About: Since I was a child, I have always had animals in my home. As I got older, I began caring for friends and family's pets. When I was 16 years old, I began offering in home dog sitting services. About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life. Clients, friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me to take care of their animals for over 10 years. About: Since I was a child, I have always had animals in my home. As I got older, I began caring for friends and family's pets. When I was 16 years old, I began offering in home dog sitting services. Throughout my life I have worked for vet offices and boarding facilities. I started my own dog training company in 2017, Luna's Canine Academy. I expect to communicate frequently during your pet's visit with me. In my home: For daycare or boarding, I require that dogs are crate trained, since dogs will be crated overnight and anytime I’m not home. I also require up-to-date vaccine records to keep everyone safe. I have two dogs of my own, so I carefully monitor introductions and compatibility. We do have a yard, but it is not fenced, so all outdoor time is supervised and on-leash. In your home: During our meet & greet, we’ll go over your pet’s routine in detail (feeding, potty breaks, walks, medication, etc.). I ask that any important care instructions are also listed in your pet’s Rover profile in writing, so everything is clear and consistent. I’m happy to follow your household routines as close as possible during the visit.
About: I have had a special companion by my side since I was 5 years old. I cannot imagine living life without a dog by my side. I just left my job of 23 years at Aultman Hospital to pursue what makes me happy inside, and that is working with animals.
