young age whether that be for neighbors, friends, family or referrals. For the past two years I have worked with local animal shelters and fostered puppies or cats in my home through their shelter, including potty, crate and leash training. I am currently working at home 2 days and in the office 3 days a week but I am available all day on the weekends! At my parents home I have a 4 year old dog and one cat who is a bit older but does not mind cats or dogs at all. We do have a park nearby to go on walks. If any animal needs any special requests, just let me know.
“This is the first time I used Rover for dog sitting, and I absolutely hit the jackpot with Greg!!! I highly recommend him to anyone in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh for dog-related services. He is very friendly, caring, highly flexible, and trustworthy, and he maintained excellent communication/was highly responsive during the week that he watched my lab, Lily. Not a single concern crossed my radar leaving Lily with Greg for doggy day care. I knew she was in good hands and would be looked after well.”

“Alisha has been my regular sitter for about 2 months now & I feel very lucky to have found her! My dog, Cooper, is treated like part of the family & is always worn out when he gets home. I feel confident that he is safe & I still get consistent updates on what they’re up to all day. She is one of the best you could find!”

About: I am a 19-year-old animal lover with over 6 years of pet-sitting experience caring for dogs, cats, horses, and chickens. My passion for animals started at a young age, and beginning at 13, I regularly walked dogs for several neighbors. I am dedicated to providing reliable, attentive care and making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. 🐾 I currently work part-time at my family’s coffee shop, which gives me a flexible schedule for pet care. I am often available for early morning visits before work, midday visits after my morning shift (typically around noon), and evening care as needed. I am reliable, responsible, and happy to work with pet owners to find a schedule that meets their pets’ needs. I also have a friendly bulldog who loves meeting new people and dogs. If your dog enjoys socializing and you’re comfortable with it, I can bring her along for company during visits. Of course, your pet’s comfort and preferences always come first, and I will only do this with your permission.

“Briauna has been such a blessing to me and my pup! She has gone above and beyond to help me with not only walks but taking time to walk to my apartments management to get her own key working and being so easy going with a couple changes as I just moved to a new residence. It is the biggest relief for me to feel I have someone extremely kind and caring showing up daily to help my pup get his walks and potty while I am working and unable to give him as much time outside as I would like. I am very picky about who cares for him and enters the house and I can tell you I am very grateful to have Briauna to help us! Couldn’t recommend her more!”

About: Hello! My name is Izzy, I’m 21 years old, and I’m going into my senior year at Penn State while working at Rita’s Italian Ice in Cranberry Twp. I’m so excited to start my Rover journey! I’ve grown up with having dogs in my household all my life, from a 4 1/2 lb. Chihuahua to a chunky Toy Fox Terrier to a mighty but loving Rottweiler-Black Lab mix. I’ve also been tasked with taking care of my neighbor’s and friend’s dogs over the years, whether that be stopping over to give them food, bathroom breaks, and cuddles, or even staying overnight over the span of a week so the dog(s) don’t feel alone. Therefore, I’m hoping to be the best fit for you, too! Outside of dogs, I love to be in our pool when the weather is warm and being able to do so with my family, pick up new crafting hobbies like scrapbooking or embroidery, and go to concerts of a variety of artists (43 concerts and counting!), most recently being 5 Seconds of Summer. I can’t wait to start this opportunity and hopefully bring some relief to someone in need of dog-helping needs! I’m currently working part-time at Rita’s Italian Ice in Cranberry Twp., and the schedule always fluctuates between 4-6 hour shifts. I don’t have set days, but I’m typically scheduled one weekday and the Friday-Sundays, However, I have plenty of time outside of those shifts and always accommodate around them to ensure that all the dog’s needs are met. At home, I assist in letting our dogs play in our fenced-in backyard, giving them treats when they’ve behaved or done a trick we’ve taught them (sit and “paw”), taking them on neighborhood walks when it’s nice outside, assuring that their food and water are filled, and playing with them to get their zoomies out before everyone starts winding down for the night. Outside of my home, if there is not a fenced-in backyard, I’ve taken the dog(s) outside on leashes for bathroom purposes, as well as do all actions mentioned above from what I do at home. Some houses have also had puppy pads when necessary, and I always take appropriate measures to clean up any messes and re-lay down a fresh puppy pad.

About: Growing up, I had two dogs (Romeo and Laney) and they were my absolute best friends. Recently, I've cared for dogs through pet-sitting for friends and family and have always been comfortable around dogs of different breeds and sizes. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether that's going for walks, playing, or simply keeping them company while their owners are away. As a Pilates instructor, I'm active, reliable, and attentive to details. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I strive to provide a safe, positive, and stress-free experience for both pets and their owners. I'm comfortable walking dogs of all sizes that are leash-trained and responsive to basic commands. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I'm committed to providing dependable care, clear communication, and plenty of updates while you're away. My schedule is flexible and varies week to week based on my Pilates teaching schedule. I am typically available during the week for mid-day (11am-2pm), and evening drop-in visits and walks (after 6:30pm), and I respond quickly to booking requests to confirm availability. The safety and well-being of every pet is my top priority. I ensure all pets are kept in secure environments during walks and visits, and I follow any instructions provided by the owner closely. I am attentive to leash safety, hydration, and each pet’s comfort level at all times. I can also provide regular updates and photos so owners feel confident and informed while they are away.

“Pam was great!!! She took the time to meet us and our two dogs to allow us to get comfortable prior to their first walk. She was very professional and ensured that she had all of the information she needed about our two dogs. Pam provided updates about their walk and they seemed very happy after their walk with her.”

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was little and my neighbor would have me walk their dogs or watch them when they went on vacation. I love pets! My camera roll is full of photos of all the animals in my life. I love walking, playing, and chilling with pets of all kind. I’ll provide reliable and trustworthy care for your fur babies! I’m currently working part time- with shifts no longer than 4 hours at a time, meaning I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your pets!! I’m a college student back for summer break so I have lots of free time and want to be getting outside on walks more. I’ve previously stayed in client’s homes to watch their pets. My approach to that is to go with the flow of the pets and their owners- following their routines and habits. Additionally, it’s incredibly important to be respectful in someone’s space.

About: My family always had quite a few pets growing up. Not just cats and dogs. We had birds, reptiles, fish and farm animals. It wasn’t always easy but it was worth it. Now it’s just my pup Beef, making friends around the neighborhood. My schedule is fairly flexible. Making a regular schedule is always preferred, but last minute requests are welcome. Not all days and pets are the same! I do prefer to care for pets at their owners home, at least at first, where they’re comfortable. If the pet is more independent, walks and feeding can be of service. My pup, Beef loves to play and has brought other dogs out of their shell to socialize. So if they get along, he would be there for our walks and playtime.
“Maddie was fantastic with our golden retriever puppy! She was willing to meet before the first check in and is very responsive and communicative. We can’t wait for the next visit! :)”

I’m a stay at home mama to my amazing kids and two dogs! We have a fenced in yard that they love to play around in and we enjoy walks everyday it’s nice out! I have a fenced in yard and two fur babies to keep your dog company! I’m very accommodating if your dog needs extra love! I am always home so they won’t ever be left alone for long periods of time.

“Amy was great! Our dog was there for a week, it was our first time boarding with other dogs present and I was a little anxious. Amy made sure to send pictures and show how much fun Tater was having. Our trip was over a holiday so I was grateful for her flexibility. Drop off and pick up were easy. Thanks, Amy!”

“Jeannine watched out 6 lb 9 month old yorkie Summer for 9 days when we went out of town for our wedding. She was so extremely accommodating with pick up and drop off! Summer came home happy and full of being loved. I chose Jeannine because of all the reviews I read. I felt 120% confident booking her stay after reading all the warm reviews of others experiences! We will definitely be using Jeannine again if we needed!”
