About: I grew up around lots of animals (cats, dogs, chickens, goats, reptiles), and I now have a lovely cat of my own named Julian. I absolutely love getting to spend time with other people’s pets. At this point in my life, I’d say I’m very much both a dog-person and a cat-person. I go on walks every day before or after work, and during my lunch break. Walking a dog would fit naturally into that routine. I’m willing to wake up early in the morning if needed, and if the client lives in Santa Fe, I would have the capacity to visit the dog or cat during my midday break from work as well. If the client lives outside of Santa Fe, I’m still available every evening for walks, feeding, and giving the dog/cat attention and human contact. I’m typically able to stay overnight at a client’s home any night of the week if needed. I treat pets with care, respect, and attentiveness. I’m a clean and tidy houseguest, and will respect the client’s privacy and boundaries. About: A little about me, I’m currently serving active duty in the military but I miss dog sitting. I have 12 yrs experience with most dog breeds and I try to make my schedule as flexible as possible. Your pets will be in great hands. Also if you have a cat I can gladly sit for you still but if they are being boarded in my home I will need them to have their essentials as I do not own any cat products. I have experienced with senior dogs as well and I treat them a bit more gently so they feel comfortable. I do not have a lot of experience with special needs pets but I can still provide for them. All pets are welcomed. Available Monday through Friday 5pm to 7pm. Saturday all day and Sunday 12pm to 4pm. I can also try to work with your schedule and needs. I have a small fenced backyard. Two corgis. One is friendly and the other is scared of our dogs. If needed boarding in my home I will keep them separated.

About: My husband and I have an Australian cattle dog and had a tabby cat who has crossed the rainbow road. I often care for my family members' dog when they are out of town. He requires special care, as he needs to take a few pills every day both day and night. This schedule is second nature to us. We enjoy being around our furry pals and will enjoy caring for yours too! Guaranteed fun either way. I love all dogs unconditionally. I can provide a smaller pack environment for your dog rather than a kennel where there could be 50 dogs at a time. Yikes!! I only accept dogs from one to two owners at a time so please plan ahead as I may get booked very quickly. This ensures that I can give your dogs the attention and care that they deserve. My daily routine revolves around my dog pack needs. Our routine is generally morning food, walk, park, play, chill, and then repeat in the evening. I work from home so I am flexible and can accommodate most needs for your pets. Everything from simple walks and feeding to extended stays at my place or yours, it sounds like fun to me. I have a full time best friend and dog named Spreckles who is pretty close to perfect. His nickname is Sprex. He is Hawaiian, so naturally he is very friendly and mellow with tons of Aloha. My number one priority is pack safety. I follow a daily routine and consistent schedule with my pack. Our day always starts with a nice walk to a nearby park. I use my own custom made leash system that I can walk many dogs at the same time, safely and securely. When we’re not out walking or at the park we do a lot of chilling and hanging out around our house and fenced in yard. I promote the pack mentality among my dogs as I am always their pack leader who ensures their safety and protection all the time. I’m glad to use your dog’s crate at my house whenever I am not home if needed (not typical). Sometimes I take the pack out on planned field trips, usually afternoons and weekends, to various places throughout the area. Frenchy Park is right across the street from my house and super fun for the pups. I treat and protect each dog as if they were my own and love them all unconditionally. FYI, I don’t introduce my pack to other dogs that we don’t know, to avoid any unwanted drama and to keep everyone safe. New dogs really shouldn’t be introduced while on leashes anyway. I speak the language of dogs and am confident around them always. I am always their alpha who provides a fun and safe space for my pack.
About: I’ve had pets my whole life including Great Danes, cats, bunnies, gerbils, fish and have been dog and cat sitting professionally for 5 years. Recently I lived and worked on a thousand-acre farm caring for cows, horses and goats, doing everything from feeding, cleaning and even bottle feeding. Bottom line is I love pets, and would love to meet your four-legged family members!! I currently work from my computer so I am very mobile and happy to be flexible with scheduling, etc. I love spending time with all animals so I make it a priority to fit this kind of work in. *If you have multiple pets and my site is quoting a large number for your sitting request, please know I am happy to look closer and find a good price for all! If I am giving care at your home my number one priority is your animal’s safety. That’s best implemented by focusing on your (the owner’s) rules and daily routines. Once I establish that, I focus on creating a special bond with your pet—it’s like they’re getting a new friend. If I’m boarding at my house my number one priority is to create a new and special routine that reflects their home routine but with new special elements. I have a very large yard and a safe neighborhood to take pets on walks, and as long as they are happy sharing space with a cat we have a really good time!
