They returned to us happy and healthy! She has a great space and sent us pictures of our boys where they would settle for the evening. This was my first time using Rover and I was extremely happy with Kathryn! She took pictures and gave me daily updates on how my Westie, Tess, was doing. Tess can be a lot at times, as some terriers can be, but she did very well with Kathryn and her family. We will definitely be back!!
Hanelle has to be the nicest person but on top of that the best person to trust your pet with. She went above and beyond special care for our little Ginger and spoiled her with homemade biscuits on top of all the love she gave her. She exercised her regularly and listened to any additional information we gave her! Certainly recommend her and will be using her again
