“Mike was amazing with our dog Oli when we went on vacation. He sent pictures and kept us up to date on how he was doing. It was so comforting to know Oli was in good hands while we were away. I would highly recommend.”

“We were so blessed to find Sue with such late notice. Our little bear means so much to us but the Airbnb we were staying at didn’t allow pets. Sue took him in without hesitation and opened up her home with so much love and kindness for our senior pup. He felt right at home doing all of his normal habits as if he were staying with family. We loved that she sent us videos and pics through out his stay to ensure he was taken care of. I highly recommend Sue and if you are looking for the best sitter to look after your fur baby. She is clearly an animal lover and will only provide the best service! If we are ever in the area and need help looking after our little bear we know who to call. Thank you for everything Sue we are so grateful for you!”

“Samantha and her partner Zachary took fabulous care of our two dogs for three days. They are both high energy young dogs, one 7 months and one 13 months old and we were worried that they were going to be a problem. They love each other, romping like crazy with each other indoors and out and Samantha and Zach had no problem dealing with them. When we went to pick them up, it was obvious that both dogs really liked their caregivers. What more can one hope for in someone taking care of their dogs? We will be using them again when we are back in the Albany area. Thank you, Samantha and Zachary! Clifford and Ann Wagner”

“Once again Gillian and family went above and beyond taking care of Cooper. He was there for almost 2 weeks, with eye medication and a limited appetite; Gillian didn’t hesitate to say yes to watching Cooper, making him his own meals some days, rinsing his eyes and figuring out the best way to put the eye drops in. I always know that Coop is getting the best care and being treated just like part of the family. Thank you so much Gillian, Mitch and all the pups that make him feel at home. 🩷”

“Natthinee did such an amazing job taking care of my dog. She communicated with us daily. She took care of my dog like she was her own. My dog gets anxious sometimes but I think pema had a great time in natthinee’s backyard.”

“Tiffany took care of our newly adopted rescue dog for two days and it was the first time me have left him with anyone new. Tiffany was loving and caring with Kevin. She sent daily updates with pictures of all the day’s activities. We were out of state and had to extend our agreeded apon stay by several hours and Tiffany accommodated the request happily. We would use Tiffany again and will recommend her to anyone who is looking to board a dog. Thank you so much Tiffany. Job well done”

“This was our second time using Brad and Mery, and once again, they were excellent. We got wonderful photos of our dog throughout the visit, and she was clearly very happy and well cared for in our absence. Our dog seemed to really love her stay with them. We’ll definitely use them again!”

“It is always so comforting to know that Bailey is in good hands when we go visit our family. She keeps us informed and sends pictures. This is the fourth time we have used Brigid and Bailey seems to feel just as comfortable there as he does at home. Thank you Bridgit!”

“I’m very satisfied with Kathleen's service. She cared for my puppy excellently. This was my first experience, and I am glad my Simba found a caring home while I’m away. I travel for work and feel confident I can rely on her in the future. Thank you! Roya Ross”

“It was a big deal for us to leave our 8 month old puppy with a sitter, but we knew after her daytime ventures that Marcie would be just fine. Mikayla communicated with us, and provided pictures. We highly recommend her!”

“Ella had a great time. It was great to find a easy drop off for her so she stay while we were traveling though the area. Jonathan was super flexible and it worked out great for us.”
“Both Koda and Dulcie loved their stay at Megan’s with all of the welcoming friends. Megan was very understanding of Koda being reactive towards dogs and made no judgements about him which was a huge relief. She sent lots of pictures of the dogs out and about having a blast, Dulcie made all the dog friends and was right at home. We will definitely have our dogs vacation with her again.”

“Anthony and Jane were fantastic. Great communicators, really nice setup on their property with tons of space and a fenced yard. My dog got along well with theirs. Will definitely book again.”

“Bob took such wonderful care of our pup over our wedding weekend! Our dog had such a good time and Bob even gave us updates (per our request ☺️). Thank you so much, Bob!!”

“Anna is always amazing to our dog and family. She was the first person we found to take care of our dog and we were so blessed because we never want to take her anywhere else.”

“Kimberly was so kind to take Toby my 19-lb Havenese dog very last minute! I have a bad wrist fracture and was not able to take care of him properly. She took such great care of him with only hours’ notice. I will definitely use her services again!”

“My dog Asher was treated like a family member, not a guest. I was absolutely thrilled as was Asher.. Cansu and Brett took him in like their own. Tons of photos and videos every day.”

“We were so lucky to have Whitney & Kevin watch our two dogs- a playful puppy and our older, more mellow dog for a full week. They welcomed them into their home and took such great care of them, giving each exactly what they needed—plenty of playtime for the pup and comfort and calm for our senior dog. They sent regular updates and photos, which made us feel completely at ease. We picked up two happy, healthy, and clearly well-loved dogs. We couldn’t recommend them more!”

“So happy to find such a great home for Sunny to visit while we’re gone — and only 11-minutes away. We could tell on our “meet & greet” visit that Sue and her pup & cat would get along well with ours. Sue send pix and a video today, and I could tell Sunny was very happy there. When I picked her up at the end of the day, it was obvious they were all happy together. Looking forward to many more visits and overnights!”

“Exceptional people! They are extremely responsive and were very welcoming. We set up a meet and greet to make sure Sheba would get along with Bear which made me feel comfortable that I was leaving Sheba in good, capable hands. I get several updates throughout the day which is awesome and they are very flexible with times. 10/10 would recommend to a friend or anyone that needs doggy daycare. Thanks for being awesome guys!”

“Our Marcie came home nice and tired, and didn't seem stressed at all. Mikayla has other pets that are friendly and sociable, so we are of course happy to have our dog have the opportunity to play and socialize with them.”

“Anna does a fantastic job. My dog Snowy gets along great with her and her doggos. She is super responsive and sends updates of Snowy's activities through the day. Highly recommended! 🐶”

“Tiffany is a wonderful host, and Sunny had a terrific place to stay. A big comfy couch for the pups, a doggy door leading to a big fenced yard, and three very friendly pups of her own. Looking forward to a return trip later when we’ll be gone for a week. And looking forward to checking out the delicious looking cakes, cupcakes, & cake pops she custom makes!”

About: I have 15 years experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes, as well as small animals and exotics. I foster dogs for a breed specific rescue, with medical and severe behavioral issues so I’ve seen it all. (Dog and human aggression ect…) If dogs are boarding in my home they must be crate trained and/or fully dog and cat friendly. We can always work something out, message me! I do not board cats but would be happy to stop by and spend some time with them. I’m home full time right now! I may go out for a couple hours for dog walking, but other than that someone is always here. We have a spare room if they need their own space. We have lots of experience fostering and crate/ rotate. We always make sure to spend equal quality time with each dog. If I am caring for your pets at your home I will spend the night there with them.
“Gillian and Mitch and their four pups are absolutely amazing. They were so welcoming of Biscuit, who fit right in with the pack and had a blast. Came home completely tired and ready for dinner and sleep! Gillian kept me posted if his activities throughout the day. We will definitely go back to her.”

“Brad and Mery were wonderful, and took great care of our dog Maisie. I loved getting pictures and updates daily- it made me feel much better being away! I highly recommend, and hope to use them again in the future!”

“Jenny was a superb sitter! My dog clearly had a great time with her. She kept me updated throughout the entire duration of his stay with pictures and videos. I would definitely refer my friends that are pet owners that are seeking a great sitter. She was very patient with my crazy work schedule and very flexible with her availability. Going forward i will be using Jenny as his primary sitter.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of individualized care and attention I give every dog. I don’t just “watch” pets — I truly get to know their personalities, routines, and needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I have experience training puppies, including basic commands, leash manners, crate training, and reinforcing positive behaviors. I’m also confident caring for senior dogs who may need a slower pace, extra patience, or mobility support. Whether your pup is high-energy and playful or calm and cuddly, I adapt to their unique temperament. I prioritize clear communication, regular photo updates, and creating a stress-free experience for both pets and owners. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and well-being always come first. Pet care is a natural part of my daily and weekly routine — I intentionally structure my schedule to make sure I have dedicated, unhurried time for each dog. Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, playtime, feeding schedules, or evening cuddles, I plan my days around the pets in my care so they receive consistent attention and companionship. I build flexibility into my week to accommodate different energy levels and needs, from active pups who love longer walks to seniors who prefer shorter, gentler outings. Because I prioritize reliability and routine, your dog can count on consistent care, and you can count on dependable communication and updates. Caring for pets isn’t something I squeeze in — it’s something I genuinely make space for. In My Home: When pets stay with me, I create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment that feels as close to their normal routine as possible. I follow your feeding schedules, potty routines, exercise needs, and any specific instructions you provide. Dogs receive plenty of supervised playtime, walks, mental stimulation, and affection. I’m mindful of introductions (if other pets are present), keep the space clean and secure, and make sure every dog has a comfortable area to rest and relax. In Your Home: When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their usual routine to reduce stress. I stick closely to feeding times, walks, and preferred activities. I also respect your home by keeping things tidy, bringing in mail if requested, and ensuring everything is secure before I leave. My goal is to make your absence feel as smooth and normal as possible for your pet. For both services, I prioritize safety, communication, and regular photo updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I treat every animal as if they were my own — with patience, attentiveness, and lots of love.
“Chelsea was amazing and my pup must have known the minute he met her. It is rare that he walks right up to anyone he doesn’t know but he did with her. He seemed to have a great time and looked so happy in the pics. This really made me feel good about my choice. Thanks Chelsea. Loved the report card as well. See you next time.”

About: We’re a mom‑and‑daughter duo devoted to senior dogs and rescues who thrive in calm, loving routines. Our home offers quiet, cage‑free daycare and boarding with a fenced yard, no stairs, and gentle, intuitive care. Every dog is welcomed like family and supported with the patience they deserve. Where sensitive pups, seniors, and rescues feel safe, understood, and loved. We’re a mother–daughter duo devoted to senior dogs, rescues, and pups who thrive in calm, loving routines. Caring for our three rescue dogs, indoor cats, and our 13‑year‑old feral boy is our daily rhythm and full‑time lifestyle. Our home is built on rescue‑rooted compassion, gentle structure, and family‑level comfort. Every dog is welcomed like family, supported with patience, and cared for with the same devotion we give our own rescues. Dogs love staying here because our home feels safe, calm, and deeply loving. Seniors relax with our staircase‑free layout, shy pups blossom with our gentle routines, and adventurous dogs enjoy nature walks, streams, trails, and cozy indoor comfort. Every dog feels understood, protected, and truly at home. Review Note: Seven years ago, before I learned the importance of boundaries, I struggled with scheduling. After a long hiatus, I rebuilt my entire care system with strict capacity limits and clear routines. Today, every dog receives reliable, safe, structured care. We’re not a facility — we’re a small, rescue‑rooted home. We accept only three guest dogs at a time, ensuring calm energy, emotional safety, and individualized care. Seniors and disabled pups are always welcome, regardless of size. A meet & greet ensures compatibility with our three rescues and indoor cats. Our home includes a double‑gated breezeway for safe drop‑offs, a staircase‑free layout, and fully pet‑friendly furniture. Crates are optional and only used if a dog chooses one. Outside, our wide fenced yard offers shade, cooling mats, a small & large size dog pool, and plenty of space for zoomies and gentle exploration. Traditional facilities can be loud, crowded, and overstimulating. Our home is the opposite — quiet, structured, small‑scale, and supervised at all times. Dogs enjoy nature enrichment, gentle routines, cozy sleeping spaces, and real companionship. It’s safer, calmer, and healthier for seniors, rescues, and sensitive pups.

About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember, and gained a lot of experience caring for my own family pets, then started pet sitting and working with horses as a teenager. After spending most of young adult life working with horses, I went back to college to get a degree that would allow me to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician. I worked in companion animal (dogs and cats) practice for a number of years before taking a "real" job that allowed me more time for my own pets. I've found I love my new job and schedule, but miss having as much animal interaction. I'd be delighted to provide care for your dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs (and other pocket pets) as well as horses and other large animals.

“We are looking forward to booking Elizabeth again! She responded quickly to a last minute booking and was prompt with all communication. We could tell from her walk photos and description that our dog had a great time!”

About: As a lifelong dog owner, I have hands-on experience caring for multiple dogs at once, including feeding, walking, and maintaining routines. I’ve been trusted by friends and family to look after their pets and provide attentive, reliable care. I’m patient, detail-oriented, and focused on making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and at home. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to provide attentive and consistent care throughout the day. I’m available most days of the week for drop-in visits and dog walking, and I can accommodate a variety of schedules, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I prioritize reliability and will always communicate clearly and show up on time. I provide care in my client’s home through drop-in visits and dog walking, and I take safety very seriously. I’m attentive to details like properly securing collars, harnesses, and leashes before every walk. I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands. I stay aware of surroundings at all times and prioritize road safety to keep your pet protected. I follow your pet’s routine closely and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while you’re away.
About: I don’t have specific set of skills other than the fact that I am a dog mom. My dogs are my world and my main priority. I have a lot of love to give and I think animals deserve it the most. I will make myself available to be with your pet as much as needed and wanted by the client. My pets are my world and are considered each day when it comes to giving them the best life possible. I’m 44 years old with an older son who is 28. So for people my age who normally have small children I have my 2 dogs and my 2 cats. They are my children My animals are always considered in any and all plans that I may have. They are my top priority and your animal would be no different. I am a nurturer by nature. When I was in need of dog sitter Rover provided me with someone who took care of and loved my dogs just as much as I did. It motivated me to want to be that person for other people. I will love and spoil your animal as if they were my own. Allowing you to leave them knowing they are being well taken care of. I have a fully fenced in yard and I would make any special arrangements as far as feeding, crating etc that would be needed for your animal.
“Lianna was wonderful! I knew my fur baby was being well taken care of. She knew I was anxious leaving my baby so she sent me multiple pictures of every outing so I could see how Tessie was? “Jessica was great with our dog Momo did not want to leave Jessica house. She sent us pictures and was very informative on what was going on and had lots of knowledge on dogs. we will use her again for sure.”

“Lori was wonderful and so welcoming! Beau had a great stay with Lori and her pup, Rees :-). We received updates/photos while we were away and you could tell she treated Beau as one of her own. She even gave him a bath when he got muddy outside! Thanks again, Lori and Rees, for welcoming Beau!”

“We had a great experience with Chelsea & Christopher! This was our dog’s first time boarding, and they took such great care of him. They were very caring, and we really appreciated the regular photo updates. They also made sure he got plenty of playtime and socialization with other dogs, which was especially great for our high energy puppy. When he was anxious at night, they were incredibly patient and comforting, even taking turns sleeping next to him so he wouldn’t feel alone. We really appreciated the extra care and attention they gave him. We’re so grateful for how well they cared for him and would definitely recommend them to other pet parents!”

“Teddy stayed with Pamela while we were on vacation, she sent us photos and updates about teddies stay. We were very pleased and thank ful for the way Pamela took care of teddy. This is the first time for teddy to stay with anyone except a family member. When we picked teddy up, he was very happy and content. Thank you Pamela, I hope we will be able to have teddy stay with you next time we go on vacation..”

“Alex was WONDERFUL! He went above and beyond to take care of my 70lb foster puppy, Sony. Took him on long walks and to the dog park ?. He was also super helpful when I couldn’t get the crate into my car. He went above and beyond by picking up the crate and the pup at my apartment. Sony was so happy and relaxed when he got back home. I will definitely book with Alex again.”

“Alyson was wonderful! She was very patient with my dogs, even when they got nervous and peed on her floor. They quickly warmed up to her and her dog, and from the photos she sent, it was obvious they were having a great time. I will definitely rebook with Alyson.”
