About: While I've never owned a cat myself, I've had plenty of hands-on experience caring for them. In college, my roommate had a tuxedo cat named Chubs, and I loved helping care for him. With a little patience (and plenty of treats!), I even taught him to give his paw. Throughout high school, I also regularly cat-sat for a family friend's cats whenever they traveled. About: I've been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember, and I have experience with dogs and cats of all kinds. About: I’ve taken care of a sick dog and a rabbit for 3 years now on separate occasions when the families go on trips. I always make sure to play with the animals. I currently work full time but am available any time around my scheduled work times! I will work very hard to make sure everything lines up to how it should even with my work schedule. I have worked with sick animals before (administering diabetes shots, cleaning wounds and stitches) and am comfortable doing that moving forward. About: For a year, I walked my neighbor's Cavalier King Charles spaniel while she was recovering from a hip injury, until she could walk better. She and her daughter greatly appreciated my help and have said to me that their dog Cooper has been so much happier ever since he met me. I am a college student that goes to school 5 days a week from 7am to 2 pm. I can do early morning walks before 7am since I am a morning person, and I can do walks or come over after class. I am free on most weekends. I am free most of the time in the summer from June to August. I cannot bring pets into my home since I have two cats that are not very pet-friendly. About: I’ve had my own animals, both cats and dogs (mainly cats) since I was 6 years old. I’ve had to administer insulin before to my diabetic cat that has since passed. My experience with dogs are mainly of the bigger size (I had a pitbull/boxer mix and a pure bred chow chow). About: Over the course of my childhood my parents have been teaching me the proper way to care for not just people, but of course, our pets as well. After a while, tending to our pets was no longer so much a task for me as it was for my siblings. Taking care of and spending time with animals in general became something I still enjoy doing to this day, and as far as I know, will be one of my favorite things to do forever.
