Both my dogs are rescue dogs, so I always worry when they go to a new place. I had no need to worry. When we did our meet and greet, they did well. During the time they stayed with Erika she sent me pictures and updates regularly. There was a small issue with one who has a sensitive stomach and she immediately reached out to me to confirm how to handle. She was willing to give a probiotic every day, to keep my boy on his schedule. I appreciate all those details very much. It is such a relief to find a good honest person to take care of my pups when I need to be away. I will definitely use Erika again.”

About: I’ve spent most of my life caring for animals and truly see pets as family. Over the years, I’ve raised several dogs from puppies through their senior years, including my beloved cocker-poodle mix, Japhy, who lived an amazing 19 years. When Japhy was young, we spent countless hours playing frisbee, exploring trails, and going on adventures together. About: Our family loves dogs! We love to play out back with them and take them on walks. They will get lots of exercise and love at our house! There is someone home throughout the day to take care of their needs. Our whole family helps to care for dogs. There is almost always someone at the house even during the week. That means lots of attention and love! We have a good sized yard with a 6 foot fenced. We have 4 kids from elementary school to college and they love playing with dogs too. We will take family walks in our beautiful neighborhood with all of our furry friends. We are home most of the day and spend a lot of time with your dog. I am accustomed to reading dogs body language and keeping them safe and feeling secure. I've lived with cats in more recent years and have consistently been hired to cat sit for neighbors. I am comfortable with elder pets, administering medications, and helping anxious pets feel more comfortable at home and out in the world. I also have some experience with smaller mammals (rabbits, guinea pigs, domestic rats) as well as some farm animals. I am a full-time grad student, so my schedule is much more flexible than a 9-5 worker. That said, at the moment I can only take care of pets who can be alone for at least four hours at a time during the week because of my class schedule (weekends I'm more flexible). You can depend on me to safely enter and exit your home with care for security and cleanliness, and I'd always touch base with you for any concerns. I'm also disabled by long-COVID and take many COVID mitigations (still masking), so I'd be safer for immunocompromised clients. For drop-in visits and popping into your home for a dog walk, I will be masked. For pet sitting overnight, I'm always happy to take a COVID test—just let me know!

Both my dogs are rescue dogs, so I always worry when they go to a new place. I had no need to worry. When we did our meet and greet, they did well. There was a small issue with one who has a sensitive stomach and she immediately reached out to me to confirm how to handle. She was willing to give a probiotic every day, to keep my boy on his schedule. I appreciate all those details very much. This is the first time someone other than family has watched our dog and I was nervous about using a service like this and having to choose someone I didn’t know. Rayann was so warm and helpful from the beginning. She was really helpful and flexible on drop off and pickup times due to my schedule and flight changes.
