I am a human nurse and can administer medications. I know how much we love our pets, so your pet will be MY pet while in my care! I am currently working every other weekend, and I am home during the week. I have a pretty open schedule and can be available for your pets needs! I have a large yard that is partially fenced in. The unfenced part is overgrown with tall vegetation. I have a smaller yard on the side that is fully fenced in. About: I have been volunteering in a local animal shelter for about 6 months and after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh I am looking to commit more time to helping out the people and pets in my community! In the shelter I helped admitted lost animals and I have experience walking and taking dogs out for field trips. During field trips I would walk dogs through frick park, relax on my porch, and take them to get a pup cup! I loved being able to help out the dogs and give them the love they deserve! I have passed the Fear Free shelter program and have experience with dog walking as well as caring for my family’s own cat and dog. I am excited to start this new journey! I currently work from home 9-5 in the Doylestown area. I’m an active adult who already likes to walk throughout my day and would love to add a dog friend to that! I would have time at lunch, as well as before or after work to care for your dog. My lunch is flexible so I can work around you! On weekends I have open availability. In the middle of work days I would not be able to provide more than 30 minutes walking or spending time with your dog, but before/after week days and during weekends I could spent up to and hour with your dog to give them extra love! In my client’s home I would care for the pet just as you would! I would ask for and follow your instructions on how you would like your pet cared for and would of course give him or her lots of love!

I have open availability during the day/evening for walk/play/feeding visits, and I have the availability to house your pet overnight in my home I live in a townhouse so while I don’t have a large yard or one that’s fenced in, there are plenty of areas in the neighborhood for dog-walking and tons of dog neighbors as well. Your potty-trained pet can have free reign of my home if that’s something you’d like. I will be happy to discuss and follow any specific needs you have for your pet!

“Heather is an excellent pet sitter! Our little senior dog, Miki, stayed with her for a week while we were on vacation. Heather responded to all messages very promptly and is a great communicator. She followed all instructions to the letter and kept us updated on how our little boy was doing. At one point, Miki seemed to be feeling under the weather. Heather calmly shared her concerns and we were able to talk through a solution together. When we picked Miki up, he was happy and comfortable in Heather’s home. I had originally booked Austin with Tyler for one week but due to housing issues I had to extend his stay. I actually had to extend Austin's stay a few times and Tyler was always happy and willing to house Austin for as long as we needed. Tyler let me come visit Austin periodically since I missed him so much, and every time I visited Austin looked great and seemed truly happy there. I will 10/10 rebook with Tyler! About: I am a teacher, so I have lots of availability in the summer for dog sitting and walking. I also have unlimited patience and lots of energy for pets. I am the proud fur-baby mother of a rescue dog! He is about 70 pounds and tricky to walk, which has given me great experience. I know how to handle anxious pets. I am an active person who enjoys spending time outdoors, especially with my dog. In the summer, we spend most of or time in the backyard playing and spending time together: When my dog gets hot he relaxes on his outdoor cooling bed next to cold bowl of water or takes a dip in his doggie pool. The only thing that keeps us inside is thunder or lightning. Overall, I am a very devoted dog owner and animal lover and looking forward to meeting many new dogs!
