“Denise was great with my cockapoo! I left him with her while I was on an extended vacation. He was taken for walks daily, nurtured with love and fed well. His diet even improved under her care. Her place is located adjacent to Delta Ponds so she is fortunate to have some wildlife come by to visit outside her back slider door. Dexter was able to see a Squirell, Blue Jay and other birds. His walks to the ponds kept him engaged and happy. He was also socialized with other dogs that she sits. All in all he came back as a better dog and was very happy to spend time with her. He had no separation anxiety at all and was very content. I received daily photos of him and was updated about how he was doing regularly. I would recommend Denise to any one looking for a sitter. Her rates are great as well.”

About: I've taken care of animals for 15+ years. Weather it was my own animal or a friend or families I was always there to give potty breaks and train them on proper care. I also train dogs and have many years of experience training dogs to do various commands such as sit, down, roll over, and crate training. This will be my full time job so I'll have plenty of time to dedicate to your furry friend. I do have a dog and cat of my own but they are great around other dogs. I live in an apartment in the middle of campus. There is unfortunately no backyard but I ensure that your dog will get many walks and potty breaks and playtime.

About: I've been lucky to have dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, that is 50+ years of wagging tails. I know how important consistency is for keeping dogs calm, especially when they're staying somewhere new. My goal is to make their time with me feel as close to "home" as possible. I share my home with my young male mix‑breed dog (born 12/6/24), a poodle/wire‑haired terrier mix who’s neutered, well‑behaved, and absolutely loves meeting new dog friends. He’s gentle, social, and always happy to have a buddy around, but I also make sure every visiting dog has space and downtime whenever they want it.

About: I worked in Veterinary medicine as a CVT for 15 years. I’m now in real estate so I have the experience but am able to work from home and spend hours with animals that need special care & medications (whether orally, injectable or topically). I am comfortable with most farm animals as well. My rates are based off of pets that need that extra care/ medications etc. Depending on their needs (or ease of care) my rates can be flexible! Just ask and we can discuss your/your pets needs to figure it out I am available for walks or drop ins most days but for boarding (my house or yours), I am available Wednesdays and Thursdays and every other weekend. Because I can work from home your animals don’t have to be lonely while you’re away! I am active, healthy and smoke free. I love walking dogs, running them at the park, playing chase or tug a war or whatever shenanigans your pet loves. I’ve raised goats, chickens and pigs and have some experience with cows and horses. I have helped with reptiles and birds too.. As having worked in day practice and emergency medicine I have a wide knowledge and experiences with various medical needs, diseases and behaviors. I pay close attention to body language and want to make your time away as stress free and reassured as possible. I am happy to help with house needs during the stay as well such as watering plants, getting the mail, taking out the trash, etc.

About: I got my first pet at 18, a kitten who was from a stray in the neighborhood. We had her and her brother for 16 years, as well as two pit bull mixes that 14 & 15 years. Now we are just down to a 1.5 year old rescued chihuahua mix. I’ve fostered over 30 dogs and a few kittens, volunteered at our local animal shelters and worked events trying to find pets loving homes. I love caring for animals and being a person animals trust. I am a self employed person so my schedule is very flexible, I take my own dog on daily walks and can fit things in easily. My animals are the center of my world and I am always wanting them to be safe, comfortable and loved. I will do the exact same for your babies within your household boundaries. I have experience caring for both young and senior dogs. I prioritize play and walks for young, active dogs. I have also administered medication to senior pets. If you are ok with your pet being left alone for 5-6 hours for 3-4 days of the week please contact me! Right now, I don't work weekends so your pet would not be left alone for as long on Saturdays and Sundays. Beyond working, I do prioritize ensuring dogs are given regular bathroom breaks. I am attentive. If you have a dog, we ARE going on walks and WILL play. I follow instructions as to food quantity and medication administration. I clean up pet waste. I water gardens. Will do some cleaning during my stay if you'd like. Will clean up after myself and your pet.

About: I've had dogs my entire life and have always loved just being around animals. While I'm away from home, I'd love to spend some time with dogs and help give them the best possible time I can! I'm a college student, so my schedule shifts a bit with the seasons, but pet care fits in easily either way. During walks, I keep dogs securely leashed, stay aware of traffic and other animals, and avoid unfamiliar areas that could pose risks. For house sitting and drop-ins, I treat the client's home with the same care and respect as I would my own, making sure doors and gates are securely closed, food and water are refreshed as needed, and any medications or special routines are followed exactly as instructed. I spend time each day caring for my own animals and enjoy being active outdoors. Because of this, dog walking and pet visits fit naturally into my routine, allowing me to provide consistent care, attention, and updates to pet owners. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I provide fresh food and water, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of attention. I make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for, and I keep owners updated with messages and photos during visits.
About: My wife and I have a combined experience of 14 years taking care of all kinds of animals. We see them as family. We were a former care coordinator for our local humane society before moving to Oregon and take looking after your family very seriously. Don't like a male in your home? No problem we'll arrange for my wife to present instead. We work together for you! After the passing of our dog we wanted to start Rover in memory of our Chewy we have 2 Cats and 1 small Senior Dog that would be isolated in our master bedroom to give your family member the space and attention they deserve! I have several years experience in the professional pet care community; that includes 5 years in the veterinary field and 6 years as a small business owner. My side-hussle/ animal passion is dog-hiking, but I am a pet-sitting pro. **Bonus: I HAVE FARM ANIMAL EXPERIENCE!** I have multiple years of assistanting with sheep, goats, alpaca, including several years of experience in care and handling of birds such as chickens, ducks, geese and parakeets. Additionally, I am confident with reptiles (snakes, turtles, collard lizards, salamandars, aquatic frogs), hampsters, guinea pigs, bunnies and large rabbits all of which for whom I have cared. I home-school my gifted 3rd grader and work super-part time with my government job. This means I'm very flexible! I can mold my day around your furbabies schedule. **I can do doggy day care or over nights at my home for well established clients only.** I have a fully fenced, dog and child-centric acre with grass and gravel, sun and shade. I keep all gates closed or locked. With the exception of the doggy door so pups have freedom to come in from the elements or to go out for fresh air and potty breaks.
About: I have had the joy of sharing life with a wide variety of dogs in my time. I have lived with cats, small dogs and big dogs. I tend to prefer the bigger dogs myself, because I love their cuddles. I have also cohabitated with cats, and enjoy their cuddles and purr vibrations. I have trained all of my dogs with the positive reinforcement method. I understand that dogs love to have boundaries made clear, so that they can feel safe. I do not raise my voice with dogs, and focus on reinforcing the positive choices that they make. I am experienced with giving medications to animals, even grumpy senior cats. I am patient with all animals, reliable and responsible for all pet owners. I value having a trustworthy petsitter for my own pets, and want to offer that to others in return. About: I've taken care of animals for 15+ years. Weather it was my own animal or a friend or families I was always there to give potty breaks and train them on proper care. I also train dogs and have many years of experience training dogs to do various commands such as sit, down, roll over, and crate training. This will be my full time job so I'll have plenty of time to dedicate to your furry friend. I do have a dog and cat of my own but they are great around other dogs. I live in an apartment in the middle of campus. There is unfortunately no backyard but I ensure that your dog will get many walks and potty breaks and playtime.
