“I adopted my dog Nomi at the end of 2025 and knew I had a lot of rehabilitation ahead of us since she is highly fearful and skittish. Nomi came from a hoarding house in Puerto Rico where 100 animals were removed from the property. I learned about Carly during a search on Rover and was pleasantly surprised when I discovered we both love mixed breed dogs from PR. Today was the first day since Nomi's adoption that she stayed with anyone other than myself. About: I grew up with dogs and love spending time with them! I’ve helped watch families and friends pets and love being able to spend quality time with them! I’ve helped with dogs as small as malteses and as big as goldendoodles! Ive also helped dogs with specific needs such as blind and older dogs! I work remote one day a week so I’m happy to watch dogs or take them out, I just need a heads up to pick the day I work from home. I also typically work 8-4:30 so I’m happy to take dogs out in the mornings before work or as soon as I get home! I’m also happy to do weekends. I have a fenced yard for any pet to wander around in and am happy to walk them around my neighborhood park! No other pets in the home!

About: Had three pet Labradors until I was 14. My family moved houses and so we had to give our dogs up for adoption T-T. We got 2 cats and one ran away after 6 months and we never saw him again, he was very adventurous. Then his brother Jason we had him for 5 years until he passed away in 2018 and my mom could not take the pain of having another pet so I’ve been petless ever since but I love animals and visit the SPCA to donate dog food. I am familiar with taking care of dogs and cats and have the basic experience that any loving pet owner should have. I am able to walk with dogs, run with them, play catch, make sure they don’t eat anything toxic, clean up after them etc. I’m also familiar with cats, I can give them attention when they want it and make sure they don’t get up to too much mischief. I currently have a pet Doberman and I love her to death! I am on Rover because I wanted to save up some money before I relocate for my new job out of state. About: I remember since childhood loving dogs, it’s the realest love there is. I love walking them, training them, giving them lots of cuddles and smooches. The first thing when acting for a dog as soon as you wake up, take them outside. Dogs love nature, sniffing and exploring. About: I grew up with dogs and love spending time with them! I’ve helped watch families and friends pets and love being able to spend quality time with them! I’ve helped with dogs as small as malteses and as big as goldendoodles! Ive also helped dogs with specific needs such as blind and older dogs! I work remote one day a week so I’m happy to watch dogs or take them out, I just need a heads up to pick the day I work from home. I also typically work 8-4:30 so I’m happy to take dogs out in the mornings before work or as soon as I get home! I’m also happy to do weekends. I have a fenced yard for any pet to wander around in and am happy to walk them around my neighborhood park! No other pets in the home!

The rest of my schedule is often flexible, especially with advance notice. About: I’ve volunteered at Marty’s Place Senior Dog Sanctuary as well as SAVE Pet Shelter through my corporate volunteer opportunities. Additionally, my dog is incredibly stubborn and picky so I’m confident that your pet is much more well behaved. All of Yuki’s meals are prepped daily with an assortment of protein options and fresh vegetables to accommodate nutritional needs. I work a full time job, so my schedule will be a bit more limited. I am available most evenings 7pm and later and select weekends. The neighborhood I live in is very walkable and safe. Additionally, I have no concerns taking your dog to the park or other outdoor options to ensure they get the enrichment they need.
“Chandar and his family are like a second home and family to Ruth. They truly love dogs and care for Ruth as if she’s their own (she’s already had 3 stays with them). And Ruth loves them, too!! They are so good to her and spoil her with belly rubs and miles-long sunrise and sunset walks. Chandar sends professional grade photos of Ruth with beautiful, artistic, and often charming backdrops (e.g., a hot air balloon, Princeton campus, dog zodiac statute). Chandar’s family is so welcoming, warm, and kind and it’s always a pleasure to see them when we drop off or pick up Ruth. They have also been incredibly accommodating, welcoming Ruth on short notice or letting her stay late. So happy that we met them!”
