I have administered medication, vaccines, cared for sick animals that require extra attention, and have a vast knowledge of animal welfare. I have been a pet owner since I could walk. Fun games during play time will always be included in the service to stimulate your pet mentally. Service include both dogs and cats. I am a part-time pet sitter and full-time scientist, making my availability most compatible with weekend bookings. However, I do work a hybrid schedule, so overnight bookings are also great for my schedule! About: I am a retired registered veterinary nurse and have over 8 years of experience taking care of pets. I love taking care of neighbor pets and giving them extra snuggles when their owners are away. I have experience walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. As a shelter nurse intern and foster dog mom, I loved working with shy, nervous, elderly and special needs pets. I am able to medicate pets as well when you are away. I would love to take care of your pets as if they were my own. I have trained as a marathon runner in the past so I love taking animals for walks or runs. This is my only job so I have open availability 7 days a week for help care for your pet, as well as most hours of the day. Safety is always a priority for me. I will make sure your pets are in good hands. I am not currently taking pets into my own home for care.

About: Hello! My name is Kathleen and I am 23 years old and I do rover full time! I have been in the pet care industry for about 9 years now and would love to have the chance to help you and your fur babies! I currently offer boarding, walking, and daycare. I am pretty much always available so last minute bookings are not an issue at all. I have experience with all breed sizes and ages. My partner is a dog trainer as well so we are used to all types of temperaments and can accommodate dogs for any special treatment they may need (Ex. Not friendly with cats or other dogs). I hope I can help, I love doing this as my job! Since I do rover full time the animals I watch live just like mine! They go out when mine do and have access to the backyard whenever they would like to go out. I usually keep the back door open all day for sunbathing or potty time. I usually have trouble getting dogs in because they love it outside so much! I will follow all instructions given by the owner and treat them like they are my own babies. In my home depending on their temperament they are allowed to roam free and have access to everything my dogs do.

“Lisa & her family (and their own dog) are absolutely amazing! They watched our dogs for 2 weeks and I could easily see how happy George & Angus were. I'm always worried about people watching our dogs as they can be a handful, but they seamlessly blended in to Lisa home and family like they'd always been there. The whole family are clearly very experienced with dogs as they taught our boys a few commands to make feedings, etc. easier and took everything else in stride. They have a nice big grassy back yard where the dogs could get play and get their energy out. I absolutely will not hesitate to reach out to Lisa again as I can't recommend her highly enough.”
