About: At this point in my life, I have cared for almost any domestic, exotic or farm animal that one can run into! Time spent working with snakes and spiders in a reptile shop, working on farms with cattle, goats and chickens, and caring for everyones furry companions like cats, dogs and rodents in homes has left me feeling well prepared to handle whatever critters come our way. About: I worked in Veterinary medicine as a CVT for 15 years. I’m now in real estate so I have the experience but am able to work from home and spend hours with animals that need special care & medications (whether orally, injectable or topically). I am comfortable with most farm animals as well. My rates are based off of pets that need that extra care/ medications etc. Depending on their needs (or ease of care) my rates can be flexible! Just ask and we can discuss your/your pets needs to figure it out I am available for walks or drop ins most days but for boarding (my house or yours), I am available Wednesdays and Thursdays and every other weekend. About: Hi, I’m Jenn! I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, parrots, and reptiles. Whether it’s sticking to routines, giving meds, or just making sure your pet feels safe and happy, I treat every animal like family. I’ve raised senior dogs, made homemade food, cared for an African Grey parrot, turtles & tortoises. I currently share my home with two big dogs, one cat, and two crested geckos. I am here to give your pet the love, attention, and comfort they deserve while you’re away. My rates are negotiable as Rover does take % from all sittings. There is also no options for exotics (birds + reptiles) I would base those animals off of the cat stay amount. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! I currently work remotely from home, which makes pet sitting a great fit for my lifestyle. I’m able to spend a lot of time with the pets throughout the day, while occasionally needing to step away for a few hours for work-related purposes depending on my schedule. Most days, I’m home and available, so your pets can enjoy plenty of company, attention, and care. When caring for pets in my clients home, I prioritize maintaining their routines and follow all instructions closely, ensuring that feeding times, walks, or any specific care needs are met. I provide companionship and make an effort to keep the pet’s environment clean and comfortable. My goal is to minimize any disruption to your pet’s daily life as well as you while your away.
About: Hi, I'm Madeline! I'm always active taking my dogs for long walks and hikes, or to the local dog parks. I'm a lifelong dog lover, and proud dog mom. While I’m new to Rover, I bring years of trusted experience walking and sitting dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages from playful 8-week-old puppies to wise 13-year-old seniors. The dogs I'm carrying in the photos have been family to me since they were pups, and ones I've had the pleasure of looking out for. Friends and family have relied on me time and time again, one even called me a dog whisperer after watching me connect with their strong-willed pointer mix! I’ve studied basic training techniques through a puppy obedience course, guidance from a professional trainer, and good ol' YouTube. These tools help me better understand each dog’s energy and needs, whether they’re high-reactive adventurers or mellow cuddlebugs. My goal is always to make your dog feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you're away. Let’s set up a meet-and-greet because I’d love to connect with you and your pup! Whether your pet needs regular daily walks, last-minute check-ins, or extended sitting while you're out of town, I’m here to help. My open availability means I can easily accommodate your pet’s routine and make sure they get consistent care and attention. I've had the pleasure of dog sitting and walking for close friends and family, always making sure to follow any specific instructions provided. Since summer days can get especially hot, I’m always prepared by carrying a bag with essentials like water, a bowl, treats, poop bags, and a frisbee. For my dogs, if the pavement is too hot (I always check with the back of my hand), they wear protective boots to prevent burns, and if you're dog has some little booties, I'll make sure their paws stay protected and take frequent shade breaks. On those extra hot days when it’s safer to stay indoors, I make sure my dogs still get their energy out with games, enrichment toys, and fun training tricks. I love keeping things playful while prioritizing safety and well-being.

“I took a couple days to think about what review I would give Alexandra because my dog returned to me with sudden and severe pneumonia, and part of me wanted someone/something to blame. But the truth is I have no reason to think anything Alexandra did or didn’t do had any role in her illness, and Alexandra has been nothing but helpful and compassionate, and went above and beyond after I picked my dog up and it became clear how ill she is. I regret boarding my dog at all given her old age and underlying condition that predisposes her to respiratory issues—but that’s 100% on me.”
