He took in our big (Dogo Argentino) girl with open arms at the last minute when our planned caregiver had a change of plans, sent us daily updates and pictures, took her on more walks and hikes than we ever have, gave her a cozy spot to land, and graciously kept her an extra 2 days when our flights were delayed! He even had to go pick her up more food and did it without us even asking! About: After 13 years of working in the veterinary field as a technician/assistant, I’ve decided to retire from that and work from home. I have been trained in fear free practices and work well with anxious/aggressive pets specifically. I have experience with all kinds of medical conditions and medications, including intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, mobility assistance, etc. I am available for overnight care in your home, drop by visits or daycare/boarding in my home. I have 3 senior dogs(two large poodles who are 11 and one maltese who is 13) and one cat in my home with no children or smoking, along with a large, fenced in yard of over half an acre for the pets to roam. I work part time from home, so I have plenty of time to interact and let pups out for potty breaks in between phone calls. My retired parents also live with me at the moment and are able to give pets and love all day as well. We love lap dogs. My 3 dogs are all seniors and fairly lazy, so my house is ideal for older pets or introverted pets that need personal space from other dogs. All of my dogs have been well socialized and trained while raised in veterinary clinic environments, so they’re used to others as long as they are well behaved. I typically work Monday through Friday from 8am until 4pm but my schedule is flexible and I could take a lunch break to run home to let out any guests for a potty break when necessary. With Duke and Kya they offer a well balanced environment for pets that’s want to relax or play constantly. Kya is mellow and will chill on the couch with the best of them and Duke will be ready to play. They are good at reading other dogs to find the right balance and make them feel comfortable I work full time but can work from home as needed. My schedule is pretty flexible too for any lunch breaks as well if needed. I have a large yard and 2 friendly dogs. I would be with them and supervise any interactions and separate them whenever I am out.
About: Hi there! Siggi and I recently moved to Tulsa after I graduated from college, and we’re excited to make some new friends here! For the past four years, my roommate and I ran a small doggy daycare out of our college home in Georgia. Zeus was one of our regulars, and his mom left a review below! I’m joining Rover in Tulsa partly because Siggi had a pretty robust social life in college (don’t we all? LOL!) and would love some new buddies, but also because I’d love to grow my community of fellow pet parents while making a little extra money as I get started in the “real world.” Animals have truly been part of my entire life. I started volunteering with animal rescues at six years old, started my own neighborhood dog-walking business at 10, and have since spent years fostering, transporting, walking, sitting, and caring for animals of all ages and personalities. I’ve fostered dogs and puppies through Multiple Breed Rescue, Pawsitive Hope, and One Love Animal Rescue, and have experience with everything from energetic puppies and rescue dogs to senior and medical care. I spent much of 2021 managing hospice care for my lifelong dog, Vega, who had a heart condition, including working closely with emergency vets and Ohio Veterinary Cardiology. And then there’s my current rambunctious problem child, Siggi! Through him, I’ve gained firsthand experience with injury recovery, behavioral challenges related to his previous situation, and training. As a pet parent myself, I know how stressful it can be to leave your pet with someone else. My goal is to make you feel completely comfortable knowing they’re with someone experienced, reliable, and—most importantly—someone who will genuinely love having them around. Siggi and I can’t wait to meet you and your pets! 🐾🫶🏼🐕🎾🐈🧶🐴 I work full time as an Interior Designer but I have a very flexible workplace and I always take an hour lunch for a dog walk so I can pick up your pup and add them to our route for a 30/40 min mid day walk or I’m fully available on weekends and can do longer walks, high energy/working breed adventures, local park visits, ect! While I am providing in-home care for your pet I will be sure to conform to your pet's regular schedule as much as possible and I will make the pet's safety and comfort my top priority while they are in my care!

About: I've taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was 13. I personally have 5 current pets right now. This includes 1 dog 3 cats and even a turtle. I got a degree to be a veterinarian assistant and worked in an animal clinic for almost a year. Right now I am a kennel attendant at a doggy daycare. Where required online training was required. We get a variety of different dogs. Ranging from small to large, young to old, even a few dogs with some medicine issues. I'm currently working part-time. In my free time, I take my son out for walks, so I can possibly bring dogs with me. I do have my own car for transportation. I live in a neighborhood where there is a lot of strays, so when I walk my dog, I carry a spray shield, which is citronella and animal deterrent from Pet Safe. Working at a dog daycare, we get a lot of dogs with some type of medical condition. From clean Bulldogs folds to make sure dogs take their medicine when needed.

About: I used to have a senior Chihuahua and raised him since he was a puppy. I understand how a pet needs love and attention along with protection.
