About: I have been an animal lover all my life and have been around all types of animals. But dogs are my sweet spot. I have owned my own dog for the past 3 years, but have had numerous family dogs while growing up. I learned how to train my own dog by getting training lessons for her. I love caring my friend’s dogs and am often the one they ask to watch their pets when they leave town. I will give your pet all the scratches and belly rubs they desire as well take them on walks in my neighborhood as often as needed. As of now, I’m only able to do house sitting on the weekends, but I’m glad to do drop in visits and walking throughout the week. I currently work in a hybrid job setting where I am home 2 days a week and in the office 3 days a week. But I am able to take breaks to take pups out for walks every 4-6 hours. I when walking other people’s dogs I am make sure they are leashes securely and comfortably. I only walk in neighborhoods that are walkable or if needed can transport in my car to a a more walkable neighborhood. I want all the dogs I care for to feel safe when out on their walks.

About: I don’t have much experience with dogs if I’m being honest. The only experience I had with a dog was with a baby pitbull and that was for about a year. That being said, despite my lack of experience I am willing to learn. My love for animals in general is why I am open to learning. I will still provide the same love, care and affection for a dog as I would a cat. My daily and weekly routine is very open for pet care. I am currently on maternity leave so I have lots of availability throughout my days. I treat them like their family and not strangers or “just for the money type of thing”. She sent me multiple pictures/updates each day and I could tell he was relaxed and engaged. I appreciated that she checked with me if certain outings were ok (like taking him on trips in the car) and she made sure his important instructions were followed. He was clearly VERY loved and had all of his emotional and physical needs met.
