About: I’ve had dogs for over 15 years and have always been very hands on with their care. I raised my Yorkie and Dachshund from puppies and cared for them throughout their entire lives. I’ve also watched other dogs, including Corgis, Maltese, and Beagles, and I’m most comfortable with small to medium sized dogs. My two dogs recently passed away after long, happy lives, and I’m not quite ready to have another dog of my own yet. I have always been an animal lover and genuinely love being around animals. I honestly can’t imagine my life without having an animal around, so caring for other people’s pets feels like a wonderful way for me to still have that companionship while giving their families peace of mind. I’m especially comfortable with senior dogs because I cared for my own senior dog through lymphoma, heart disease, kidney disease, and seizures. I’m used to the extra attention, patience, and observation they may need, and I’m comfortable giving medications, injections, or medication with food when needed. Most of all, I truly enjoy caring for animals and getting to know their individual personalities and routines. I know how much pets mean to their families, so when I watch someone’s pet, I want them to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and at home, not like they are simply being boarded somewhere. I work from home three days a week, so I’m around the house most of the time. On the days I do go into work, my office is only about a 15 minute drive away and my schedule is flexible, so I can come home when needed. I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine and will do my best to keep the same feeding, potty, walking, and medication schedule they’re used to at home. I want your pet’s stay to feel as normal and comfortable as possible. Safety is always my top priority. I have a fenced backyard, so dogs can have safe outdoor time without being loose or unattended. Having recently cared for a senior dog with several health issues, I’m very used to paying attention to small changes in a dog’s behavior, appetite, energy, bathroom habits, or anything else that seems different. If I notice something unusual, I’ll let you know rather than assuming it’s nothing. My own dogs recently passed away, so when your dog stays with me, they are the only pet in the house. I’m also very careful about keeping things out of reach. My Dachshund was always somehow able to find things he was not supposed to eat, so I became very used to keeping food, small objects, and anything potentially unsafe put away.

About: I’ve grown up taking care of two Labradors and French Bulldog! I have experience with providing walks, meals, and medications to puppies and senior dogs Currently a half-day Villanova senior, so I am around most afternoons and evenings, as well as weekends. After 2pm is ideal, with the exception of Wednesday nights I have a quiet, pet-safe apartment (no access to candles, flowers, sharp objects). “I cannot say enough about Pepper's stay with Wendy. We rarely leave Pepper and were a little apprehensive about leaving her for a full week. But no worries here. Pepper made herself right at home. Wendy sent pictures daily of Pepper and their long walks together and of Pepper relaxing on the couch and seemingly enjoying her time there. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, so caring for them comes naturally. I’ve spent time with all kinds of breeds and personalities, and I know how to read each dog’s needs, whether that means sticking to a routine, giving space to a nervous pup, or just knowing when they want to play versus rest. I treat every dog like my own. I am in the office four days a week. My wife works from home full time and takes care of our two dogs at home. We are available to take care of your dogs any day of the week whether it’s a day visit or overnight boarding. We have two dogs that are great with other dogs. We have an unfenced yard but can easily walk your dog on a leash around the yard or the nearby park. If your dog does not get along with other dogs, we are fully flexible with creating separation in the house to make sure all dogs are comfortable. We have experience with all types of dogs with different personalities and will provide a great environment for you dog(s).

About: I’ve grown up taking care of two Labradors and French Bulldog! I have experience with providing walks, meals, and medications to puppies and senior dogs Currently a half-day Villanova senior, so I am around most afternoons and evenings, as well as weekends. After 2pm is ideal, with the exception of Wednesday nights I have a quiet, pet-safe apartment (no access to candles, flowers, sharp objects). I would be happy to set up a crate, food and water bowls, or pet beds.
“Ben has been a fantastic overnight sitter for my golden retriever. My dog stays at his house, where he also has two friendly dogs that get along great with mine. Ben sends regular updates and photos—usually of the dogs out on walks or my dog happily getting belly rubs—which I really appreciate. He also has a great fenced-in backyard where the dogs can safely play. The best sign of all was that my dog was genuinely excited to see Ben again on a repeat visit. I’ll definitely continue using Ben in the future and highly recommend him. 🐾”

About: My husband and absolutely love dogs. We have a loving spacious home for him to run around in. I am always watching my parents or siblings dog and it’s always a blast to do so! My husband and I both work from home, so we’re able to spend a lot of time with our dog throughout the day. We take him on walks totaling at least 2 miles every day and love getting outside with him whenever we can. We also make sure he gets plenty of playtime, attention, and exercise, and we enjoy taking him along with us on walks, errands, and adventures whenever possible. We have a large dog who has his own bedroom with a full-size bed, which he absolutely loves! We also have two dog beds downstairs so he has plenty of comfortable places to relax throughout the house. Our back porch has a long leash where he can safely spend some time outside and enjoy the fresh air. He is no in the crate, but we do have a large crate in the basement available if needed.
