We had a very busy and hectic schedule during our visit with family up in the York/Hanover area, Chelsea worked with us each day on our drop off and pick up times which allowed us to spend time with our grandkids without being rushed or stressed about our furbaby Rascal. We were updated with text and pictures from Chelsea each day she had Rascal. One of our concerns was Rascal doesn't like being crated and Chelsea let us up front she doesn't crate dogs. She allows them to be on her furniture and has dog beds for them to lay on as well. She takes them out for walks and potty breaks and Rascal seems extremely happy when he was with Chelsea and her family. If we lived in the area we would use Chelsea again and again. We are very grateful to have found Chelsea for our furbaby Rascal, she was so good to him. We highly recommend you choosing Chelsea to watch your furbaby.”

We felt very secure leaving our Shitzu for the day, Chewie blended well with their family, and I felt very comfortable. About: I have a wide variety of experience with all sorts of animals. I’ve had large and small dogs, cats, rodents, amphibians, and lizards, I even had a pot belly pig, sheep & duck as a child. I also volunteered at a local vet when I was a teenager and gained a lot of hands on experience caring for many types of animals! I’m a stay at home mom and I homeschool my two teenage daughters. I am very proud to have introduced therapy dogs and equine-facilitated therapy to crime survivors in Alachua County, FL! Positive reinforcement is my go-to method of behavior modification, and I can continue your training regimen with your fur babies while you are out of town. I can provide medications and even farm-sit if you need! I've owned my own horse and have cared for goats, chickens, pot-bellied pigs, and burros. I work full-time in York, PA, so I limit the area where I provide services between York and New Oxford. I stop directly after work (6 pm is quitting time) back at your house, then return to spend the night after feeding my own dog. I provide routine meal times, potty breaks, litter clean-up, medications as needed, treats as positive reinforcement, play time, cuddles, walks and other exercise, and if your pets are used to sleeping in your bed, they are welcome to do the same with me! I do all of this in your home so your best bud doesn't have to stress about too many changes while they are missing you. While Rover's pricing is set up on a per dog fee schedule, I cap charges at $80 per night and $40 per drop in or walk, regardless of the number of pets in your household. In the Rover app, I must modify your booking to be able to do that. I work full-time 9:30am -6pm, Monday -Friday in York, Pa, so I limit my service area during the week to areas between York and New Oxford. I can serve a larger area such as Gettysburg and Dillsburg on weekends. I adhere carefully to client directions about medication, supervision, feeding, and exercise. I want dogs to keep their usual routine as much as possible, and owners to rest assured their treasured pets are cared for as they would. “Bentley stayed with this family for 9 days, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Typically, he only eats once a day when I’m away, but this time, he ate twice daily, which says everything about how comfortable and cared for he felt. They kept me updated with photos throughout his stay, and it was clear he was being treated like part of the family. He even bonded with their dog, which made it that much more special. The biggest moment for me? When they dropped him off, he actually cried when they left. That told me all I needed to know. I genuinely feel like Bentley has a second family now. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing I have a safe, loving place for him whenever I travel. I’ll absolutely be booking regular daycare visits moving forward.”
“Heather and her family greeted our dogs with loving, open arms. They have a lovely home with a farm which allowed the dogs to be entertained from their playpen with chickens and ducks. Our dogs are completely happy with no problems while they were visiting Heather and Family. Heather is great at communication and gets back to you right away. We asked for pictures and Heather sent lots of pictures to comfort us knowing our girls were safe and well loved.”

“Candace and her family are amazing. There are know other words for them. From the second Shadow was dropped off they loved on him and treated him as their own. I believe they wanted to keep him for good but we had to have our boy back.😊 But let me say this every time we travel if Candace is available Shadow will be staying with her and her family.”

“I don’t think I could give this an honest review because it’s only a five star review and my experience with 10 star! My boxer is two years old and has spent his entire life by my side since he was six weeks old, I had to go away for a vacation and worried about him not acclimating to a new environment. None of my fears came true, he was very well taken care of, and I would strongly recommend using Brionna! I never went anywhere for long but now I can rest assure that I have a fantastic pet sitter….. more trips may be planned in the future”

“Jack was ready and waiting for Violet when we arrived. He even had his own pets put away so she could meet them after we left instead of overwhelming her when we first dropped her off. He sent daily pictures so we could see she was doing well and enjoying her stay as well as enjoying her new doggie friends. When we arrived to pick her up he had her and all her things ready. Violet had a great time and I know we’ll use Jack again if he’s available. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet like his own.”
“This was London's second stay with Elizabeth and it was another successful stay. My dog loves staying there so much she barely wanted to come back home to me. Honestly though Liz is great. She is really caring with the pets and is very good with communication. Will not hesitate to use her again in the future. I would highly recommend.”
