About: We're conveniently located just off of hwy 401 and near I-95 and I-40. I've always had family pets since I was the age of 2. I've cared for all ages of dogs and cats. I've been a midwife to many previous cats, bottle fed, watched live births of pups, and administered oral medications. I am always available for play time and snuggle time. I currently work part-time and am only away for 6 hours during the day. During this time my husband or my teen are usually home for part of that time. It's perfect because our pets aren't left all alone for very long. I have 2 dogs, one is playful and one is very relaxed. They have been around other dogs a number of times and loves playing at the dog park. They are friendly. At night our dogs are able to go upstairs and sleep in our room. During your pups stay, they are welcome to sleep anywhere in the house. We have a spare room downstairs that I'm happy to stay in if they need that (my dogs take up our whole bed upstairs). If your pup is crate trained and prefers their crate, I suggest you bring it for their stay so they can feel more at home.

About: Have owned my own dogs and cats over the years. As they've grown older and passed on, I have satisfied my love for animals by caring for my kids' pets when they go on vacation. I've gone to their house and stayed, but also they have stayed in my home while mom and dad are away. We go for walks, and I have a fenced in yard and doggy door them to come and go as they please. Like my grandkids: I love having them and playing, but I also love the flexibility of sending them back to mom and dad! I am a retired teacher and am home most days. I have various errands during the day, or other things, but nothing that would interfere with visiting guests. I no longer have a dog of my own but our visiting fur babies ( and the grands) have a fenced yard with doggy door. Dogs are secure inside the back yard. I care for one dog, that loves the back yard and wants to stay out all day, weather permitting. He is safe and secure there with water and shade, and comes in when he is ready. But most of the dogs come inside. They are free to go out to play and do their business.

I have watched over neighbors and family friends dogs for hours up to days if they go out of town. I have worked with puppies to dogs with powered sugar faces, all are amazing. “Meghan was an outstanding dog walker. She played with Steven my German shepherd and sometimes hung out even longer than she was required to. She even cleaned his ears and put medication in them for me because poor Steven suffers from frequent ear infections. Which I am certain wasn’t easy to do , Steven hates it when you touch his ears. She left detailed notes and you could tell genuinely cared for Steven. Highly recommend”
About: I've had dogs for over 15 years and a cat for almost 10 years and love taking care of them. I currently have 1 older cat living with me and he is very kept to himself. He's a sweet little guy who isn't bothered by other animals as long as they don't bother him! My availability is any time between classes which are scattered throughout my week.
