About: I’m Alex and I currently have one pitbull so I am A 24/7 dog mom! I love hiking and being out in nature. I have a high energy personality that is perfect for wearing any pup out. Growing up my parents owned dogs of all sizes and personalities (Dalmatian, Akitas, border collie, and jack russel) I love the Lower Allen dog park and would gladly take any dogs there with permission! My previous rescue pit had an abusive past which sadly caused some behavioral issues. Due to that I am more than comfortable watching any dogs that may be a little rough around the edges. I have no problem giving any daily medication needed. I’m just a fun loving dog owner who would love to give your dog wonderful care and attention! I am a stay at home mom so my days are pretty open. I also have access to flexible free child care through grandparents so I don’t have to have my child with me during any dog visits or stays. This allows me to be able to work with your needs! I’m available for caring overnight in your home where your pup is most comfortable! Lots of attention and if they’re allowed in the bed or on the couch they’ll be right there next to me. “If you are an anxious cat mama (or dad) Alexis is the sitter for you! I had the pleasure of having Alexis watch my fur baby Tam for 7 days! Tam has abandonment issues and can be a bit shy especially when in a new environment & me being the over enthusiastic cat mama that I am, can be worried leaving her for such long periods of time. Alexis was THE ABSOLUTE BEST in helping ease my heart and mind as I went away for the week. She sent me SEVERAL detailed updates daily with lots of photos and by the end of the trip Tam was following Alexis around the house (which means she’s extra comfortable!) Alexis was sweet enough to give Tam her own private space in the guest room but also gave her the option to roam free if she’d like (tam loves her solitude), lots of playtime, lots of patience and lots of love I would absolutely book with Alexis again! We had a very busy and hectic schedule during our visit with family up in the York/Hanover area, Chelsea worked with us each day on our drop off and pick up times which allowed us to spend time with our grandkids without being rushed or stressed about our furbaby Rascal. We were updated with text and pictures from Chelsea each day she had Rascal. One of our concerns was Rascal doesn't like being crated and Chelsea let us up front she doesn't crate dogs. She allows them to be on her furniture and has dog beds for them to lay on as well. She takes them out for walks and potty breaks and Rascal seems extremely happy when he was with Chelsea and her family. If we lived in the area we would use Chelsea again and again. We are very grateful to have found Chelsea for our furbaby Rascal, she was so good to him. We highly recommend you choosing Chelsea to watch your furbaby.”

About: I've been an animal lover my entire life and have years of hands on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. I currently have a 7 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a 1.5 year old Pomsky, so I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs. I work remotely from home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I live in a home with my girlfriend, her two children, and our two friendly dogs who enjoy meeting new furry friends. About: Being around animals just brightens my day! I was a groomer for 2 years before becoming a mom full time. While Rover's pricing is set up on a per dog fee schedule, I cap charges at $80 per night and $40 per drop in or walk, regardless of the number of pets in your household. In the Rover app, I must modify your booking to be able to do that. I work full-time 9:30am -6pm, Monday -Friday in York, Pa, so I limit my service area during the week to areas between York and New Oxford. I can serve a larger area such as Gettysburg and Dillsburg on weekends. I adhere carefully to client directions about medication, supervision, feeding, and exercise. I want dogs to keep their usual routine as much as possible, and owners to rest assured their treasured pets are cared for as they would. I am a background -checked government employee that prides myself on being dependable and trustworthy. I discuss my scheduling limitations with owners to ensure they are getting a sitter who is the best fit for their pets.

About: I had a family dog for 10 years, from the time she was 2 until she was 12 so I’ve had experience with young and old dogs, I have also had a few jobs such as a PetSmart employee and an Adams county SPCA employee which gave me great animal care experience, I recently graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Zoo and Wildlife Biology. I look forward to giving you dog lots of love! About: Hi! My name is Clarissa and I’ve been an animal lover all my life. I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens and pigs. I have one pup named Revvy and he’s a German shepherd mix. I am currently managing a fear-free, vet tech ran grooming salon and have been working with all kinds of pets for the past 4-5 years. Keeping your fur babies safe and happy is what matters to me the most. I’m currently working part time day shift from 9am-5pm. Depending on the day I may get off early around 2-3pm but I always try to plan around 4:30 and will be able to change depending on your flexibility. I’m willing to do anything that’s needed for your fur baby. I’m also experienced in puppy obedience training if you happen to have a puppy.

She even stepped in to help at the last minute, which was such a relief. I could tell she genuinely loves dogs—both Boss and Chipper were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for the entire time.
