About: I have taken care of pets since I was a child. We groom our cocker spaniels. If you want your dog bathed or groomed we can provide the service for an additional fee. I've had critters to love and care for since I can remember - all kinds: dogs, cats, a pony, ducks, chickens, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs and fish. I worked for a vet for several years, was on the Board of my local SPCA and have rescued 3 dogs and a cat as part of our family in the past 15 years. I am at home full time now and have the whole day to tailor to the needs of the critters I care for, so even special needs are not usually a problem. I have a large fenced yard for off-leash, supervised play time and live in a forest with acres of trails for leashed walks. I have one cat at home and aim to board only ONE DOG AT A TIME (or two if they are housemates already). Your pet will stay inside my home which is a peaceful and safe environment, no small children, quiet neighbours and a husband who loves to give free belly rubs! Home 24/7 so am able to be with your pet all day and night which is especially important for little ones who aren't used to being away from home. We have a large fully fenced and large back yard in a forest-like setting and miles of trails for leash walks. About: We have watched many pets over the years and are finally bringing our love to the masses. :) We truly love all animals (every where we have lived animals indoor/outdoor just flock to us it seems ha). I will gladly come to your residence and even stay overnight for your pets to alleviate any anxiety and make you and your family feel safe and at ease. References upon request. My business operates mainly by word of mouth. As of May 2021, I've worked full time as a pet sitter. To put it in perspective, I'm house/pet sitting 300/365 days of the year. About: I have always had pets growing up when I was younger and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in pet care is caring for my own pets and caring for family, friends and I also have volunteered at shelters as well. My husband and I only have one dog. She is a GoldenDoodle/Labradoodle but we get her cut like a standard doodle and she is our world. I love training/exercising with her everyday and she pushes me to be the best that I can be. With our fur baby she gets a long walk in the morning, breakfast and lots of lovings. When I come home she gets a long walk, lots of play time outside, dinner and after dinner we take a long walk. I’m very cautious in all of my surroundings. Making sure every dog is securely leashed and properly walked or if you do have a fence I will follow any rules that abide.
About: I’ve walked dogs of every breed weekly for 5 years at an animal shelter, so I have lots of experience caring for and walking dogs of all shapes and sizes. I can handle large dogs and small dogs without issue, I love all dogs equally!! I was taught all the signs of dogs so I know how to read their emotions and adjust accordingly. I walk dogs focused with no music or phone distraction to make sure I am ready for anything, and I have handled aggressive dogs often and can adjust when needed. I always clean up if accidents happen, and I leave places better than I found them, always!
About: I currently cannot have my own dog but I love taking care of dogs. I have been watching some family friends’ dogs taking care of them and their home while they’re on vacation. About: I worked at a boarding pet care store for over 2 years in high school.
