My 5-month-old Maltipoo puppy, Einstein, was treated like royalty while my family and I were away on holiday. Billy kept us smiling the whole trip with constant pictures and videos of Einstein — whether it was him strutting around the park, enjoying his meals, or just being his playful self. It honestly felt like Einstein was on his own little vacation! Billy even went the extra mile by gently removing some knots from his fur and washing his things before giving him back to us. He was super polite with my whole family, always cheerful, and gave us updates whenever we asked (sometimes a couple of times a day). Einstein got plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles — it was obvious he was being cared for as if he were Billy’s own pup. About: Majority of my experience working with cats in a professional setting comes from my time working as a veterinary assistant. A previous housemate of mine had an orange cat named Daenerys who I adored and would care for and play with whenever her owner was gone for the weekend. I unfortunately did not have the pleasure of growing up with cats due to a parent's allergy, but I absolutely adore them and cannot wait to adopt my own one day!! My favorite thing about cats is how much time and patience it takes to earn their trust. I think they are wonderful at teaching people boundaries, patience, and curiosity.

About: As a shelter volunteer I have cared for and socialized many cats, in addition to taking on 2 medial fosters, a cat that was hit by a car and a kitten that needed care after a leg amputation, both recovered and did find their forever homes. We recently lost our coon/calico girl who thought she was a dog and we have our rescued sweet senior black cat named Riley. My 5-month-old Maltipoo puppy, Einstein, was treated like royalty while my family and I were away on holiday. Billy kept us smiling the whole trip with constant pictures and videos of Einstein — whether it was him strutting around the park, enjoying his meals, or just being his playful self. It honestly felt like Einstein was on his own little vacation! Billy even went the extra mile by gently removing some knots from his fur and washing his things before giving him back to us.
