I will be booking with them again!”

“Leah was timely and provided great pics of the crew. We arrived home to well fed cats with fresh water and clean litter boxes. Her pics helped us find where one of the cats had hidden in our new home which we really appreciated too. She did a great job and we’d definitely hire her again.”

“Im lucky to have Melissa as a repeat caregiver for our cat Oscar. Our cat is not very friendly but every day she tries her best to get him to warm up to her and her care is still top notch even though he is shy. I will re-book Melissa as long as she's available - everyone else should too!”

“Taunya had a family emergency during the time we booked her to care for Em in our home. She notified me immediately and altered her schedule to ensure she could still cover Em's care. Thank you for honoring your commitment Taunya. It allowed us to have a wonderful family gathering in AZ. Both Em and the house were well taken care of.”

“Ginny was so wonderful! They were patient and kind with our shy cats. They spent plenty of time making sure our little ones were eating and getting some love. Communication was also quick and friendly!”

“Megan is awesome! She is very attentive to details and excellent in her communication. She sent pics and thoughtful notes with each visit she made while I was traveling. Beyond that my pups loved all the attention and play time she gave them.”

About: I've been an animal lover my entire life, but four years ago I adopted my cat, Lilith, and discovered just how special cats are. I went from being a lifelong dog owner to lover of felines, from the unique way they show affection & build trust, to their playful panther energy. In addition to caring for my own cat, I spent 5 years working professionally as a dog groomer. This gave me experience reading pet body language & providing calm, compassionate care. Every cat is different - some are social & playful, while others prefer patience, space, & a slower approach.
“I would recommend Christina to anyone. Her communication is excellent and she is very reliable. My wife and I were in a pinch and Christina went above and beyond to help us. We appreciate Christina very much!!”

“Beatriz was amazing with my shy, older dog. It was clear from the first drop in that she took the time to let my dog acclimate, and by visit 2 they were playing fetch in the yard. Also very professional with communication and punctual. Definitely would recommend!”

“I hesitate to write a review to the extent I want to because I selfishly want to keep her booked; I truly cannot sing high enough praises. Yolah is so respectful, kind, and attentive I felt zero concern while I was out of town for the weekend knowing she was checking in on my cat. The photo updates and communication were so amazing and it was clear to see how comfortable my (pretty shy and anxious) cat was with her so quickly. I feel pretty grateful to have found someone I can trust and who I feel truly cares about taking care of my pet like their own.”

“Lizzy is awesome! She took excellent care of our two cats. We appreciated the photos she sent us of our kitties and for being so reliable. We knew our cats were in good care with Lizzy. We would highly recommend her!”

“We are grateful to have found Arianna. She is very responsive and helped us with a daily drop in when we were in a pinch. Thanks to Arianna from our cat, turtle, chickens, and garden plants :)”

“Madison was awesome and took great care of my two timid cats! They can take a while to warm up to new people, but they actually came out of hiding to say hello and hang out with her on the second day! I’m super grateful for her help and will definitely be requesting her help with the kitties again in the future.”

“Jake is an older dog and as such is slowing down. When Allyson realized that Jake was in pain fetching, which he would do until he dropped, she changed the activity to be a little easier on him. She was in communication with me all the time and handled everything well.”

“Sarah was great with our two cats! She gave them their medicines, played with them, kept them company did everything we asked perfectly! We will surely ask her to pet sit for us again!!”
About: I grew up in a loving, multi-pet household that included dogs, cats, ducks, hamsters, guinea pigs, turtles, and fish—so animal care has always been a big part of my life. I also have hands-on experience caring for chickens. Whether it’s feeding, grooming, or simply spending quality time with animals, I’m comfortable and confident with a wide range of species and personalities. I treat every pet like family and understand that each one has unique needs and quirks. I’m currently building my own business as a licensed esthetician and also work part-time, but with summer around the corner, I’m looking for a fun and fulfilling side job—and what better way than spending time with pets! I work 8 hour shifts Wednesday-Friday and then Sunday-Tuesday I may have a couple clients here and there but it wouldn’t be more than a few hours I am gone. In my home, pets are treated like family. I prioritize creating a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where animals feel comfortable and cared for. I follow each pet’s routine as closely as possible, whether it’s feeding, walks, or playtime. I pay close attention to their behavior and needs to ensure they’re happy and relaxed. Trust and respect are at the heart of how I care for every animal—I believe in patience, positive reinforcement, and lots of affection.
“Scott took the best care of Kai. I could not have asked for the most perfect dog sitter. He communicated with me while Kai was in his care by updating me with plenty of photos and adventures. It made me feel very comfortable to leave Kai with Scott. I know that there was a lot of training during this time because Kai has been such an angel since then. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone and I will also be hiring Scott again!”

“Kris is incredibly knowledgeable about dog care and training, and it’s clear she has extensive experience working with dogs. She’s energetic, kind, and compassionate. She kept us well-informed with regular photos and updates throughout the stay. Her golden retriever was sweet and gentle with our pup, which gave us great peace of mind. We felt completely comfortable leaving our dog in her care and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.”

“Cassie did a great job while watching my pup. She was super responsive, flexible with pick up and drop off and sent some pics throughout the day too. She thankfully was available last second as well. Would book again.”

About: My family always had dogs since I can remember. I hardly miss any opportunity for some dog pets. In the past, I did an internship at a veterinary clinic, and volunteered at an animal sanctuary. I am experienced taking care of young and old pups, and simple medical care is no problem. I have worked at an equine therapy farm and also gained skills on a high country station in NZ working with Clydesdale horses and herding dogs. Since living in Bend, I have started to walk and sit dogs more and more and can’t wait to get to know your dog! I’m working as a freelancer photographer. Dogwalking and boarding is giving me the perfect balance of getting outdoors and an opportunity to give all four legged friends a great time which always multiplies my happiness! Luckily, working as a photographer gives me a lot of flexibility on when I’m available. My home is dog friendly with a big fenced yard for outside time in between walks. There are shady and sunny spots and water always available. I will happily have your pet/s inside with me like it would be my own.

About: We love animals! We have a big yard, but we’re usually home with our pets. Our kids (5 & 9) love to play with and help care for them, while still being adaptable to less friendly dogs who want space. I am generally home during the day, and extremely flexible to accommodate various schedules for drop-in visits or in-home care. The pets we watch at home often feel like a part of our family! We have a large fenced yard with plenty of room to run, and a quiet neighborhood for walks. Our senior dog isn’t high energy, and easy to get along with.

About: Hi, I’m Avery! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and currently care for my own senior dog, so I’m very comfortable with pups who need extra patience, gentleness, and attention. I also work at the local Humane Society, where I care for dogs of all kinds with all kinds of needs, including reactive dogs, shy dogs, and dogs who need help with medications or special feeding routines, and I’ve handled dogs as small as 2 pounds and as big as 150 pounds. I understand how important routines, meds, and calm handling are, especially for senior dogs or dogs with special needs. I’ve been dog sitting consistently for about five years, through high school and into college, and I truly treat every dog like my own. As a dog mom myself, I completely understand wanting lots of updates and reassurance while you’re away, so I’m very communicative and happy to send frequent photos and updates so you always know your dog is safe and doing well, and my goal is always to make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m happy to accommodate you and your pup in any needs that you might have! I am home from college all summer and my schedule is extremely open! I will be able to put my full attention on the pet or pets that I am taking care of! I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment in both my home and a client’s home!I always follow the pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special instructions.

“We took a trip to Sunriver and skied at Mt Bachelor for the week. Tory was awesome with our sweet little Frenchie. She clearly knows dogs. Ours was immediately comfortable and always happy at pick up. She had a great time socializing with the other dogs as well. Highly recommend!”

“Casey was a consummate professional and I would utilize her services again! She sent plenty of photos and gave my boy plenty of opportunity to play. She even accommodated a last minute schedule change!”

“Ashlyn was fantastic with my dog who is slow to warm up to new humans. She took great care of my dog and they became fast friends in no time. Her two dogs were fun for my dog to play with. Will defiantly be using her again.”

“Leah walked our dogs over a couple of days and our dogs were happy and worn out. She was an excellent communicator and persevered through some tough weather to get them out.”
About: Hi there!! My name is Melissa. I have cared for animals from the time I could walk. When I became an adult, I worked in veterinary medicine for 15+ years. First I was in reception, and then I had a long veterinary technician career. My genetic and progressive neurological disorder causes my hands to shake, so I’ve had to step away from technical work. I’m currently working at Sunriver Vet Clinic as a receptionist 3 days a week. I’ve done pet sitting in Illinois, and have recently moved to beautiful Sunriver. I’m comfortable with injections, medications, and I’m very familiar with dog and cat care and health problems and concerns. I myself have an 18 year old kitty in mid stage kidney failure and two greyhounds. Poop, pee, vomit, anal glands- nothing phases me. I have also done a lot of feral cat work. If you want a been there, done that pet sitter then that’s me. I’d love to meet your furry family members. I have very flexible part time commitments during the week. I make my own schedule, so I can schedule my commitments around your pet’s needs. I care for your pets exactly the way you want me to. I’m extremely cognizant of pet safety and having worked as a veterinary technician has made me very good at reading pet body language. I can tell if your pet is stressed, needing something, or up to shenanigans and adjust accordingly. 😂
“Caitlin was great! She is so kind, friendly, and caring! She took great care of my dog and worked with me through all the craziness of moving places! You can tell she really loves and cares about animals! She is also a great communicator and leaves a detailed report card!”

About: I've had a love for animals my whole life & have spent the last 5 years working as a dog groomer. During that time I've cared for dogs ranging from energetic puppies to seniors who need a little extra patience & support. I'm Pet First Aid & CPR certified. I've worked with puppers who have special needs, including allergies, mobility challenges, heart murmurs, brachycephalic breeds, & other health concerns. I've been trained on critical & non critical signs of stress, so I know when things are concerning & always keep pet parents informed. I'm also comfortable handing nervous, reactive, & challenging dogs. I currently work remotely, which gives me a very flexible schedule & allows me to dedicate plenty of time & attention to any pet in my care. Aside from the occasional errand, I'm available to spend most of the day with your pet, keeping them company and maintaining their normal routine. I offer drop in visits overnight, stays and extended care. I'll make sure your pet gets plenty of exercise, enrichment, affection and 1 on 1 time while you're away. While caring for pets, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved, while keeping their routine as consistent as possible. Before each stay, I'd love to learn about your pets, so I can provide personalized care that feels familiar. I'll carefully follow instructions for meals, walks, potty breaks, and any other routine your pet relies on beyond meeting their basic needs. I want their time with me to feel like a vacation. That means extra playtime, enrichment, belly rubs, cuddles, and plenty of 1 on 1 attention. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can relax, knowing your pet is happy, safe, and having a great time while you're away.
About: What is it about those dog souls? They capture me, each and every one. I am a Registered Nurse with a heart for all dogs. I have had 3 dogs myself, the last one being a bully breed who taught me a great deal of how to work with dogs who require high management. I understand dog behaviors and idiosyncrasies and enjoy working with different personalities. I work from home so can keep eyes on your pup at most all times. I enjoy breaking up the day with a dog walk or training. I am happy to walk, run, play fetch, work on training or any other request during your pups stay. I enjoy spoiling dogs. But I also practice boundaries and behavioral expectations. My rate includes 2 walks a day and/or other exercise. I also provide a stuffed kong and other chewy toys unless you prefer they don't have ☺️ I am a proponent for dog parents to have a fi or gos collar for their pups. I think it's helpful for you as the owner to know where your pup is and the exercise they are getting as well, in an unfortunate/ unlikely event of getting out we can track them. I work from home so am available at most all times. I also have a half acre fenced yard If possible I'd like to do a meet and greet before sitting. I understand the trust it takes to allow someone to take care of you own pup but also to allow into ones home when you are away. I want to ensure owners are comfortable with my level of care and trust you instill with my service
“Taunya helped my fiancé and I in a pinch when we needed our dog walked while we skied. She was communicative, prompt and sent photos even though it was only a 30 min walk! I really appreciated knowing how our baby was doing while we were out for the day. If you need someone to care for your pup in Bend, definitely recommend Taunya!”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life! Growing up, my family had dogs, cats, chickens, horses and we even had a turtle! Even from a young age, I had a passion for taking care of animals. I’m an active person that loves hiking and neighborhood walks with my very energetic and goofy English Setter. I also have two senior adopted cats that get daily snuggles as well. My husband and I lost our beloved blue heeler a couple of years ago who was our adventure buddy that went everywhere we did! He loved people, but tolerated other dogs and now we have a very sweet and active English Setter that would love to have some friends to play with! I have a fully fenced, half acre property and regularly go on walks with my dog. I also have experience with giving insulin to one of my diabetic senior cats, twice a day. My pets mean everything to me and I’d treat anyone else’s like my own! I currently work part time and love to get out and explore, so I have plenty of time throughout the week and weekend to help with pet care! I have a fully fenced in half acre yard for dogs and a very active dog that would love to have a buddy to play with! I also go on neighborhood walks, feel comfortable with puppies and senior pets.
“Yonah showed up a few minutes early for this first walk with my pups and handled my very reactive dog with patience and kindness. We arranged this as a way to get to know the dogs before an overnight stay and I’m so glad we did as I now know that Yonah can work with my sweet boy who has so much anxiety.”

“Ginny has walked my senior boy weekly for several months. She is very patient with him, going at his pace and letting him sniff more than walk. Ginny is excellent communicator, always on time and genuine nice person. And best of all Saru loves her and is always happy to go on a walk with her. I can't recommend her higher and you will be lucky to have her walk you dog.”
