I also don’t mind helping taking care of exotic pets because I am trying to be an Exotics/Wildlife Veterinarian and have always had a passion for exotics, so I’ll be more than happy to help! I’ve helped with puppy training like potty reinforcing basic commands, but I am always willing to learn any crate training or potty training. I’m also comfortable with senior pups and making sure they get extra patience, slower walks, or medications if needed but I will need to learn how to administer your pup’s medication. I always send updates and photos so you know your pups are happy and taken care of. Pet care fits really well into my routine since I’m mostly available in the afternoons. I usually plan my classes and responsibilities earlier in the day, so afternoons are open for walks, drop-ins, feedings, and playtime. “If I could give Danielle and her husband 10 stars I would. Our dog hurt his leg two days before we were to leave on a eight day cruise and she took great care of him, giving him his medicine and making sure he didn’t jump, go down/up stairs or play too hard which anyone knows is hard in itself with a dog. She offered to take him to the vet if he got worse and kept us updated every day. They are amazing honestly and we definitely will be using her going forward. About: As a Family I’ve been taking care of pets for over 40 years. We took in bunnies, parakeets, dogs, cats. Especially close to my heart are senior pets. About: I have taken care of a few cats for my family and I’m also responsible for my boyfriend’s cat for more than 5 hours per day when. He goes to work! I have always loved cats but haven’t ever had the opportunity to fully own one because I grew up with my mom who was severely allergic to them. Our home is a single story and the only steps are three to the backyard and two to the front yard. Our garage is heated/cooled and a great space to keep large kenneled pets. About: I grew up with dogs as a kid. As an adult I’ve owned 2 dogs for a total of 4 years. The first I had for 3 years and had gotten him from a friend due to PCS. My current is a GSD that I got as an 8 week puppy who is currently over a year old that I trained myself. I currently work about 6-8 hours a day but have a short commute to work so if needed, I am able to check in on pets on a more frequent basis. I take my dog outdoors pretty frequently since he’s high energy whether it be on walks or for play in the yard. At least once a week, I take him somewhere public to work on his socialization and training with distractions. We train pretty frequently as well and have to say he does pretty well so if you’d like, I can assist in anything you’re trying to train. Disclaimer though, I’m not a professional trainer, only dogs I’ve trained are the ones I’ve owned. I live in a house with a pretty large fenced yard. I’m a big advocate for dogs getting activity, whether that’s physical like a walk or play outside or if it’s any kind of mental stimulation. My dog is crate trained and stays in his crate while I am not at home. I would prefer the same of your pet to ensure safety of your fur baby while I am away. Once I’m home, I allow my dog to free roam the house and will do the same for yours. My dog has been around several dogs and cats and is very friendly, social and playful, however, if needed, I have the ability to separate animals that don’t get along to ensure their safety.
