About: Greetings! My name is Theresa Stratton and I own a small pet sitting business in DeBruce (Livingston Manor). My pet sitting business is my full-time career so rest assure your pup will have my full attention. We have a large, private and clean fenced in backyard where your pup will be able to roam and sniff till their hearts content, with potty breaks every hour or two! IMPORTANT: Pups may be dropped off as early as 8 AM and they must be picked up by 7 PM. We are happy to board an extra /night day if needed to accommodate these business hours. Thank you for your understanding. Pet sitting is my full-time business, so your pup will have my full attention. Potty breaks will be offered every 2 hours or as desired by pup. Pups enjoy full access to our home, including a cozy living room couch and at least six potty breaks throughout the day. We have a large private 6 foot tall fenced in backyard!

I am great at walking dogs who have aggression towards other dogs, I know how to find a calm route to take and distract them before conflict arises! I recently lost my 90 lb alapaha blue blood bulldog mix to a terminal illness and am looking forward to spending time with other people's dogs. I am a self employed artist, volunteer, and executive director of a free store that I physically staff on Saturdays, so I have a very flexible schedule. I I will care for your pets with so much attentiveness and love! Just give me a set of instructions and I will show them a great time. I am happy to board as well as make house calls, and I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my 4 year old foster daughter. We live next to many swimming holes and in a location with greay walkability.

Our back property is exceptionally private, featuring wide, flat open fields with no immediate neighbors and located well away from the road, providing a peaceful and secure environment. We also have a fenced play area where dogs can safely enjoy off-leash play and exercise. Inside, dogs are treated as part of the family and are welcome throughout our roomy and comfortable home. At night, they can relax and sleep in cozy dog beds located in quiet spare rooms, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home during their stay.
