About: I was raised around animals my entire life and was the primary care taker! I haven’t lived a day of my life that didn’t involve a pet. My family is big on dogs and every family member has one of their own. I’ve cared for senior dogs and dogs of all sizes. I’m passionate about dog care and consider going into an animal field career! About: In addition to having my own family dog, I grew up taking care of other family & neighbors’ pets. This included regular walks, feeding, and overnight care. I’ve now been doing Rover for the last 6 years, taking care of dozens of dogs and cats, most of which return for recurring care — from drops ins to daycare and week+ long overnight stays. Maddie clearly enjoyed her 3 days, enabling us to sight see in NYC without worry. Generously, Barbara dropped us at the rail station when she collected Maddie, and picked us up again. Every day we received photos and updates on how they were doing. When we had a travel mixup and had to extend our stay by one day, they were more than happy to have them for an additional night. Both of our dogs are quirky and we could tell they really got their personalities. So grateful that we found Richard and Karen, they will now be our go-to care when we leave town.”
