“Rachel and Henrik (and their two wonderful kids!) watched our two Goldendoodles for the weekend, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. From the start, it was clear this was a perfect fit—we did a meet-and-greet beforehand, and instantly felt comfortable. Their home is beautiful, clean, and has a great backyard where our dogs had plenty of space to run and play. More importantly, our dogs were treated like part of the family—they got tons of attention, snuggles, and care all weekend. We also really appreciated the frequent updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind. When we dropped them off, our dogs were so excited they ran right in without hesitation—that says everything. You can truly tell how much Rachel and Henrik love dogs and care for them as their own. One of the nicest families we’ve met, and we felt completely at ease knowing our dogs were so well cared for. We will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dog care.”

“Jennifer was such a great sitter and certainly deserves the star sitter status! She was extremely accommodating with our doggy meet up to make sure our puppy would be a great fit (and also extremely patient with Maya’s high energy!). From drop off to pick-up, Jennifer was in contact with us the whole time providing us with the updates and pictures she knew we needed! It was so difficult to be away from our fur baby for as long as we were but we felt comfortable with where she was and would 100% book with Jennifer again in the future!”

“Had such a wonderful experience with John. From the moment we dropped our pup off, we felt completely at ease knowing she was in caring and capable hands. Communication was great throughout and Cookie came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for, which says everything. It’s obvious that every dog is treated like family and in a clean and safe space. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend John to anyone looking for trustworthy care for their pet!”

“well, like all of us, we love our dogs. I am so fortunate to find Vanessa. I felt she treated my pup like it was her own. Every time I saw a video it made me smile. When I came to pick her up, I didn't think she was going to want to come home. I felt like she was at a wonderful sleep weekend camp”

“Wonderful sitters for our pup. Our pup loves them and they give her so much love in return. We have peace of mind when we leave our girl with such trustworthy sitters. Thank you!!”

“Bear was very comfortable with Yi and his family, which, puts me at ease. I will definitely recommend Yi AND I have every intention on using him again when my family head out of town.”

“Melissa and her husband were amazing! They took us in last minute over Labor Day when our original sitter fell through. Penny loved their backyard and playmates, and came home happy and exhausted after a great weekend. They were so accommodating and caring—I’d book with Melissa again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her!”

“Catherine was amazing! Her and her husband were very sweet and knowledgeable! They took the time to do a proper meet and greet which helped my dog get to know them and made my experience so comforting to know exactly where my dog would be as well as get to know who my dog would be staying with. They sent updates throughout the entire time. My dog was so happy, well cared for, and felt at home. Highly recommended booking Catherine!”

“Gabby was so wonderful to my babies! They stayed with her for the first time, but I felt like she knew them for a long time. They seemed really comfortable with her and they came back home super happy!!! Would definitely use her service again.”

“Kimberline was a the perfect host for our Sadie. Our dog ran into her house and never looked back. When we picked her up she was happy to see me, but ai knew she missed Kimberline and her family.”

“Kathy was an amazing pet sitter. My dog stayed for three nights and had the best time playing with her sweet dog Ollie. Kathy was incredibly attentive and kind. My dog had hurt her leg prior to going over there and she even took the time to gently massage her leg ( after checking with me) It really meant a lot knowing my dog was so cared for uncomfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Kathy again and highly recommend her!”

“Marla and Debbie were fabulous! They allowed us to stop by with Kacy to have some time with them prior to our trip (and to put me at ease). They have a great fenced yard for some exercise. They sent me videos of Kacy during our trip and she always looked happy. If you need a sitter, Marla is the one to book.”

“This was our first time leaving our girl for an extended length of time and I was beyond nervous, but Toni was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated with texts and photos that I not only felt that my dog was in good hands, but I saw that she was having the time of her life while staying at Toni’s! I will not only be recommending her in the future but I will definitely be boarding with Toni in the future!”

“Kristen was very accommodating to our shy rescue pup, Maizie. She got all the attention and was well looked after and I have booked Kristen to watch her for another stay.”

About: I have 2.5 years of experience working as a veterinarian assistant for a family-owned and operated animal hospital. Aspects of my job include restraining, handling, medicating, feeding, grooming, bathing, and caring for any pets who may board with us at the hospital. I have comfortably handled dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, needs, and temperaments, and I am confident in my ability to care for dogs of all life stages. My schedule is extremely flexible and I am never away from home for more than four hours any day of the week, which means plenty of time for potty breaks, playtime, and feedings. I have a fully enclosed, insulated, temperature controlled, spacious gazebo on my property surrounded by a pet-proof fenced-in playpen. The inside is divided into four sections, so I can board up to four dogs no bigger than 40lbs at one time, and each pet will have his or her own space indoors for eating and sleeping. Outside, the pets will be able to interact and play, and they will always be supervised.

“Asher took great care of my babies! He paid attention to every detail in my instructions (and there's a lot because my babies have allergies and special diets) I would book with him again and so should you :)”

About: I have 3 cats. One of them is 17 years old, and another requires insulin injections twice a day. I can handle any challenges your cat may have! When I volunteered at Sav-A-Pet shelter, I was able to gain the trust of cats who wouldn't let anyone else near them.

“Kelly is the cat whisperer (for dogs too!!) My 7 month of age ‘Cornish Rex” Luna loved Kelly for knowing everything about kitten/cat life. She provided play time, kitty meal time, along width affection. And during Luna rest time her liter boxes and dishes were cleaned. Kelly also advised me regarding a skin care question I had about Luna too. She is very professional, reliable and experienced with dog/puppy care too. I highly recommend her with confidence.”

“Beth is the best pet sitter! She cared for my two cats, one who is extremely shy and the other who requires lots of attention and some daily meds. They both adored her, even my shy kitty opened up to her quickly. I highly recommend and will book again.”

“Patrick and Karyn were fantastic with our two dogs, Riley and Zeus! They gave them so much love and attention, and we felt completely at ease while we were away. Great communication and updates, and we came home to two very happy pups. Highly recommend!”

About: My background in cat care began in The League for Animal Protection of Huntington, NY in 2007. I volunteered there as an animal care associate, working with a variety of kittens and cats from many different walks of life. All of the cats were rescues, and so special care needed to be provided, with socialization, feeding, and even medication distribution. In January of 2015 I had my first two-month long house- and cat-sitting job. After that, I entered the full-time workforce and adopted my first cat and love of my life Avery. Avery has since passed, but my home is now occupied by his feline brothers (in spirit): Handsome and Bubbles. They bring me more joy than I could ever imagine! I've always had a soft spot for cats, and find them to be such a delight, whether they're the affectionate type or even more aloof. I'd love to meet your cat or kitten and give you the peace of mind that they're cared for and loved while you're out on the weekend, working, or away on vacation!
“Gianna has sitted for my babies multiple times. I trust her completely. She’s gone out of her way to help me with the dogs and things at my home while I was away. So glad I found her!”

About: I love cats (but cannot have one due to spouse's allergies)! For the last 5 years, friends have trusted me to watch their cats, feed them and play with them. I've even taken care of a blind cat. As with dogs, I know all cats are different, and I follow all rules provided to me.

“Just a random afternoon booking with John since Bo has such a wonderful time and so much fun at John’s!! He’s mellow in the car after I pick him up and out cold when he gets home…lol !!!”

“From the moment we dropped Nessa off until the time we picked her up, we were pleasantly surprised by how completely at home she felt with Marla. Normally, Nessa is very apprehensive when meeting new people, new animals, or even visiting a new place. But from the moment Marla opened the door, our normally shy and hesitant little girl ran right into the house to greet Marla and all of her pets. To say my husband and I were shocked would be an understatement! Watching Nessa happily run off to play filled this mom and dad with so much joy. While we were attending our niece’s wedding, we kept checking our phones, fully expecting a call or text saying Nessa was crying or looking for us. That message never came—because she was apparently having the time of her life! When we returned to pick her up, Nessa was excited to show us all of her new friends. It was obvious she had been well cared for and truly enjoyed her stay. We could tell that Marla treated Nessa as if she were one of her own, and there is no greater compliment we could give. We only wish Marla lived in Connecticut instead of New York. Finding someone who genuinely loves and cares for your pet as though they were part of their own family is incredibly rare, and we would trust her with Nessa again in a heartbeat.”

“Sarah was amazing with my Dexter! He has anxiety from a dog attack and is skittish - she handled him beautifully and he had an absolute blast! She took great care with grouping dogs together to make sure they played appropriately and also ensured he had downtime to relax. I will absolutely use Sarah again for daycare and walks!”

“Kimberline is Amazing, she fit me in at a last moments notice, and kept me updated throughout the day with great videos and pictures. Thank you so much, would definitely use her in the future and recommend her before anyone in the area! Luna came home a happy tired pup from a full day of action.”
“Theresa was a great dog sitter very attentive and caring. She sent updates, which I really appreciated, and my pup was clearly happy and well taken care of.She didn’t even want to leave when I picked her up! I would definitely use her again.”

“Alana and family were great hosts for our little Xena. They treated her like family and took care of her without any issue. They have an adorable doggy area, went on walks and cuddled a bunch! Xena was very happy :) thank you and can’t wait for our next stay!”

“Amber was very accommodating and communicative. Buster had a great time interacting with her dogs and got to go on a nice walk. We will definitely use her services again in the future!”

“Jeanmarie did an amazing job taking care of my very needy husky Skye for the day. She kept me updated with plenty of great photos, responded quickly to all my messages, took Skye on multiple walks, and made sure she was well-fed and given lots of attention. Skye came home happily exhausted! Holly was also incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the rest of her family clearly showed Skye so much love while she was there. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!”

About: I've always had a special connection with dogs. Ever since primary school, I volunteered to walk all my neighbors' dogs and would stay to play with them for hours—tug-of-war and frisbee were our favorites. I've walked dogs of all sizes, sometimes up to three at a time. Getting my own puppy was the best thing in the world for me, and I naturally have endless patience for animals. Throughout college, I walked and sat for my piano professor's dog for years—around the neighborhood, and I also drove him to dog parks and beaches. On top of that, I've volunteered at an animal shelter, cleaning dog and cat rooms and socializing with the animals. I currently can't have a dog of my own because I fly in and out for work. That's why I'm doing this part-time — it's never an assembly line for me. Each dog gets my full, individual attention, and I truly make friends with every one of them. I'm a sound designer and composer working on contract-based stage productions, which gives me a flexible schedule. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine — I walk dogs at least three times a day, feed them as many times as requested, and make sure they get plenty of playtime outside of my work hours. Since I'm not working a rigid 9-to-5, I can easily adjust my day around each dog's needs, whether that means extra cuddles, a longer walk, or a spontaneous trip to the dog park. Plus, because I fly in and out for work and can't have my own dog right now, caring for other people's dogs is something I genuinely look forward to and prioritize every single day. I live in a first-floor condo apartment in a neighborhood with lots of green areas — perfect for dogs who love quick potty breaks and longer sniffing walks. I let dogs free roam throughout my home and they're absolutely allowed on furniture. I treat every dog as if they were my own, which means lots of freedom, comfort, and attention. Since I do this part-time, I never have more than two unfamiliar dogs at once, so each dog gets a calm, focused environment. I'm extremely respectful of their space and routines — I follow all feeding, walking, and medication instructions to the letter, and I always leave things cleaner than I found them.

“Great communication, clean and safe environment, and most importantly, Cody had a good time 🙂. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of my furbaby.”

About: I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from puppies to senior dogs. I currently own four dogs: two adult Belgian Malinois, a German Shepherd puppy, and a senior Shih Tzu mix. I have crate trained and potty trained multiple puppies and am familiar with the time, patience, and consistency required for successful training. Through caring for both high-energy working breeds and senior dogs, I have experience managing different exercise needs, routines, temperaments, and levels of care. I am committed to providing a safe, structured, and positive environment for every dog in my care. I am home most of the time and provide full-time care for the dogs in my home. Because I am available throughout the day, dogs receive regular supervision. I have a securely fenced yard where dogs can safely go outside for potty breaks and exercise. I am comfortable reinforcing crate training when needed and believe crates are a valuable tool for safety and routine. My own dogs are crate trained and are crated when they cannot be directly supervised to ensure their safety and prevent unwanted behaviors. I provide a structured, safe, and supervised environment while making sure each dog receives plenty of attention, care, and opportunities to play and relax.
“We first met Alyssa during a meet and greet with our dog, Molly. Coming from a rescue center with a difficult past, Molly can be a bit challenging. We’ve been showering her with love, and Alyssa immediately connected with her energy. Throughout the day, she kept us updated with messages and photos, which we truly appreciated. Alyssa, thank you! We’re looking forward to Molly staying with you next weekend.”

About: 🐶 I know how it feels to be super excited for a trip with just one thing dampening that excitement—worry about your baby’s safety and well-being while you’re gone. It is my pleasure and privilege to care for your dog(s) like they are my own so you can travel with peace of mind. 🐶 I’ve been a dog lover and animal caretaker my entire life. As a child, I grew up with dogs, cats, fish, lizards, ducks, and even rats, learning to carefully care for each species and individual animal based on their needs. As an adult, I have adopted 2 dogs of my own, including a senior pup with demanding health needs, and a rescue pup found abandoned roadside in Puerto Rico. 🐶 I have also fostered many dogs of various breeds, temperaments, and sizes through a local rescue in my area. I understand that each animal is an individual with unique needs, likes, and dislikes, and take the time to get to know each dog I care for. 🐶 I have experience caring for puppies, senior dogs, dogs with trauma, dogs with medical needs, high-energy dogs, reactive dogs, and fearful dogs. 🐶 Caring for dogs isn’t just a “side job” for me—it’s something that brings joy and meaning to my life. I am passionate about animal welfare and well-being and believe every day should be the best day of a dog’s life! • I work from home and have total flexibility in terms of when I complete that work, so your dog’s needs can always come first! My day revolves around your baby 🥰 • Your dog can be outside as often as they wish (and you allow), whether it’s sniffing in the yard, playing fetch or tug of war, or going on walks • Your dog will be able to go in/out of the house for potty breaks, playtime, or rest any time they like • I always supervise dogs in the backyard at all times, on top of having a full fence, so you never need to worry about your dog eating something unsafe, or pulling a “Houdini” if they have escape artist tendencies 😂 🐕 I have a large, fully-fenced yard filled with toys, interesting smells, and plenty of squirrel and bird watching! 🐕 If your dog enjoys walks or trips to the park, I live on a beautiful and safe low-traffic block and have several dog-friendly parks nearby that we can visit during your pup’s stay, with your permission. 🐕 My dog, Pearl, a 2-year-old mixed breed medium-sized girl, will be overjoyed to keep your pup company, share her many toys, and play play play! She is also happy (and trained) to give your dog space if that is the pup’s preference - I have enough space in my home that dogs can relax separately from one another if they prefer that. 🐕 No need to bring your dog’s bed, we have plenty! The couch is all theirs too! I can also gate off rooms and/or crate your dog at any time if that is what you or your dog needs or prefers. 🐕 A safe environment for your dog is maintained here at all times and is of the utmost importance‼️: —dogs are never left unsupervised —my home is free of choking hazards —play with toys & with other dogs is always carefully monitored —I do not keep any items in the home that are dangerous for a dog to ingest (xylitol, poisonous plants, etc.)
About: I have been watching and taking care of friends/family dogs for years and have raised my own since he was a 8 weeks old. I can clip nails, bath give ear/eye treatments if ever needed. I work remotely from home for the most part and would only accept to care if I am home that day. I have a 30 lb Klee Kai mix at home who would accompany your pet on walks/play time and naps. Walks would be about every 2-3 hours for potty breaks. For extra outdoor play time we could go out on the large patio on my floor. Pets are allowed to hang out and nap on couch
“I can’t say enough great things about Veronique and Jonathan! They were amazing with my puppy, Oakley, providing her with exceptional doggy day care. They kept her active, engaged, and ensured she was well taken care of throughout the day. It was such a relief to know Oakley was in loving, capable hands. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch care!”

“Melissa was great at communicating from booking until pick up. She inquired about any needs and was sure to stick to our requests. She sent updates and pictures which helped up feel reassured!”
About: From reptiles to horses, i've been working in animal hospitals, hotels, petsitting and rescues for more than half my life. Love every type of animal and treat them always like my own. I have been in this industry for about 18years. It’s truly a passion of mine to ensure the best care is provided and to give owners peace of mind when they have to leave their pets or be able to help those who have never had to care for a hurt/sick fur baby. I have an American bully named Apex, a cat named Whiskey, 2 conures and a ball python. I am no stranger to the care and comfort needs of all breeds and species of animals. They are all loved and cared for diligently to make sure they feel at home and comfortable in any surrounding

About: I’ve always possessed a deep love for animals and have grown up around pets my entire life. I have several years of hands-on experience working at a grooming salon, where I assisted with bathing, feeding, and caring for dogs of all breeds and temperaments. I’ve also volunteered at local animal shelters, which helped me better understand dog behavior, body language, and each pet’s unique emotional needs. I’m patient, dependable, and committed to making every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I would be honored to care for your furry family member like they’re my own! 🐾 I recently graduated and am taking a gap year, pursuing additional courses as an aspiring physician assistant and working part-time in healthcare. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always take the time to understand each dog’s routine, personality, and needs to help them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind.
About: My background in canine care began at the Little Shelter Animal Adoption Center in Huntington, NY in 2008. I was employed there for several years as a dog walker and socializer, working with a wide variety of dogs and puppies from many different walks of life. All of the dogs were rescues, and so special care needed to be provided, with exercise, playtime, feeding, and even medication distribution. After working at the shelter, I found myself at a few local grooming parlors, working as a bather. As you've probably experienced, most dogs do not love being bathed and groomed, and so I would try my very best to make them comfortable in the unfamiliar situation they were in, taking the time to check in on them frequently and give them lots of reassurance and loving. Patience goes a long way! In January of 2015 I had my first two-month long house and pet sitting job. However, since then I've been working a full time office job and have been unable to enjoy much time with canine companions. I will regularly pet sit for close friends and family, but I'm ready to spend more time around furry friends! I'd love to meet you and your pup and ensure that they're properly taken care of and loved while you're out on the weekend, working, or away on vacation! I'm currently working part-time, with a very flexible schedule, so there's a good chance I'll be able to accommodate your scheduling needs! Reach out to me with any questions. I have two cats at who are cautious of other animals, so I'm happy to care for your pet in your home! I'd love to learn about your pet's routine and preferences to provide them the best care possible.
“We LOVE Brittany!!! She is absolutely fantastic! Finn adores her, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure he has a great time on his walks. Thank you for all that you do!”

“Emma has been brilliant with communication, flexibility with times and days for walking my dog, she has been a dream dog walker from start to finish. I would highly recommend her services as she really did give my dog the best afternoon out and the photos she took looked like he had a brilliant time! Thank you Emma.”

I can watch your pets overnight on weekends, and at flexible times during the week. I am not able to board any animals at my home, but I can and will make sure that your home environment is a safe and loving place while your pets are in my care.

I’ll continue to book their care and highly recommend! Thank you so much 😊”

“Sharon is fantastic! She took great care of our pup, sent us regular updates, sent photos, and clearly our dog loved her! She replied quickly to our messages and we wholeheartedly recommend her! THANK YOU SHARON.”

“Sent both my pups here while we went away for 5 days. They were very well taken care of and loved i got videos to see they were doing good! Will definitely be booking with Alejandro again”

“Trisha was great, she kept us in the loop with pictures and texts the whole evening. It was the first time we left our dog Jax who’s 1-1/2 old boxer with tons of energy. Thank you Trisha and we will definitely leave Jax with again and again.”

“Rebooked Veronique and her husband because my anxious dog feels so at ease with them. They accepted the booking last min and we were able to enjoy a much needed date weekend in the city without worrying about our dog . Will definitely book again.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! She treated Bailey like her own and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. Jeannemarie sent pictures and updates every day, which I really appreciated and looked forward to. It was clear my dog was happy, comfortable, and very well cared for. I would absolutely trust her with my dog again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable sitter! ❤️🐾”

“Samantha has taken such great care of our fur babies. She is caring and loves them like they were her own pets. I can always count on her to give them the attention they need. They are both senior dogs and need special attention and care. I would not hesitate to use her when we need her services. I would highly recommend her any time.”
