I am in school studying animal behavior and have done an internship at a cat shelter giving enrichment and behavior training to the particularly shy cats. I work part time, only 3-5 hours a day at a shop a few minutes from my house. Other than work and quick errands from time to time I’m home full time otherwise! I have a huge backyard that is not fenced in, however your pet would have full on leash supervised access to the yard! I have an older cat who gets along very well with other animals.

About: I've had several dogs in my life, smaller and larger dogs. I had a cocker spaniel mix when I was a kid, a collie when my kids were young, and most recently a German shepherd. “This was the first time leaving Nellie (12 yr old female) with any one but family. One week before our 2 week trip, we were left with no one to watch Nellie. We found Amy on Rover and she seemed like a good fit right away. We set up a meet and greet with Nellie and Amy and it went well, and we felt comfortable enough to leave Nellie with her and her family. The most important attribute that Amy had that was important to us was her comfort in administering lots of meds to a very resistant Nellie. Amy had her way and it worked perfectly with Nellie. Amy sent daily pictures or videos that meant so much to us, thank you! It is nice knowing that if we need to board Nellie again that we have our perfect fit with Amy.”
