“This was our first time leaving our dog with a sitter. The kids and I were apprehensive, but after meeting Mitzi, seeing her home, the kids and the other doggies,,,we felt at ease. Mitzi kept communicating with us about our beloved Ro’ & she sent us pics and vids of Ro’s adventures at her home. So glad that Ro had a great experience at Mitzi’s home😊.”

“Kelli and her family were great for my almost 11 yr old pupper. She was very communicative and sent pics throughout the time. Was very happy with the entire process. Was able to plan a pre visit meet and greet, and she seemed to have spoiled him a bit, which i appreciate it greatly! Will def contact Kelli again in the future! Thanks again!”

“Took a last minute booking after our scheduled boarder decided that our dog was too much. Our dog had no issues with her at all. She saved us from being in a bad position and handled our dog who doesn't like being without us without issue for five days.”

“Dominic was great with Jazzy. We had a emergency room visit a couple days before drop off and I was kind of worried, but she was in great care. Her wound is almost completely healed, like nothing ever happened. Dominic also administered her antibiotic medicine as well. Jazzy also made two new friends Pepper and Parsley. Dominic was also great with sending updates and pictures of Jazzy during the visit. If you decide to give Dominic a try you won't be disappointed and the dogs will love the backyard, plenty of room to run and frolic and it's fenced in.”

“Gail did an amazing job with our girls. It was the first time they had stayed with anyone while we went away. They were better behaved for her than they are for us. We will definitely book with her again.”

“Pam and her husband were so wonderful with my older beagle, Hank! I could tell from all of my updates and pictures that he was truly on vacation at their house. They were so professional and kind! So appreciative that they took him in and treated them as good as their own ♥️ Will absolutely be reaching out when needing to go out of town again!! The BEST.”

“Laura was great with Beau and I believe Beau had a great time with Laura and her family including her dog! I would recommend Laura and I will definitely use her again! She was excellent!!”

“Words can not express how grateful I am for Marissa & Mosieo for taking care of our sweet Chyna!! They sent updates daily and communicated with us about Chyna activities each day along with pictures. Chyna love their home and they care they provided. This is our second time using their services and gets better each time. Really sweet family. We needed to extend out time being out flight was delayed and it was no problem! Very understanding! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!”

“Judy watched Bennie for a long weekend while I was out of town and this being the first time I’ve left him with someone for that long, I was nervous. But Judy was incredibly sweet and so was her puppy. Bennie was well taken care of and I got lots of pictures. She has a very nice fenced in yard and lets the dogs come and go as they please. I will definitely be using Judy again!”

“Kim was great and worked with us in very short notice so we could help our church assist during a disaster recovery in our state. Her responses were very quick, agreed and said watching Koda was no problem and all the times were good. We even got some cute pictures as Koda settled in. Second time he's stayed with her, and we'll definitely keep her in mind in the future.”

“My husband and I were out of town for 5 days and Michelle did such a great job in keeping our Lewey. She was consistent with sending pictures and updates which always helps us to feel relaxed knowing he is doing well. He is taken on walks, enjoys the interaction of other dogs who may also be present and overall Lewey always has a good experience. Michelle is very good with dogs and Lewey is always so happy when we pull up in the driveway and he sees Michelle coming. Thank you, Michelle, for taking good care of him.”

“Hannah is the best! We have never boarded a baby before and she made our first time completely comfortable and seamless. Nova came home worn out from puppy play and all kinds of snuggles and love. Hannah is truly an animal lover and it shows with happy and carefree mg baby was when we picked her up. She even had to go back to give Miss Hannah one last kiss. Will definitely book with Hannah again! 5 out of 5 stars recommended! Thanks Hannah!”

“Great sitters. I have used them several times. This time, I needed a last-minute booking, and they were quite accommodating. The pictures Jennifer shares always show my dog playing and happy.”

“Both Bicky and her partner were so welcoming and energetic, they maintained their place so clean and have a huge fenced backyard, which is really good for dogs to run and play fetch. They treated Simba as their own dog. They took care of him really well, we received updates with photos during his stay. Simba came back home so happy, doesn’t seem like he missed us or home at all.”

“Bo is a 16-year-old dog who has anxiety and doesn’t really like change so I was very nervous to leave him for five days. Carlita was so patient with Bo. She also helped ease my worry by sending daily updates with pictures/video! The first and last time we boarded Bo at a facility he looked depressed in the cameras; with Carlita he looked happy and was smiling!! I will certainly be reaching out to Carlita in the future! Thank you Carlita for taking such wonderful care of our Bo!!”

“Brianna was great with all 4 cats and put in time and effort to find the ones that were shy and made sure they were eating properly and taken care of. Great communication and helpful to give peace of mind while we were away!”

“Amber came to check in on our cats twice a day while we were gone visiting family. She was on time and consistent. Unfortunately, our cats decided to hide each time she was there, so she wasn’t able to get many photos of them. I would definitely use her again in the future.”

“Nicole was a great dog sitter. We didn’t have to worry about our babies. She made sure they were safe and sent pictures of our babies at every walk. We appreciate her and we definitely appreciate not having to worry about our babies on our anniversary trip. We will definitely book Nicole in the future again thank you Nicole.”

“Emily was awesome! She did such a great job taking care of our precious kitty. Our kitty warmed up to her instantly and I know appreciated the company while we were away. Emily, also, even went above and beyond and moved some boxes in that got delivered from our baby registry that I know were not light. She is very communicative, sweet, and I would book her again in heartbeat next time we go out of town.”

“Emily took great care of our two cats while we were away. She is clearly an animal lover, even our cats could tell and warmed up to her right away. She was punctual and did a great job caring for the boys. I love her updates about the visit and seeing some pictures to let me know how they were doing. Can’t wait to book with her again for upcoming trips!”

“I highly recommend Tiffany. She was wonderful with my cat, Sweetie PIe!! Sweetie PIe is mainly an outdoor cat. She is a bit skittish and distrustful of people she doesn't know so it can be a challenge for a new person to try to take care of her. Tiffany was great. She checked on her regularly and made sure that Sweetie PIe had food and water and kept me well informed on how Sweetie PIe was doing. I enjoyed my trip so much more knowing what good care Sweetie PIe was getting. I will definitely be calling Tiffany again to take care of Sweetie Pie when I go out of town!”
“We arrived home this evening and all the cats were fine. The litter boxes definitely had been scooped and the house was in great shape. This has been the best Rover sitter experience we’ve had. Thank you so very much, Kelly!”

“Skip did a great job for us. He communicated well and even sent a picture which was amazing since our cats hid from him most of the time.:) I guess they didn't understand that when Santa Claus is your sitter, you should come out and show some love if you don't want to be on the naughty list. We highly recommend Skip to anyone needing a responsible and caring pet sitter.”

“I am one of those nervous dog moms. This was my first time using a sitter to care for my dog in their home. Sarah exceeded my expectations and now I use her regularly. She is kind, gentle, and professional. Her devotion to caring for animals is evident within minutes of meeting her. I don't worry when my dog is at Sarah's house. Now for my dog's review lol. She is excited to arrive, and is content (and tired) when I pick her up. There's a huge safe yard for her to play in, two little dogs to play with if she likes, and kids who treat her with respect (she also likes to snuggle with them). When I pick her up, I can be sure that she's been loved on and had fun.”

I care for pets in my home like they are my own children. They are allowed on the couch, on the bed, and in my lap (even those 100lb lap dogs!)
“Margarita took great care of Rufus all day while I was at work. He was fed breakfast and let outside several times to poke around in the yard and go potty. Margarita kept a close eye on Rufus as he was in a new environment in her house today. He was loved on and very happy at the end of the day! I highly recommend Margarita and will use her again!”

“Beast can't wait to visit Ms. Judy and Autumn he is always excited and running to the door. Ms. Judy is so sweet and nurturing I feel comfortable at work knowing she is caring for him. I was very apprehensive with placing him in day care this is his first experience, she puts my mind at ease with all the photos and communication throughout the day.”

“Dawn was wonderful! She was very welcoming, communicative and sweet with my 4 month old puppy. She sent updates and pictures and I knew he was in good hands the moment I dropped him off. I look forward to him visiting again.”

About: I got my first puppy when I was eight years old. I grew up learning how to care for her from my dad. She was protective, loving, and my best friend. After she passed away, I recused a new puppy from my neighbors who were unable to care for him. All on my own I was able to house train him, make him less food aggressive, and even teach him some tricks like high-five and roll over! He is my new best friend and a part of my family. Since I am at school, he is currently back home with my dad. I miss him so much! I would love to get to know some new furry friends and treat them with the love and care family deserves. I am a full time student at UNC but am home for the summer to take care of all your furry friends! Rover is my full time job and I am capable of handling multiple bookings at a time. I am very careful and responsible when it comes to taking care of myself and others. I would stick to a routine and follow any guidelines that were previously set for me. It is always my goal to leave every pet happy and well taken care of in any environment.

We started this journey because we believe every dog deserves to feel safe, cherished, and right at home, even when their favorite people are away. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats from a very young age having grown up with family dogs all of my life. I have had family and friends relied on me to feed, walk, bathe and entertain their fur babies. I have trained a couple of my families dogs and my own dog out of hobby and to help maintain the house. I have also taken care of a couple senior dogs/cats. I am currently back from college and have plenty of free time on my hands. I do have my weekend pretty full with horse shows and during the week will have to take care of my horse. Although I have to take care of a performance horse it does not fill up my day. I do also go to the gym regularly but it is normally later at night so it shouldn't be a problem, If so I don't mind skipping a couple of nights to make you more comfortable. I have a total of eight dogs and two cats ranging from puppy to senior for the dogs and both cats are around seven years. Having this many animals I did not include my home for service due to that may be too much for your fur baby to handle. If your home doesn't work and your baby adjust well I will gladly give you more info. I have a soft spot for animals so any one I meet/take care of I will treat as my own and take care of them the very best I can.

From walks and playtime to cuddle breaks, I keep them active and happy while giving them the love and attention they’re used to. I also treat your home with the same care and respect I give your pet.
About: We have had 7 cats and five dogs total. We currently have one cat and three dogs. They make my life happier, love them lots!! I am currently a housewife, but would like to find something that I would love to do on the side to help out with financially. Our three dogs are inside, but crated, and we go outside at least 10 times a day and walk, run, and play. They love it!
About: I have taken care of many types of dogs, doing everything from feeding to walking to giving medicine to my aunt’s senior dog. I have even worked with a sweet blind pupper too! I have an open schedule to care for your doggos during weekdays. I am also available weekend days too, if needed. Last minute needs I can accommodate too. I have 3 dogs of my own, a black lab, and two pittie mix babes. My husband’s cousin has entrusted us with the care of her pittie doggo while dealing with health issues. My aunt who lives across the street from me has me look after her two dogs when she travels out of town.
About: I’ve taken care of pets all my life. Neighbors and friend have relied on me for years to care for their pets. I worked for a vet while in college assisting in treatment of animals and assisting in surgeries. I also pet sit when clients need extra help. I live volunteering at animal shelters. I have 5 cats and 2 dogs of my own. Animals of all kinds are absolutely wonderful. I work full time as a 5th grade teacher. I am about to be out for the summer, so I have plenty of time to take care of your wonderful fur babies! In your home, I make sure to follow all your directions for care, feeding and giving meds. I always use a leash or go outside with the fur baby if there is a fenced in yard. I never leave them alone.
About: I have 15+ years of experience with dogs as well as being a trained canine handler. I am pet CPR and first aid certified. I used to work at a dog daycare and have been trained heavily with dog behavior. All dogs will be allowed to run around and engage in supervised play unless they are not dog friendly. All dogs will be cared for on an individual basis, because each dog has different needs and behaviors. I am also able to take dogs that have special needs medically or behaviorally. Dog owners love that I do not discriminate against certain breeds or behaviors dogs may have. I am able to plan their stay so that the dog has as much fun as possible with the least amount of stress as possible! I am also an AKC certified dog trainer I currently work from home so I am available almost all day during the week and most weekends. I have a flexible schedule so I can move things around to accommodate most requests. I love to go on walks and get energy out. A tired pup / cat is a happy pup / cat. I also love to cuddle and hang out if that matches the personality better.

“Jessica is the BEST! Always walks our pup for more than 30 minutes and leaves him exhausted! She also leaves very detailed notes as to what happened on each walk, how he acted, and what they did. We wouldn't know what to do without her!”

“Gail did an amazing job with our girls. It was the first time they had stayed with anyone while we went away. They were better behaved for her than they are for us. We will definitely book with her again.”

“Met w/naomi discussed socks particular needs which she took into account and meet his needs without it being a problem. Socks took to her home immediately and was comfortable, he received great care while in her home and I was a 1st time user.”

“We cannot thank Margo enough for the love and care she showed our senior dog. They even administered meds for him. When we picked him up, he was so happy and we could tell he had the best time! Thanks again!”

“Over independence day, we arranged for our 9-month-old cock-a-poo puppy Cotton, to board with Scott and his family while we had a houseful of out-of-town family visiting. This was not our first time booking with them, we had boarded Cotton earlier in the year that had been successful in every sense of the word! But we were afraid that Cotton might be overwhelmed when our whole group arrived, because our “normal” includes only Me, My husband and Cotton. So we had purchased the time with Scott and Heather as our sort of “Plan B”, with us not even being sure whether we would actually utilize them or not. It turned out that Cotton adjusted terrifically to our company, due in no small part to Scott offering some well-heeded advise on how to handle the initial meetings when our family arrived. So, we were fearful for no real reason, other than being relatively new Puppy Parents! Much to their credit, Scott and Heather insisted upon refunding us for the time we hadn’t spent boarding with them! We are aware that Scott and Heather were out-of-pocket for our pre-emptive booking because those days had not been available for any alternate bookings to have occurred. While we would never have presumed upon Scott reacting this way, we were entirely certain that this was consistent with their philosophy of offering exceptional pet care to and for their customers. We will not hesitate to utilize Scott and Heather anytime we have future puppy-boarding needs and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a loving home wherein to board their animal companions.”

“I can't say enough good things about Luis! He took amazing care of my dog while I was away. My pup usually gets a little anxious when I'm gone, but with Luis, he was calm and happy the whole time. Luis sent regular updates and pictures, which gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in great hands. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure that pets are comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend Luis to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional dog sitter!”

“Great experience! Andrew accepted my last minute request and took excellent care of Kali. Communication was smooth, and my Kali was well taken care of. I would definitely book again.”

“This was my first time using rover.com. Megan was so great! She took in and cared for my pup and grandpup. She updated me on how they were doing and sent photos of them as well. I definitely recommend Megan! I got to focus on family without stressing over their care.”

“Jennifer was easy to communicate with about setting up the meet and greet, drop-off, and pick-up. She sent frequent pics and I could tell Rosie was very comfortable there! She is a true dog lover!”

“Susan was fantastic! Hobbes had a great time and was so happy when he got to her place and saw that fenced in yard. Susan communicated often and was really responsive! Highly highly recommend!”

“If it weren’t for the patience of Ahmal I wouldn’t have made it to Denver to meet up with my husband and 4 girls. 😂 I have two dogs, one is a chill guy and the other is a ball of anxiety. They settled into a routine and it made me not worry after the first two days. I was sent multiple updates each day with pictures and videos. Plenty of reassurance that my dogs were in good hands.”

“Francisco is very responsive and helpful for whatever you may need with your pup. My goldendoodle is well taken cared of and I've always received photos of him during his stay. Would recommend to anyone!”

“Matt was fantastic and I was 100% comfortable leaving our elderly dog with him. He sent pics and updates every day which I greatly appreciated. He was also flexible with our time and we felt no pressure in trying to rush back home. This was our dogs first time away from home and Matt made his stay safe and comfortable. Besides being a genuinely nice guy he and his family were excellent caregivers. Thank you Matt!”
