“We used Morgan, and actually Rover.com, for the first time. My husband dropped off Laska (our hound mix rescue dog), and noticed that she seemed happy to go with Morgan. For us, this is a big deal because she's been through a lot. When we used the kennel Laska would fight us going in, and would come home stressed out and completely out of it. This was not the case after picking up Laska from Morgan's. Laska was clean, happy, and not stressed out! This was a first for her! Laska did have some separation anxiety, so she chewed her bed up. That was our fault because we forgot to tell Morgan about the routine that we have when we leave the house. As a result, we thought Morgan would tell us that she wouldn't watch Laska again, but to our delight, Morgan said she will take her in the future.”

About: I am a true animal lover and I would treat your animals as my own. I have lots of pet care experience from having my own of 2 cats and 1 dog and taking care of some friends. I have done 2 years of pet therapy with my own dog and completed basic to advanced dog training. I have volunteered for father john animal house and eleventh hour rescue to get some shelter experience and more dog exposure. I would prefer to work with small to medium dog size. My second hobby is animal training which is a rewarding experience to me from dog socialization to learning basic commands. I just love working with dogs and is rewarding in seeing the dog learned the command. As i like to walk daily, pets fit into my daily schedule perfectly. Our daily morning schedule usually 7 days a week is potty upon awakening, breakfast and playtime upon first hour. Then a morning walk and another one around dinner time. I have a unfenced yard but believe exercise is a high requirement for the dog. What i do in place is 2 daily neighborhood walks and take her occasionally to local parks to walk around for different smells and meet other friendly dogs. Also believe in going to any local dog events for shelters to give dog interactions/ socialization.

About: My husband and I have lived in Lake Mohawk for 22 years. We have 4 wonderful children, all of which love animals. In addition to our children, we have a wonderfully trained female Havachon named Bella, whom we have raised since she was a puppy. After getting married, our first fur baby was our beloved Toby, our Shi-a-poo, who we raised as a pup until he recently passed away at the old age of 19! After staying home with my children and fur babies for over 15 years, I recently went back to my first job, a teacher, in the local school district. While we no longer offer pet sitting in our home, we would love to offer drop in visits, and daily walks afterschool, evenings or during the weekends to give your fur baby some lov'n and activity while you're away! Depending on your fur baby's needs, during each visit, we will check food & water levels, give a 5 - 10 minute play session and a quick potty break outside. If you want, leave us a leash and we'll take your pup on a 20-30 min walk around the neighborhood to explore and get some exercise! We want to ease your worries that while you're away, your pup will be given lots of love and care! I'm a school teacher who has my afternoons (after 2:30pm) and weekends free to drop in and give your pup plenty of lov'n and care! Check in with me during summer & holiday breaks, too, bc when school is off, I have the whole day free to check in on your fur baby! Upon arrival, I always let my furry friends smell and get acquainted with me before feeding or letting outside. I want my new furry friends to trust me completely that I'm there to give them the best care possible!

About: I have loved and cared for dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I grew up with all kinds of animals in my homes and have had additional experience with birds, fish, chickens, hamsters, mice, snakes, geckos, bunnies, and others over my last 30 years. Though it hasn’t been my full time profession in years, I spent many years managing a boarding facility alongside an animal hospital, which remains to this day my absolute favorite job. I find no greater joy than helping ease the anxiety that the animal babies feel when they are away from the comfort of their own homes. I have successfully trained a number of puppies including large “bully breeds” and I especially enjoy helping rescues find comfort in new homes after questionable upbringings. Above all, my heart pours love and gratitude into animal babies because I believe they deserve the same unconditional love that they give to us humans. I work part time and make my own schedule. I am incredibly flexible and am used to a swing schedule where I can get up early or stay up late in order to accommodate the needs of my clients. I have a multiple acre wooded property. Though it is not entirely fenced in I am skilled at leash walking/training and my property backs up to miles of trails that are part of a wildlife refuge. I currently have a one year old female Beagle/Belgian Malinois mix who is crate trained but also does stay at home alone freely at this age with no incidents. I recently lost my Beagle and while I’m not quite ready to have another dog of my own, I truly miss having a dog around. Caring for your pup feels like the perfect way to have some extra four legged company while giving your dog lots of love and attention! I’m responsible, patient, and dependable and I’ll treat your dog like they are my own. I’m happy to provide walks, potty breaks, playtime, feeding and plenty of cuddles. I’ll also make sure to follow your dog’s normal routine and give them a safe and loving atmosphere! I work during the school day Monday-Friday, but I’m available after work and have much more flexibility on weekends. I’m available for boarding on weekends. I’m happy to work with you to find a schedule that works for both you and your pup! Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’ll provide a clean, calm and loving home environment where your pup can feel comfortable and cared for. I’ll follow your instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, potty routines, and any special needs or preferences. I’ll also keep a close eye on your dog throughout the time I’m in charge of them. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet and I’ll treat your dog like they are part of my family.

About: I am a proud owner of 110 lb English Labrador . He has been with me since he was 8 weeks old . I have cared for him single handedly and have also experience caring for my friends and families dogs . I have walked dogs of all sizes and have cared for them and looked after them when left under my care . I am available to walk your dog after 5 PM and can board your dog and care for them on weekend or on long weekends . If you need to board your dog more than on weekends then please check with me and I can confirm if possible . I have a fenced back yard and a friendly Labrador to keep your fur baby company . I can also crate your fur baby if needed .

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 14. I’m comfortable with any breed. I feel I am someone who is a reliable and trustworthy. I’m currently working remote and at home, which means I can take care of pups anytime of the day. Some days this may vary but overall I’m open. I have a yard in an apartment complex in which I bring my dogs out to run around and play. I have 2 friendly dogs to keep your fur babies entertained. I can crate your dogs if needed too.
