About: Growing up with a farming family, I always wanted a dog, but dogs were not allowed in the house as pets. So 4 hamsters, a chinchilla, and countless fish later, I decided to volunteer at my local shelter to be around dogs all day, and 3 years ago I finally adopted my first! She was a nervous wreck in the beginning, but with lots of love and patience, she's morphed into the neighborhood sweetheart. I look forward to extending that same love and patience to your furbabies as well! I currently freelance remotely so I'm home often with a flexible, yet ever-changing schedule. About: I've cared for dozens of cats/kittens over the years while fostering both independently and for rescues. My sweet tuxedo boy Zoboomafoo(Boomie) was my first foster fail. I was building trust with a feral cat outside my apartment and she disappeared for a couple of weeks. I found her litter of 3 kittens living in the laundry room storage inside cinderblocks. Mama was TNR'd and the other 2 siblings were adopted together! I bottle-fed them until we could trap Mama and get her inside. The oldest cat I've fostered was estimated to be 15+ and had FIV. He was found starving and crying at ASU on the Tempe campus. He lived a lovely cozy last year of life with me. It was a pleasure to love him. I've cared for up to 6 cats at once, with varying levels of care.

I have a rescue dog of my own who needs extra care and she’s the best thing that’s ever happened to my husband and I! Some might argue that I prefer pets over people and I won’t disagree. I have a larger crate if your pup needs to be crated at any time. I also keep an eye on the pups while they are in the yard. I am able to separate the pups during meals and have no problem with any additional mealtime requests! My goldendoodle, Nola, gets along well with other dogs and is loves having friends over to play! About: I currently have four dogs of my owned that I have rescued when they were just 2 months old. Even with the busy adult life, I am able to take really good care of my fur babies! Under my care I will treat you dog as if they were my own dogs. The dogs will never even know that you were gone! If I could have all the dogs in the world I would adopt all of them, but in the meantime I am more than happy to help take care of dog and puppies! When I am at a clients home I ensure that their pet is comfortable and is safe from any harm. It’s important for me that their pets don’t run away or hurt themselves while at home. I can talk to you more about my schedule, once you request a booking! When I am at a clients home, I always ask if their dog tends to escape or run away. I have an escape artist myself, so I know this is something I would want my sitter to know. Because of my experience, I always make sure the dog is where they need to be and if any additional doors need to be closed/locked before leaving! While at home, I usually always have the dogs hanging out with me with whatever I am doing.
