About: I’m Alex and I currently have one pitbull so I am A 24/7 dog mom! I love hiking and being out in nature. I have a high energy personality that is perfect for wearing any pup out. Growing up my parents owned dogs of all sizes and personalities (Dalmatian, Akitas, border collie, and jack russel) I love the Lower Allen dog park and would gladly take any dogs there with permission! My previous rescue pit had an abusive past which sadly caused some behavioral issues. Due to that I am more than comfortable watching any dogs that may be a little rough around the edges. I have no problem giving any daily medication needed. I’m just a fun loving dog owner who would love to give your dog wonderful care and attention! I am a stay at home mom so my days are pretty open. I also have access to flexible free child care through grandparents so I don’t have to have my child with me during any dog visits or stays. This allows me to be able to work with your needs! I’m available for caring overnight in your home where your pup is most comfortable! Lots of attention and if they’re allowed in the bed or on the couch they’ll be right there next to me. I am not currently available to be hosting animals at my own home.

About: I’ve been around dogs of all different sizes and breeds since I was a young kid. I have always loved dogs and wanted my house full of them when I got older. This gives me a chance to care for all the dogs I’ve always wanted to. I have history with dogs that have different temperaments and know how to handle dogs of all different energy levels. I am a stay at home mom of two younger kids who love all animals so your pups will never be alone. I am always home and able to let them out for potty breaks and take them on nice long walks when the weather is nice! We are a family with a very flexible schedule and will be able to meet any of your pets needs at any time of the day or night. I have a large fenced in yard, lots of room for playing, running and relaxing along side of our very friendly dog named Eliza who loves having a buddy to play with. We have lots of room indoors as well as outdoors for snuggle time on the couch, floor or wherever they feel comfortable. We have an upstairs and downstairs so there is room for a crate if your pet feels more relaxed in there own space. I do also have a large crate unused if you can’t bring your own! I have the ability and practice of giving dogs medications if needed so anything your dog may need while staying with me will be no problem at all! About: Being around animals just brightens my day! I was a groomer for 2 years before becoming a mom full time. About: Hello! I’m Mags (Rover requires me to use my legal name) and I love all animals I have been passionate about dogs ever since I was a child but because experienced working with dogs and cats (and some bunnies) while working for the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. I was a veterinarian assistant for one year and then became an adoptions Manager for three years. This was the most fulfilling experience of my adult life, being able to help animals and the community daily. I recently lost my closest companion, Xander, about a month ago. He was 13 years old and I had him since he walked into the humane society at two months old. Through him I gained even more experience with aging dogs, medical care and many behavioral changes as he aged. While using positive reinforcement training we navigated 6 military moves, life adaptions to aging and the introduction of two kittens. I will take all this experience and use it to provide the same amount of love an attention for you furry family members as I did for Xander. I am currently employed part time and have many days free as well as can stay over night or board animals in my home. I have a very flexible schedule and am happy to work with any client’s schedule as needed. I currently only have two cats in my home, so I’m able to provide boarding for cat friendly animals. I have a fenced in back yard and am usually not gone from the house for more than four hours. I stop directly after work (6 pm is quitting time) back at your house, then return to spend the night after feeding my own dog. I provide routine meal times, potty breaks, litter clean-up, medications as needed, treats as positive reinforcement, play time, cuddles, walks and other exercise, and if your pets are used to sleeping in your bed, they are welcome to do the same with me! I do all of this in your home so your best bud doesn't have to stress about too many changes while they are missing you. While Rover's pricing is set up on a per dog fee schedule, I cap charges at $80 per night and $40 per drop in or walk, regardless of the number of pets in your household. In the Rover app, I must modify your booking to be able to do that. I work full-time 9:30am -6pm, Monday -Friday in York, Pa, so I limit my service area during the week to areas between York and New Oxford. I can serve a larger area such as Gettysburg and Dillsburg on weekends. I adhere carefully to client directions about medication, supervision, feeding, and exercise. I want dogs to keep their usual routine as much as possible, and owners to rest assured their treasured pets are cared for as they would. I am a background -checked government employee that prides myself on being dependable and trustworthy. “We left Iris, our choc lab, with Pam and Mike for 2 weeks while we traveled on the west coast. They sent daily pics of her romping in the yard with their dogs and playing in the dog pool. There is a big fenced in yard and a couple of mini horses in the area adjacent. She had a Great time and we will definitely call them again if we travel out of state.”
