About: I'm an enthusiastic dog walker and sitter that has a passion for dogs and rescuing them. I have been involved in dog rescue and fostering in the Syracuse area for a number of years. I've cared for a number of my own dogs and cats from young to seniors. I've also been a foster parent to a number of dogs when rescues needed someone. I can handle the most challenging of dogs down to little babies and everything in between. Your dog will get plenty of love and attention when I'm around! I give all dogs the same love and affection I would give my own dog and see the importance of cuddle and buddy time along with good exercise. I show confidence when I'm with a dog so that they know there is trust with me from the beginning. I currently work part time, so have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby. I am always available after 3:00 p.m. during the week, before 8:00 a.m. or anytime on the weekends. I've got a very pet friendly home. About: I have over 10 years of hands-on professional dog care experience working in dog daycares, boarding kennels, and grooming facilities in both Colorado and New York. I’ve managed large daycare playgroups of 15–20 dogs, monitored interactions, redirected rough play, and maintained calm, structured environments. One of our daily staff challenges involved having an entire group line up and hold a sit at the same time—something I was proud to accomplish more than once. I also worked at a boarding and grooming kennel in Durango, CO owned by a competitive dog-show handler with extremely high standards. Because staff was small, I gained extensive one-on-one experience with dogs of all breeds and temperaments, including nail trims (even nervous dogs), coat-specific brushing, ear and dental care, bathing, drying, and boarding routines. I also handled front-desk responsibilities, scheduling, and check-ins. At home, I live with two very friendly dogs of my own—Cooper, a beagle, and Tucker, an Australian Shepherd–beagle mix. They are social, affectionate, and almost always carrying a ball around the house. We play daily enrichment games such as hide-and-seek: I’ll have them wait in another room while I hide their balls or bedtime treats, and when I let them out, them they make a mad dash to look for them. It’s one of their favorite parts of the day and a fun way to keep them moving and engaged when it's too cold outside or when I'm doing things around the house. Our home is fully set up for boarding with a large fenced-in backyard for safe outdoor play, plus a dedicated dog-care nook stocked with harnesses, leashes, winter jackets, brushes, and treats. My first cat had leukemia and her mom didnt feed her so we also had to feed her formula. About: I’ve been taking care of pets and owning dogs (& cats) since I was 15 . I also took dog training classes in Germany . Over the past years I’ve watched friends and coworkers puppies , family and friends cats and did take in some dogs from military friends for vacation ! Our dogs are super friendly with all other pets ! Cats as well as dogs - all sizes! ( they love smaller dogs as a matter of fact!) Currently I’m a stay at home mom with a 3 month old baby! I can also care for your dog for longer hours past regular daycare hours. It is for this reason I have extended time rates at 5.00 for each additional hour past 9 hours. I have a fully 6 ft fenced in yard. I watch them when they are outside. I can play with them inside or out depending on the weather. I keep my gate locked. I’m retired so my days are pretty flexible . I can play with them inside or in the backyard. If it’s too hot or cold we stay in. My yard is completely fenced in with a 6 ft wooden fence. They are like family when they stay with us. Let me know if any special needs.i also take guinea pigs and rabbits.

About: I work as a vet assistant for Stack Vet Hospital and have been there for 1.5 years now. I’ve also been watching animals for the past 6 years and have experience with all sorts of animals! I work full time but am always available before and after my shift as well as during my lunches if needed. I am available all day on weekends as well. I do my best to give every pet the same care my own pets would get. I love to provide one on one attention to each animal while I’m there as well. I make sure pets are fed, have fresh water each visit, have the chance to go outside or get walked, litter boxes are scooped and etc… depending on the pets needs.

About: I had my own dog for 12 years. I also have a hamster. And 3 cats. A trait about me is that I have so much patience when it comes to animals. Another thing is that I definitely have some experience with senior care. I currently work part time as a dog grooming assistant but I’m available all day Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. About: I have over 10 years of hands-on professional dog care experience working in dog daycares, boarding kennels, and grooming facilities in both Colorado and New York. I’ve managed large daycare playgroups of 15–20 dogs, monitored interactions, redirected rough play, and maintained calm, structured environments. One of our daily staff challenges involved having an entire group line up and hold a sit at the same time—something I was proud to accomplish more than once. I also worked at a boarding and grooming kennel in Durango, CO owned by a competitive dog-show handler with extremely high standards. Because staff was small, I gained extensive one-on-one experience with dogs of all breeds and temperaments, including nail trims (even nervous dogs), coat-specific brushing, ear and dental care, bathing, drying, and boarding routines. I also handled front-desk responsibilities, scheduling, and check-ins. At home, I live with two very friendly dogs of my own—Cooper, a beagle, and Tucker, an Australian Shepherd–beagle mix. They are social, affectionate, and almost always carrying a ball around the house. We play daily enrichment games such as hide-and-seek: I’ll have them wait in another room while I hide their balls or bedtime treats, and when I let them out, them they make a mad dash to look for them. It’s one of their favorite parts of the day and a fun way to keep them moving and engaged when it's too cold outside or when I'm doing things around the house. Our home is fully set up for boarding with a large fenced-in backyard for safe outdoor play, plus a dedicated dog-care nook stocked with harnesses, leashes, winter jackets, brushes, and treats. Living with my own dogs full-time means I’m experienced with routines, energy management, introductions, and helping new pups feel comfortable quickly. Cooper and Tucker enjoy meeting new friends, and I carefully supervise all group play. What truly drives me is how much joy dogs bring into everyday life, which is why I chose to follow that passion into my career. Being around happy, healthy dogs is contagious in the best way, and creating an environment where they feel safe, loved, and excited to be here is what I aim for every day. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I’m home often and structure my days around indoor and outdoor playtime, enrichment activities, meals, and rest breaks. Dogs in my care receive plenty of attention, supervised yard time, and companionship throughout the day rather than being left alone for long stretches. I’m available for in-home boarding and extended stays, and I plan my schedule to make sure every dog gets consistent care, exercise, and individual attention. My home is fully set up for dogs, with a large fenced-in backyard for safe outdoor play and plenty of space indoors to relax. I live with two friendly dogs, Cooper and Tucker, and always supervise interactions, and group play. I live with my mother, so she may be around occasionally but it is only me who will be looking after and taking care of the pups. She is aware of my services and is happy to open the home to more dogs for sitting and more pals for Cooper and Tucker! I follow each dog’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, medication instructions, and preferred activity levels. Dogs can be separated for meals or downtime if needed, and I’m comfortable using crates or quiet spaces based on what makes them feel most secure. We also have a dedicated dog-care nook stocked with harnesses, leashes, winter jackets, brushes, and treats so guests are always prepared for Syracuse weather. Cleanliness, hygiene, and calm handling are priorities here.
